I Went to TGI Friday's on Broad Street In Richmond, VA. The waitress named annette had terrible customer service, and also altered the tip. I will be printing out my bank statement, have the reciept and hope to be having that employee fired. Stealing from anyone is unacceptable and she was tipped because im nice, most definitely NOT because of her service. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE PEOPLE WHO DO THIS.

Visited your Hunters Creek location this afternoon. Serviice poor, food quality poorer. No need to go aBack there. Second time we had issues there? Too bad because we live close. What happened to customer service and good quality food?

Manager in the Manhattan TGIFridays on 47 Broadway sexually harasses female employees. Makes snide sexual remarks on a consistent basis. His name is Bill. He will eventually face a lawsuit. Not a good working environment.

The Friday's on Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond VA should fire their entire cooking staff. We always go there for my son's Macaroni & Cheese. Today, he was served Macaroni and soup. After my son gaged as much as possible down, I asked the waitress to redo the order. It can back gritty and tasted really bad. Our food was OK but we only go there for our son and they couldn't even get that right. I only hope carma will get those horrible chefs. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE / PLEASE CLOSE YOUR DOORS IF YOU DON"T CARE ABOUT YOUR FOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is so sad how t.g.I has deteriorated. There are so many competent and educated individuals looking for good jobs but t.g.I keeps hiring the lowest life forms around. Is it the lack of initiative from the corporate officers or the region supervisors to improve there selection of employees. I believe they have giving free control to their managers that are poorly qualified. I suggest you pay your Dolphin mall restaurant in Miami Florida a visit and do a comprehensive evaluation so you can see what your local management is hiring to serve your paying customers. I'm a officer for a large developmental corporation and will not allow my sales department to entertain our clients there until you make a staff adjustment. How Disappointing.....

Went to BOynton Beach Fridays.... THE RESTAURANT SMELLED DIRTY AND THE WAITER AND WAITRESSES LOOKED LIKE THEY COULD USE A GOOD CLEANING UP.....the table was dirty AND THE WATER WIPED IT WITH A DRY PAPER TOWEL...THEY NEED SOME CLORAX IN THAT PLACE AND SCRUBBING.....at that point we should have been gone...we ordered Ceasar salad that was horrible it was NOT EVEN CEASAR DRESSING ...VERY SALTY...the ribs were DRY & OVERCOOKED ...cole slaw tasted bad SOUR....the entire experience was just awful and then we were shorted $10 in our change. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A FRIDAYS AGAIN

i was at your tgif location in hunters creek florida tonight, maynard the gm was off so scott was the manager. scott is rude and is running this location like a sports bar not a family resturant. i wish adam or someone else was there. my husband told scott that it was not right scott said well they come to watch sports. guess what scott tgif is a family resturant not one like what you had this eveing where people had their own liquor from outside and cursing around kids. Watch out for the BUY ONE ENTREE AND GET ONE OF "EQUAL" OR LESSER VALUE COUPON!! If you have more than 2 people at the table the discount comes off the lowest price entree???? I ordered a 16.59 entree and so did my wife....my kid orders a 8.69 sandwich and that's what comes off...so it's not EQUAL OR LESSER...It's THE LOWEST PRICED ENTREE AT THE TABLE REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE COUPON BEARER ORDERED or others at the table....customer relations?? haha! says so what it says 'LESSER" doesn't it....yes you idiots but first comes EQUAL!!!

Thank you for e-mailing me the buy one entree and get one of "EQUAL" or lesser value free with the purchase of 2 beverages. So I order a 16.59 entree and my wife orders the same. My son orders a sandwich and together we had ten beers. The coupon takes off the 8.69 sandwich and the waiter and mngr say the computer does that and they have no control??? Just send the coupon saying the cheapest meal you order will be deducted and not the equal value BS! You put me (a weekly regular) and your staff in akward positions because of your misleading promos....time to check applebees and others out for me! I contacted TGIF thru the official contact us area of the tgif site with my TGIG ACCT number and check number...

Please be careful when you go to TGI Friday in District Heights Md. #2098 restaurant. Management is Horrible!!!! The waiters aren't true to their word when honoring coupons for TGI Friday. The waiter says one thing regarding the coupon and the manager says another even though your waiter comes back and rralizes he made a mistake to the customer in front of the manager and the manager still debates whether or not he heard what his employee had said. In this situation the customer didn't come first nor did the manager even apologize to the customer what his employees actions!!!!! Poor Management. It's like you had to record the conversation in order for the manager to hear what was said.

We visited TGIF in Compton. We have been there before and had both great service and food. When we visited last time we were encouraged by the waitress to sit in the bar. We did and the service was terrible, the food was ok. We were not offered refills on our drinks or our endless soup and salad lunch until it was time for our check. We watched other customers walk out angry because their orders were wrong and their correct order did not arrive for a long time. We ordered a Cobb salad to go and when we got it back to our friend at work the salad was not a Cobb. It had one piece of bacon and the smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen with BBQ sauce on it. There was also very little lettuce. I have never seen such a sad salad. Extremely disappointed in TGIF! Was never a big fan to begin with but wanted to give it a second chance. We will not be returning.

Went to the Fridays in Southaven, Ms. We sat there for 30m before we got our salad and another 40m before we got our meal. When everyone was given there meal they said mine had been given to someone else and didnt have mine. The waitress never came back to the table to refill drinks. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!! NEVER WILL GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!

I was on vacation and we decided to go to Friday's in Bowie, Md because I had a coupon for a free meal. I asked the waiter up front what meal could I use the coupon on. He verified and said I could use it on the meal I selected. My daughter ordered a half rack of ribs meal. I decided to pick up the total bill. When I looked it over I was charged for the a full rack of ribs and they took off the lowest entree on the bill for the free dinner. When I went back in and spoke to Jason Sullivan (service manger)he told me to give him a minute so he could go and talk to the waiter. He came back and told me that the coupon couldn't be used on the meal I order so they just decided to take it from the cheapest meal. Then he went on to say that the waiter said that my daughter said half rack of ribs, but pointed to the picture of the full rack and thats what he brought out. I asked him if she said ribs and pointed to a burger, what would he bring out. Then the dumb manager asked me did she eat it. He also said that because of the mixed that also happen with this same order that the ribs should have been cut and pass to the other customer that was supposed to get them, so they didn't have to make another order. From my understanding, when a meal reaches the table or someone else's hand it can not be reserved. I spoke to another head manager (Christine) the next day and she said she would get me a gift card in the mail for the problems we had and it's been 2 weeks and I hadn't received anything so I called the corporate office and was told that they don't have any record of this..... REALLY. The service was terrible and we had to keep asking for drinks, we waited along time on the food. I actually left a tip, No More......your tip is based on the service received. He should have been coming out of his pockets from this poor service.. By the way his name is Marquis. If you ever go there DON'T SET IN HIS SECTION.Pissed off.

I went to the Niagara TGIF last weekend. One of the worst Friday restaurants I have been to. (Best was in Boston ) Overpriced for the quality of service and food. I paid 5 dollars extra so that my young children can have some milk (drinks are almost always included in the kids meal in Ontario!) We had the opportunity to visit a macaroni & grill restaurant and a pizzerria and an fine italian restaurant. Fridays was the second runner up. Very expensive. And yet nothing was "fine" about this poorly maintained (looked like it needs a renovation) below average food and service (nice but unhappy servers - is it the management? please visit niagara when you get a chance and see the quality of food you can experience for 100 dollars. You will be surprised!

My partner and I as well as another lesbian couple went to eat at the Fridays (#2185) on E. Gun Hill Road in the Bronx and were treated like lepers. The service we received was by far the worse ever. First we were seated in the back right next to the smelly and dirty restrooms. Our waiter was beyond terrible and we were piece worked our disgusting food. None of us ate together. It seemed like we were served someone else's leftovers and everything we requested had to be requested multiple times before we received it from other workers and not even our server. When I requested to speak to the manager, a rude and homophobic manager by the name of John Popper (or Papa-since he blatantly refused to give me his last name and I had to call the restaurant later on and ask for it), came to my table and rudely asked "what was the problem?". He proceeded to use phrases like "these and those people" when talking about us to his employees and blatantly told us if we had a problem with our food, then we should eat elsewhere because he had "been down that road before with people like us" complaining about the food and service. Even after all the problems with the food and horrible service the manager refused to redeem a coupon that I had after taking a Fridays survey and which was still valid. He said "he would not honor anything from us" and it "would not happen while he was running the shift on any given day". I would never patronize this restaurant again and I am really considering filing a lawsuit against him and Fridays for such discriminatory acts. This manager even cursed while screaming at us in front of a crowded restaurant. He acted so rudely that soon after leaving the restaurant, my friend started vomiting profusely. After such a terrible experience none of us were up to continuing our night out because of my friend getting sick from the food and all the aggravation. This Fridays restaurant should be boycotted by all gays and lesbians or anyone else that has been discriminated against for whatever reason or by whoever has ever been offended by such acts!!! In this day and age and economy, people and/or their hard earned money should be appreciated for their patronage and should get what they pay for. It is a travesty for this type of behavior to exist and especially more troubling when it comes from the head manager of such an establishment. Fridays Corporation should be more proactive and more diligent in hiring people to represent their brand restaurants. If these managers and workers can't do their job effectively and value a guest, then they should be fired and replaced. There are many people out of work now, who would appreciate a job and would appreciate having customers and tips. Fridays Manager John Popper (Papa) needs to be fired immediately!!!!!!!!! If you are outraged, please call the restaurant at #718-671-7920 and tell Manager Popper bigotry and discrimination will not be tolerated!!!!!

Going to say do not visit Friday's in Springdale OH unless u need to buy drugs from your servers, I don't know what kind of place your running but that's sure not a family place to go. server told me and my wife more information than we needed to know and that If we needed some green and X and other pills, a whole list of them she and her Boyfriend who also works there can get us anything. I will never be return to any Fridays because of this. I have reported this to local police but as I did see or receive anything they said they can only watch out for it now.

Let me first commend the TGIF at White Oak Shopping Center, Richmond Va Laburnum Av for always displaying outstanding customer service. I must say TGIF is one of my favorite places to dine and hang out with the guys. the service at the White Oak Shopping Center, Richmond Va, Laburnum Ave is absolutely wonderful. I've heard a few horror stories from some the previous customers, which is unfortunate. For every negative comment, I'm sure there's thousands of good comments never being posted or passed on to the right person. I'm an Executive Account Manager with Thx! Corp. We're currently in test mode of this business venture to collect the proper information and data to serve our clients as efficiently and effectively as possible. Not to say that TGIF is the only company with dissatisfied customers, our concept was design for creating repeat customers, not driving them away. We would love for TGIF to join us 4/1/12 for the pilot phase of this venture. We're designed to change your 1 star ratings into 5 stars simply by providing a free gift, not only to the customers who may have received ok customer service, but to those customers who received outstanding costomer service.
