I go to Fridays all the time, don ask me why. I get the same thing every time. Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta. It's usually good, sometimes the shrimp sucks but pretty much no matter where I go it tastes the same. And the end result is the same. Before my wife can finish her meal I get pains in my stomach I can only compare to having acid poured directly into my belly. She knows the deal so she finishes eating like a hostage. No way will use a public bathroom so it's tighten up the cheeks and head for the car! Every time on the way home I tell myself I'm going to shit in my pants in front of my wife. She tries not to laugh but also reminds me I do it to myself. I sweat, get goosebumps, and. Y knuckles turn white I grip the steering wheel so hard. I look for anywhere to pullover and shit my brains out but so far I've made it home every time. No joke I've been through this over 30 times. 5 stars for that colon cleansing butter sauce they use. Fml

My family and I went to TGIF in Homestead, Pa on August 10th 2012, It was around 4:30 pm and the service was really bad. The meal I ordered was so bad that I had to send it back and get a new one. we waited awhile to get our food and the waitress was not nice. Our whole meal came up to $82. Since she was not nice or polite we gave a very small tip. I put $85 total with the tip. I got home checked my account and it come up as $95. the bitch changed my 8 to a 9...... I have complained to the manager and all he did was laugh at me. I have also called the corporate office, i am still waiting to hear from them. I would NEVER EVER go to ANY TGIF. She stole from me and its bull shit and a CRIME. oh, if the waiters want a good tip they should at least give a shit about their jobs and take care of their customers!!!!

I am utterly disgusted with what TGI Friday's has become. I accepted the job thinking I not only would make a living, but be able to provide guests with an outstanding experience. Now, 6 months later, none of my complaints have been dealt with. I am embarrassed to serve some of the food that comes up in the window. The cooks reem me out if I ask them to re-make it because I don't want to serve my guests burnt food! I always get great reviews on the surveys and great tips. If I'm miserable and dreading coming into work every day, how can I expect guests to want to go there? Guest complaints are ignored by my managers, and only a very select few can be considered professional. Just put in my two week's notice today. Time to find a job that values me and our guests!!!!!!

there is a new gm at gaslamp and hes a perv. hes talks inapropriate to all the employees and ive seen him touch the girls inapropriately and it makes me feel unconfterble. something should be done and this should stop.

I was just there @ the block in orange, ca, on august 2, 2012 around 10:30pm with my friend mario and they denied giving him alcohol because they thought his passport was fake. He asked the waiter to speak with the manager and he was saying he denied him because he was missing stamp on his passport. My friend tells him to look @ the first page showing him a stamp and the manager keeps saying its missing a stamp and making a scene about it. The manager @ the tgi fridays location @ the block in orange california is a racist and has poor customer service. He did not think of a solution nor offer us to stay . He seemed to come to our table with his mind set on denying my friend and I service . I am going to be calling corporate tomorrow so this does not happen again to a future paying customer.

Another man was ripped off from his debit for $5000 dollars and i think its a Terrorist plot to run the United States into the Ground. Yes most of these People may be working for organized crime who in turn work for al queda the same cowards that did 9-11. Our Chicken shit Government wont come out and tell People this and I found out from a HOMICIDE detective who worked the World Trade Center case. My name is quentin kathan (I am not afraid to say my name, and if tgi fridays lacrosse management sees this I'm glad, and I hope they all get fired someday) and I have never worked for such a horrible restaurant ever. Servers at the lacrosse tgi fridays take fries off of guests entres and eat them for themseleves. The cooks wear dirty looking clothing, managers - specifically zach, touch food from the window wearing absolutely no gloves or hair net to see if it has the correct condiments on it. I have seen dishes being washed and dirty dishes are used many times because the dishwashers are lazy servers trying to get done with there sidework - not paid dishwashers. Servers get paid 2.33 an hour, why would they want to wash dishs? Oh yeah, because there was no dishwasher. Managers at tgi fridays in lacrosse wisconsin are also terrible to their employees. I was schedules to work opening shifts and be first cut every day for weeks. Which means I have to set the restaurant up for guests, getting paid 2.33 an hour, and then get approximately 2 tables, and make about 15 dollars per day working for tgi fridays - I was usually in there from 10:30-1:30 or later. $15 dollars? Really? I am hired full time, and I get approximately $15 dollars a day? I talked to the general manager justin about my hours situation, and he said you have to prove yourself. Well I am asking how the hell am I as a server to suppose to "prove myself" with only two tables a day. He also stated that I need to do a bunch of side work like the other servers. I in fact did a ton more sidework than a lot of servers. Take alex or haley for example, real employees at tgi fridays. She would complain about all the tables she was getting and complain about the side work that she WAS NOT doing, because me or other servers were doing it, and yet she got closing shifts, more tables, and more hours than I did. Also darrel, the old guy manager, he has servers do coupons for him because he is to lazy to press a few buttons, when clearly the rule is managers have to do coupons so that way servers aren't using coupons they bring in to take half off on a check paid in cash. Let's go to my favorite manager zach (sarcasim), he one day asked me straight out quote, "are you fucking stupid?" Because I was getting a $10.29 cent meal instead of a $10 meal when he said I could have a free lunch because he pointlessly brought me into the restaurant one day to work. Now why would a manager who is there to be professional say something like that? I am sure there is much more I could say about that horrible place if I wanted to, but I think I have typed enough to make a point that I hate that place, and I hope someone does something about those god awful managers someday. Oh, also zach was the last to touch my oakley gascan sunglasses - he was walking around wearing them and stated that if I leave them there someones gonna steal them, funny no one ever took them or touched them at all until he put them on his head and was walking around with them on. They disappeared. Hmmm. Got to love tgi fridays. Also if anyone was wondering at all, I quit at fridays mostly because I decided to quit rather than get fired punching zach the manager straight in the face from making me hate my life every single day and by verbally and mentally abusing me all the time.

I visisted a Fridays in Morrow, GA about two weeks ago. The food and drinks were great. What was not great, this week I notice multiple charges on my bank statement for establishments along the strip where the Fridays is located. On a whim I called the Fridays and spoke with a manager. He was great. I stated to him that I visited his store and I have a feeling that an employee scammed my credit card information because I am being charged at various stores around that area. Such Home Depot ($597.00), Barnes and Noble (4.63) Barnes and Noble (97.10), 2 charges to QuickTrip (amount unknow because they haven't posted) and at Costco ($263.58). He asked for the specific date because a gentlemen called a week prior to me calling saying the same thing. So I called him back the next day with the information from the receipt, again he was great, he tell me his boss also called him that morning to say he received a call from a woman whose claiming the same. He then states, and the server was the same person,Keshia, and she is the same lady that waited on me. What should I do next?

To whom it may concern, we were totally dissatisfied with the service,food and the employee service. We were seated at a table ( dirty and needed to be wiped down properly), no one came to our table to at least offer anything to drink or suggestions from the menu. After 15 minutes of no service, my wife and I headed to the door to leave, a manger and one of the employees asked us about our meal and my wife quickly pointed out everything from the poor service to who was at fault for the awful time we had there! We were out of town guests and treated like this, not good business, my wife's soup was cold and apology was issued plus another soup brought to our table. Before we left we received two coupons for entrees and found out these were not what they claimed they were. We have been to several TGI Fridays ( including Frederick,MD) the service plus food was excellent!!! This Friday should not even be located near the Towson Town Mall!

I had awful service at the saratoga springs,ny restraunt.The waitress was there to take order,drinks,and then back to get bill.Had another waittress bring us our dinner.Another waitress was flirting with a guy customer and not paying attention to customers around her.Well i think i will keep my money in my pocket and get better cusomer service at my house

My experience at TGIFridays was not a good one. While at the restaurant one of the hanging lights fell down on my brother. When it was brought to the waitress' attention she just replied that he looks tough. She never asked him if he was okay or addressed him. Very unprofessional!

I have recently complaint about the staff loosing my stripes Card.I was told that it's just as easy as to give them my Phone # ! I DID AND I WAS CALLED BY SOME RANDOM IDIOT BEHIND THE BAR WHO GOT AHOLD OF MY FUCKING NAPKIN WITH MY PERSONAL PHONE # FOR EVERYONE TO SEE, STEAL, USE, HARASS ME ETC....THIS IS NOT COOL....I DEMAND FOR PRIVACY SAKE THAT THE STRIPES CARD GETS RE INSTATED ! DO NOT BLOW ME OFF WITH ANOTHER RANDOM REPLY....I KNOW THE LAWS AND IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN, ITS NOT GONNA BE PRETTY !!!! I DON'T APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT EVERY RANDOM NEW WAITER HAS MY PERSONAL PHONE # !!! I strongly suggest you get together with your CEO and fix this ASAP ! This is a Privacy AND Safety issue! I would give this restaurant a minus eight stars, the service was awful, the staff got things mixed-up, long wait time, dried-up shrimp, and refusing to take coupon,why are coupons issued, if they are not honored? And when I went to eat I had no silverware, and the waitress had disappeared-had to ask other waitresses for water,silverware,etc.,also I as well as my friend had ordered soup, my soup came along with my meal, his came before his dried-up shrimp. We had each ordered cups of soup,which we got, but were charged for one bowl and one cup, we had raspberry iced-teas, when he ordered a refill, he got regular iced-tea. We were told we could not use coupon because we ordered from the 2/$10 menu, which we did not, the waitress had said before we ordered that she would ask her manager if we could use the $10.00 off coupon, and when the bill was presented to us, we were given some line about the 2/$10.. menu. When we were waiting about 20 minutes for our food, a different waitress came over and asked if we would like the queso & chips she had, and left it on our table, said it was a mistake and told us to keep it-Then we were charged $5.99 for it! $44.00 for this kind of treatment?, really??? We would have enjoyed any other of the neighborhood restaurants much more!!!!!!!!!! TGI Fridays is a super joke!!!!!

I 'am at the Fridays located near or at the king of Prussia mall in pa an the service is the slowest I have encountered an I will second guess ever eating here again.

I normally don't like to complain, BUT I just came back from one of your restaurants and i just ate one of the worst meals I ever had there. I don't want anything from your company, but what I would like is for your company to send a chef that can follow the menu and cook it properly. It would take to many words to explain what kind of meal I had. And to pay for something I did not enjoy in this economy forces me to write this email. I have enjoyed your restaurant in the past, but seems that this one is running out of Gas. What a shame. The service was good, the manager came to the table I guess because I got up to ask for more of your unbelievable ceaser salad dressing which I never tasted in all of the restaurant I have eaten at. Ceaser vinaigrette ??? And tomatoes in a ceaser salad wow. Who is making those decisions... I enjoy going out with my family and getting what I work for. Today wasn't my day.

Happy to say my experience at the local TGIF in Boston has been pretty good, but that's it, just pretty good. It's clean, service is reasonable, but the food is mediocre at best and way too expensive. I don't frequent TGIF anymore; it lost its way somewhere in the 80s.

Times square new York. You would think they would have better service and exceptional food considering this must be one of their busiest restaurants. Our waiter was an ameteur and forgot our drinks and screwed up our order. Applebee's in times square is 100x better and not dirty!
