In high-rise apartment building at Russia, Moscow, Prospekt Mira d.31 currently offers a point-cafe catering network "SubwayÈ (www.subway.ru) Ltd. "Bon Appetit" 129110, Moscow, Prospekt Mira, Building 31, INN 7702784052 Prior to that, for many years it housed the shop "Flowers." The room has been reconstructed. When you open a coffee shop have not been made to seal the ceiling of the room sound insulation. Replaced electrical wiring, installed industrial refrigeration equipment, industrial machinery and equipment for the preparation of write, there is no system of air purification or ventilation. So on the second floor of the flats 2,3,4, stairs always stands strong smell of cooked food. Quality accommodation in a residential building has deteriorated. Permanent pungent smell of the air and can harm your health. Delivery of products specified in the cafe will be a residential courtyard houses, which overlook the windows and the entrance of the house premises. The first launch carried a cafe May 22, 2012. Currently in my apartment number 4 on the second floor is an unbearable smell of cooking, warm pastries, coffee and chocolate. Life is almost impossible. This cafe has violated all the Russian sanitary accommodation for catering in residential buildings. I do not understand how such a respected organization as the SUBWAY franchise granted such irresponsible owners. Currently, tenants appealed to all the competent authorities of the violation of the law business with your brand. I have great respect for your company, often eat in your coffee at gas stations in the U.S. when traveling in my beloved state of Florida. I beg you on behalf of tenants to ban the specified entity to use your brand and franchise agreement and withdraw. By its actions, these entrepreneurs are a disgrace to brand your company. Also, would recommend that you disable your representatives in Russia to provide franchises to open businesses in high-rise residential buildings. The quality of construction works in Russia does not allow the coffee place without prejudice to the tenants of the houses. Yours Dmitry Azarovsky, lawyer
I want to know why I can't get the pastrami sandwich in fort worth Texas . Had it in Florida and loved it. Please bring it here
The subs dont look like the advertisement on tv. They put very little of the meats and alot of the lettuce, tomotoe, olives, onion n so on. That is false advertisement n why I odont go anymore. How sad
Got food poisoning from either the lettuce or spinach at the Youree drive location in south Shreveport, LA...not happy
I went to the subway in marmet west virginia inside the little general and ordered a meatball sub and a club and when i got home me and my husband started to eat i got one bite down and i knew something was wrong. My meatballs were molded and my husbands olives were rotten we had food poisioning for a week i called that same night and talked to a manager she said she could only replace my sandwiches so i went back 2 days later to get them and even called before i came in and when i got there they would'nt replace them.As i was at the counter i saw the sub station open and flies swarming it.Something needs to be done about these resturaunts poisioning people.I am going to call the health inspector on them.Anyway if there were -5 stars that what i would rate them
I worked for Subway and put my all into the company. I was so happy to find a job at Subway because I was almost out of a place to live and was worried about where my next dollar was coming from. I worked hard and when I was let go I was told that the 90 day probationary period meant that I wouldn't be able to recieve an answer because they can fire anyone for anything and don't need a reason. I lived 7 miles from the jobsite and rode a bicycle to get to work. I closed and rode the bike back also at 9:30 at night so I could keep a job. I gave this company everything I could, never stole, cheated, was rude to customers...in fact the last night I worked a customer gave my coworker and I a ten dollar tip to split due to the level of customer satisfaction. Forget Subway. Quiznos is better anyway.
LESS THAN 1 STAR IF POSSIBLE..
I went to the subway by kmart and pizza hut in Omaha ne and as soon as I walked in one of the employees mugs me and almost burned the toaster I order a steak footlong and she asks me if I want steak on it well of course I do duh and all of their employees look super young about 17 I would say and they just go to fool around I was trying to order and one of the girls goes up to some guy working there and they're standing there laughing talking instead of attending the customers I found this rude I've seen it happen everytime I go there I think they should hire older people and not kids who don't even work they should be fired or else that subway will lose a lot of customers because of their employees they work in the evening like from 4 to closing that's when I go on weekdays they should be fired
I went to subway in Omaha ne by kmart around 5 pm all those employees are rude I was treated badly they're kids not even old enough to drive probably and they ignore you because they're busy flirting with each other I really want to contact subway corporate offices about this I'm not the first person to complain about this subways employees in the evenings I've gone in the morning and they're employees for morning are amazing but for evenings they're rude and they just mess around not even work I want them all fired if that us possible this has happened more then once at this subway with their evening employees during the weekdays
i use to work at subway in celina and the manager fired me cause i dint pay for a broken knif that i accendently broke. and accedently left the oven on i think thats wrong he also was trying to charge everyone for the drawer being short which he has no clue who messed something up to make it short. i think the manger has no reason to make some one pay for store equipment, it dosent seem right at all. i feel he just wants the money to pocket it. he also cut my hours for not paying him, i feel something should be done about this!!!!!!!!!
I was excited when coperate offices announced that they were offering gluten free bread. I have now called 5 stores and visited one and it is all a lie. They do not so I will take the like off my facebook and now trash you all for the false advertising.

Had a problem with our order at local subway in san diego. Had to drive 5 miles to another subway to complete our order. Went online to complain since they don't have a 800 number for customer service. Several days later received a letter from Jennifer Rauscher "general manager" apoligizing for the inconvience and asking for my name and address to send out a gift card for the problems we incurred. That was on 4/30/12. I replied the same day. On 5/8/12 I send a second notice and then on 5/11/12 I sent a third notice providing my name and address each time. Today is the 17th and still no gift card. Not sure what that says about customer service. Today I found a phone number for subway corp offices. I called there hoping to get a real person but all I got was automated messages requested the same information. Guess we will see if corp follows up
I watched the Pitch. Why is the chief marketing guy so fat?
I have eaten at the same Subway almost every Thursday for the past two years. In that time several employees have come and gone, and every single one of them has been friendly, efficient, clean, and polite. I seldom have issues in any restaurant because I treat the staff with respect and I don't look for someone to blame or get in trouble when things go a little wrong (and things do go wrong from time to time). Anyway I highly recommend the Subway on the corner of HWY 17 and Bermont Rd. in Punta Gorda Fl. Thanks for the great service and food!
You are GUILTY through association with Tyson Foods, You buy 100% of your meat products through West Liberty Foods, who buys from Tyson Foods. Please Do The right thing before it is common knowledge that you do business with such rotten companies and in turn support Animal Abuse. Investigation Exposing Cruelty at Tyson Pig Supplier Stirs Outrage, Response Posted: 11 May 2012 02:02 PM PDT This week, we announced our latest agribusiness undercover investigation—the fourth factory farm investigation The HSUS has released in 2012 alone. The response to the sickening cruelty we documented and exposed at a Tyson pig supplier was visceral and overwhelming. The HSUS Take action to help pigs today. More than 100,000 people so far have taken action by contacting Tyson Foods and urging the company to stop lagging behind its competitors on the gestation crate issue. Thank you to every single one of you who’s spoken up for pigs by contacting the company. In addition to TV broadcasts of this story all across the country, in the days since the investigation broke, about 200,000 people have watched the video on YouTube. I just returned to my office a few minutes ago from CNN where I taped a segment for tonight’s Jane Velez Mitchell’s show on Headline News. At first, Tyson misleadingly claimed that it had no connection with Wyoming Premium Farms, the facility we investigated. However, the information we assembled proved that a wholly controlled subsidiary of Tyson Foods did indeed buy pigs from this factory farm―which Tyson admitted. The company then pledged to temporarily suspend purchases while its own investigation goes forward. Tyson temporarily suspending purchases from one factory farm in Wyoming is a start, but not nearly enough. Rather than defending gestation crates and allowing its suppliers to cruelly confine animals in them, Tyson should announce an end to its support for these torturous and archaic devices. On Monday, prior to our investigation, Safeway announced it is the latest company to commit to purging its supply chain of pork from operations that rely on gestation crates. With this week’s investigation, Tyson has no excuse to delay any longer in making a similar announcement.

I have never met a manager that makes their employees clock out and keep working. Does she have the right to do that? As far as I know that's not allowed. I hope someone does something about the manager at the store in Parker, Arizona. She's also very unprofessional!!!!
I walked into this store. Ordered a footlong cold cut combo on a whole wheat roll with double meat. The guy says "WOW"- so I let that go.. he then passes the sub to the woman for veges. he then said "that thing weighs a ton"- he even came over and lifted it up and said "heavy!"- the woman then put my veges on it..she then stated " there is no way you can eat this in 1 sitting"- I felt embarrassed and the need to say- "Half today and half tomorrow!"- there were more comments made about the size of the sub -the word "HUGE" was used. I started to wonder why they were so obsessed with my order and if I was the one and only person that ever ordered a footlong sub with double meat?? I then said to them.."its 2 meals for the price of one!" at this point _ I was getting angrier by the minute... How dare they comment OUT LOUD while other customers looked on! This is totally non professional and inappropriate. and someone needs to educate the employees on customer service and rudeness! I told this story to a few friends- they actually suggested I write to the paper and/or call the local news... Please to not dismiss this complaint. It should not have happened to anyone- ever. I cant even imagine if this was said to an overweight person - how horrible would it make them feeL?? Subway's whole personna is HEALTHY eating... this is what I just do not understand... Please forwwrd this to a manager. thank you for your time.
the person that rang up my sale has been ringing my orders lately,he has been ringing my orders up with more expensive subs then the ones ordered. He was caught and called on it today and made to rering my order which went from apprx. $27 to the correct $19 that is was supposed to be. So i went home and combed over all my receipts only to realize he has been doing this all along. So i estimate that he has stolen close to $30 dollars from me this way. transaction number 128 clerk 2 name Ray i will be contacting anyone and everyone about this til the issue is resolved
