the store in leonardtown maryland is the absolute worst. If you eat there and do not get sick concider yourself lucky. I watch as a employee who put on the wrong cheese on a turkey bacon sandwhich scope the cheese off the bacon and slam it back in the container...I am sure that all the Vegetarians out there would love to know their cheese was on the bacon..or anyone with a allergy to bacon as well. THIS SAME person..who screwed up yet another order right after..the woman asked for a turkey breast sandwhich...this girl picks up a chicken breast and slams it so hard into the mircowave it bounces off the wall and lands on the surface...it starts cooking and the customer says if that is mine I asked for a turkey not chicken...so this imp...takes the already started cooking breast..(warming up) and takes it out of the microwave and slams it back in with the others... SO much more but tired of typing this is just crzy and I am surprised she still works there she has the worst attitude ever to work with the public..and skills that only beat a monkey out...barely...wake up subway if you hire teens like this at least make sure a adult is on the scene..and thanks for the food posiing like symptoms...that was the icinng on the cake

The location in Tomball, Tx.... Has NO ENGLISH speaking employees... How hard is it to make a plain white bread roast beef with no veggies, with honey mustard, DAMN.. This why I refuse to go there ever again.... NO STARS..

One subway on route 93 and 172 (Tuslaw area in STark County, Ohio) (Store number is 34707), they have been ringing my orders up with more expensive subs then the ones ordered. For example, I ordered chicken pizzola, and they have the nerve to charge me $1.00 more for the pepperoni. At all other places I went to never charge me extra because the normal price is ringed. Their excuse was we dont have the special button for this. That is full of crap because other places ( I would say more than 15 subway places I went to) have the button to press. So over the year, I've been wondering how much they have ripped me off! I would say over 30 dollars or maybe more or less. next time, you all need to watch the price and make sure it matches what the sign says!! They would not fixed it but other place were willing when make a mistake. They deny the mistake. It all because they havent had a button to press. One star for the employees, but of course 5 stars for the subs!

my ex-boyfriend works for your company and he told me many stories aboot (please excuse the canadian accent) his workplace, he broke my heart so i will now hurt him. He one time made me a 6 inch meatball sub with about 7 meatballs, and gave me a free coke. This would have come out of the company piggy bank , which i believe is embezzlement, his name is Chase Timms and is of ethnic descent. Please take this seriously, i am not lying aboot any of this eh.

Is subway allowed to make theire employees clockout to finish working?

You must be wondering why I am posting this on here, it’s all good news, I’ve lost weight :) and I am every excited for losing over 26 lbs I now weigh 193 lbs Woo Hoo !!! What I’ve done to accomplish this was I stopped drinking soda, watching what I eat ( like eating Subways for lunch) But to burn the calories I’ve been doing a lot of jogging, biking and swimming. The whole reason why I’ve been on this health kick was because my doctor told me I had high blood pressure and if I didn’t want to go on meds I would have to lose weight to lower my BP. That was back in January 2012. So its been a few months now and I feel great :) I still eat Subways for Lunch especially their chicken with swiss, chipolte sause, on Flat bread. (spanish, lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers,and onions.) It's like a ritual and the guys at Subways already know what I want with out me asking :) I love that :) I am at a good place right now, and I wanted my healthly lifestyle to serve a greater purpose. So now I have joined With TNT ( TEAM IN TRAINING). I am doing a fund raiser for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to help find a cure for cancer. I will be doing the Jarden Westchester Triathlon at Rye NY on Sept 23, 2012 to help raise money :) I will be swimming .9 miles, biking 25 miles and jogging 6.2 miles :) Talk about challenging myself lol but its for a good cause. I use to be an employee at this subway longer than anyone their now! Why does Subway need your cell phone number and age to register there cards now. I'd registered the card with a bunch of bs info, but it's not really worth the effort. Everyone I have been in lately has been terrible-service, food, price!

I was on my lunch break and wanted to eat healthy today... But when I went in to the subway at Alpharetta on mainstreet.. There is only one person working... He was very SLOW he then made everybody wait while he took his sweet time putting cheese on the bread.. I said to him is this going to take long he looked at me and shook his head.. Can he even speak English... I said I only have 20 min to get here order eat and get back to work he ignored kept taking bread out and putting cheese on it.... While there is a line of 15 people.. I left and went across street to taco bell... I am very disappointed everytime I try and eat at subway the people act like they could give a shit if they have business... So Quiznos it is from now on I will tell 9000 people or more in my life you guys SUCK on hospitality...

I am addressing the issue of the subway commercial that features 3 firefighters, a rookie, a female and a older firefighter which has apparently taken the rookies avocodo sub. This is of very bad taste, excuse the pun, to suggest that fire fighters would be dishonest. This ad should be pulled and I would not try your product due to your humor is not funny at all! Your advertising agency should be reviewed because the money you are paying them will be lost due to lower sales and/or disrespect from the public. Any questions? If I could give this server a negative score I would. A day ago I went into the subway next to targert in redding california and not only was my server so incredibly rude as to laugh at me. . . (Believe methere was no joke being told) but she reeked of pot, looked high as a kite and didn't even listen to me on what I wanted on my sandwich. I cant believe how rudely I was treated just because you let pot heads work in your stores. I then requested a manager and she responded that she was the closest thing that I was gonna get to one around there. I'm never eating there again, and I'm not (along with the rest of my family) going to eat at another subway again until I see this rude woman fired. Btw her name was Devin and she was wearing a red shirt at the subway next to target in redding California. I hope you do something about this or you just lost at least five customers, and that's not counting the ones who protest along with me when I post my story elsewhere.

Pensacola Florida. stand alone store on creighton road. manager had dip in his mouth as he was talking to me and making my sandwich. very disgusting in my opinion. he always leaves before his shift is done and comes in at the end of his shift and clocks out, but he looks high when he comes back in. he ALWAYS way over fills all the food. his name is JOHN GREENE. he needs to be retrained on how to be a good manager.

I walked iinto the Freric, Wisconsin store purchased a sandwich that part of the meat was raw. Went back the next day to return it and was told I couldnt unless I purchased the same exact sandwich. I wanted to purchase a sandwich four dollars more than the sandwich I was returning but I was told no. A week later I got a ticket for disorderly conduct for 285.00. It took two weeks for me to find out why. Even though I didn't do what I was acused of I'm facing a court date based on a lie. The manager lied on me to cover her poor decision. So if you are ever in Frederic, Wisconsi I wouldn't advise eating in that subway and if you do don't complain about the food or you will end up lie me.... facing made up charges because you complained to Corporate headquarters.

we have went to are local subway twice to get their special on 6 inch cold cut or meatball sub for two dollar. both time we were charged regular price. they said it was for indianapolis area only.if that the case then do not advertise it here. we will never ever go back to subway until they regulate this matter. totally unfair ethics.

I went to a subway on frazier avenue in chattanooga TN after a 4 mile run while in uniform i asked for a cup of water and they actually had the nerve to try to charge my sweat covered self. Never again will I eat at another Subway franchise.

very bad experience, manager was busy in talking with his employees in their language, not paying attention to the customers.moreover, there was rat poop on the floor, restroom was out of order, not clean.

MOREOVER, I SAW RAT POOPS ON THE FLOOR, UNCLEAN BATHROOM, UNCLEAN TABLES, EMPLOYEES DID NOT CHANGE THEIR GLOVE AND MANAGER WAS DOING THE SAME THING. CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE THE MANAGER OF THAT PLACE BECAUSE I LOVE TO EAT SUBWAY AND THAT THE ONLY SUBWAY NEARBY MY PLACE.

My Daughter had gotten a job at the subway in the Vancouver Mall location and was very excited to be employed!So for some strange reason they started her training on a friday afternoon for a few hours, some of which was paperwork,they gave her the whole weekend off and had her come in for a few hours on monday and this so called manager, told my daughter that if she didnt have it down by tuesday she would be fired after eleven hours of training and none of it professional, no online training like they do with most subways.Its just sad that a business is run in this manner and nothing will probably ever be done about it, what a shame! parents should be on guard when applying at this location!
