... Since when do you get denied for a drink when you are 22 id isn't expired. Just because it says under 21?? I am so going to investigate this and find were in the rules that TGIF says this and if it does... This restaurant sucks then !
We visited the TGIF's on the corner of Carrier and Canada in Orlando, Fl. When we left, my son forgot his wallet on the table, we went back 10-15 minutes later and they told us it was not there, we returned to the restaurant several times over the next 3-4 days, and kept asking if it had turned up, I was worried how my son was going to be able to get on the flight home with out his ID. Finally the last night we were in Orlando, my son stopped by there again and they gave him back his wallet minus the $275.00 in it. They assured him the employee that took it was being dealt with. Well that employee should no longer be an employee and they should have given us the $275.00 back. Very disappointed in the way that it was handled by the staff at the restaurant. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I eat at your Sunrise Fl (0294)store, 4 times a week for the last 6 years. We know everyone who works there; the managers and most of the servers. We feel like family when we are there. We ate there last night and were told that we can not use our stripes card. He stated that the new policy is to use it only once a week and that was after we ate. We had friends with us and it was embarrassing. We have stayed with TGIF thru all the menu changes and remodeling. There is a Chili's, Applebees, a Quarterdeck all within a block of TGIF. However, we still stayed with you. Perhaps we need to start trying the other places if you think of us as just a number to TGIF. Thank you. Lou Citro
The food was NOT good. The service was ambivalent. The survey you do is laborious and goes on FOREVER! The servers are not trained at all...they served me before my wife which is both disrespectful but just SCREAMS of an absolute lack of training. We only went because of a coupon. I had said previously I would never eat at a Friday's again. Now again, I will never eat at a Friday's again.

Went to the third in brea.ca. it was the worst service I have ever received. It took 15 min after we were seated to even be acknowledged. Another 25 min passed before we got our food...we never got a refill nor the to go box we askednfor. It was an empty restaurant and nowni could see why. I'm so dissapointed...what was suppose tobe an enjoyablemeal turnednout to be an awful experience. Afterward I tried calling the location and the number on the website isnincorrect and disconnected.....really. that's just the topper
I was there in the La Crosse WI location for lunch with my 5 year old daugher and was appalled by the absolute rudeness of our young server. We order a childs meal off the kid menu and it was was brought out completely burnt. It shouldn't have left the kitchen looking like that and then the server seemed upset that I said to remake it. It took almost 20 minutes for a new plate as my daughter sat there starving so she ate off my plate. In the meantime however the server never returned to fill my soda or check on us. When it FINALLY arrived I cut the chicken up for my daughter and handed her the plate, She said mommy it tastes yucky! I was surprised because I also order the smothered chicken and shrimp plate and she liked my chicken. I took a bite and you could tell the chicken tasted horrible. I am 100% sure they served her a bad piece of chicken because they were upset that I asked for it to be remade. The server took the plate (with an eye roll) after I said it tasted odd and came out with the bill charging me for it. I refused saying it wa bad and she went off to get my change. I then see her speaking with a manager and telling the bartenders and servers and even having the cook came out and look at us. Real Professional huh, I have to say they are lucky my daughter was there or I would have some choice words for them all starring over at our table. The server returned tossing the bill and change on the table and walking away as all my change fell all over the table and floor. I have never dealt with such rudeness and attitude in my whole life. I work in the restaurant business and am shocked at the quality of food and serves provided. I will never return to any of T.G. I. F's! Save your money for a place that values there customers.
we were greeted immediately . sat for at least 10 minutes servers passing by and nobody responded .got up and left .Hostess notice that we left .Said nothing to us.restaurant was basically empty .nobody seems to care that wewere there .no service no water no food no nothing. northgate mall store in cincinnati ohio need some serious looking into. my wife and I will never return . just thought you should know . What kind of a joke is your organization? I tried to fill our your online form, to complain about our horrendous waiter "Doug" at the Fairfax, VA TGIF on May 20, 2012, but it will not accept ANY email address. It just keeps saying "enter email address" when you try to submit. Why set up a contact system if you aren't really allowing people to contact you?
Wow...Love our Altamonte Springs TGIF...Vince is by far the best waiter ever!!! Attentive, quick, friendly...Our food is always hot and done right...never a wait!!! He is always smiling and he never seems bothered to be at work...Love the fact that he remembers my husband and I and even remembers what we love to eat!!! Couldn't ask for more...Way to go Vince...with more waiters like you the world would be a happier place!!!P.S. if he isn't already a manager in training he should be customer service can't be learned you have to have a passion for it...and he certainly is a natural...
How can a company say that they cannot accept a military I'D as form of identification. Great job corporate way to look out for our veterans. I'm appauled I fund this type of behavior.

When ever i visit friday's i would get your famous cajun shrimp& chicken pasta.the location i visit was the one on bf park way in philly.This was my 3rd an final vist.my pasta was dry.I asked for sauce an was told i had to pay 1.99 for a little more sauce.A manager( man) put more sauce with no charge.still it did not taste right.It taste like regular alfreo i could had made myself.so pissed!!!!!! I wanted t.g.i.f famous pasta an got regular alfreo.
We go to the Friday's in Cool Springs, TN very often, and the staff (especially Wil and Meghan) are a great help. They are funny and relatable, and the food always comes out on time. My family and I love coming here and love the food, environment, and staff.
Food was cold and 5 of the 8 people in our partuy recieved the wrong order!!!!This was the TGIF in Wood-Ridge,nj. We were there from 730 pm till 10:00 PM! Never again
Terrible Service!!!! We passed multiple restaurants to eat at T G I Fridays since it had been years that we had eaten at the location. The service received from the waitress was not acceptable especially with the order being wrong and she did not attempt to make any corrections. We requested to speak to the manager, Erin, took over 15 minutes to come to our table and the order was still not corrected. The service was horrible!! I cannot recommend this location to any customer especially since there are so many nice restaurants located on Pleasant Hill Road, Atlanta, GA. Please do not pass up these restaurants to come to this TGI Fridays. I am in management and the corporate world we emphasize “excellent” customer service" which is lacking at this location. TGI Fridays need to send their employees to a customer service class. You cannot expect the waitress to be proficient in her job and give outstanding customer service if the manager’s customer service skills are poor.
Can't believe we walked into TGIF downtown Indianapolis Race weekend bunches of empty tables & still a 30 minute wait! Could understand if place was packed but just sitting waiting in view of 8 empty tables & open seats outside! Unacceptable from a customers point if view! Will NOT be back for sure!
I have a serious issue with tgi on union deposit in harrisburg pa....my boyfriend bartends there and I've been a paying customer before and since til all of a sudden they say I've been banned no formal notice done nothing wrong twards them payed all my bills never over drank....nothing.....never complained before now. Ill be calling corperate and if nothings don e researching who to contact wether it be better business or what hsve you because you cannot deny service based on relationship.
my sons birthday was yesterday and his sister decided to take him downtown chicagos tgif off of michigan ave.They were discrimated on and i am going to stay on top of this one! At 5 pm asi they enter into the resturant they were told that they had to be 18 yrs or older or with an adult.Company policy! My daughter is 18 but she didnt have her id and they were turned around. Channel 2 and fox tv is going to hear about this! Trust and believe!
