Just went to subway and they had shredded cheese on EVERYTHING! I wanted a seafood sub and they only had One scoop left and none in the back, had no light ranch packets for a salad and then after toasting the smallll seafood sub off the toast tray he dropped it in the tomatoes .... I was out of a sandwich and then on my husbands turkey sub proceeded to put tomatoes that just got covered in seafood on his sandwich... HORRIBLE since my husband has a seafood allergy! Don't go to the subway at 15 and Harper in Clinton twp, MI. Needless to say I walked out.
i just left subway in whiting nj store 37257 brian the manager makes you feel very unconfortable as you enter the store. he said oh no i cant take this today i go to subway once a week or moe i have never given anyone trouble he wast feeling well this day he should of stayed home he slapped my sandwich tigether like i wa a problem . i will not enter this place again. he sat down at thye table put his finger in his nose and put that in his mouth then got up went to the back and opened a package of meat without washing his hands . he is a disgrace and very rude.
I work at a Subway...and sometimes I feel like quitting because of the things I have seen (food dropped on the floor)! However, I just can not quit! The number one reason why I can't is for the customers! If I quit, who will make sure the customers are being feed right? Who will make sure that they are getting there money's worth? Who will make sure that they "Eat Fresh, Everyday!" Isn't that Subway's logo "Eat Fresh, Everyday!" Unfortunately, this is not the case at this Subway, and I am so sick of it! I have witnessed some very disgusting acts from some of the employees at this Subway, and it has to stop! NO MORE! I am afraid to eat there, and will not unless I prepare the food myself, that is, after I open up the packages myself! I have warned my family not to eat there unless I am there working. That way I can be sure that they are not getting anything that has been dropped on the floor, and put back on the line for the customers to spend their money on. When I open up my mouth and report the things I see that is wrong, I am the blame or I am a liar! I really suggest that the company needs to use those camera's to catch the one's that are dropping the food, instead of using the cameras to watch the employee's on a break. There are to many people in the United States that need a job, and will appreciate it, as well as do unto others as they would have them do unto them! I do not understand how anyone can behave in such a manner in front of other employee's and think that no one will tell the truth! Who does this? This is so wrong! My plan is to make a difference, and I will continue to report this type of behavior until it ceases, or they fire me.
i was a former employee at a subway in ga. try this one the subway inspector come in and finds yogurt parfaits out of date and in the cooler to be served to customers but yet the store is in full compliance and was not fined like they were suposed to be. And on top of that they demoted me bc i was doing my job then put a hand picked person off of the street and he makes us change labels to be in compliance, but yet he goes "by the book" be carefull in the state of ga please!!!

Subway in the Fallsview casino mall. The management /ownership of this subway needs to be reviewed. I was a employee for subway for 7 years, my former boss had sold the business and the new owners came in and seemed great....at first. Slowly things had gone down hill including the pay I have receiving for the last 7 Years they cant afford anymore and have knocked it down by 2.50 with no professional notice but a note dated 2 days before I received it and no word to my face from the actual owner, just his wife to do the dirty work. I treated subway as if it was my own and always worked hard and was very well respected from the previous owners. I feel like I am being screwed over because they are lowering my wage because they cant afford to have subway and pay their employees their earned pay, it has nothing to do with my work ethic , very upsetting.
My family and I were just in Niagara Falls for Canada Day weekend events. We ate at subway on fallsview blvd. and the experience was not impressive. The lady working was rude who was working and out bred was soo small, not baked properly probably.
I WENT TO THE SUBWAY ON DIXIE HWY IN LAKE WORTH FLORIDA FOR LUNCH, 90% OF THE EMPLOYEES CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. AND FOR THAT I GOT THE WRONG STUFF ON MY SANDWICH AND THE WRONG AMOUNT OF CHANGE. I DON'T THINK THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO WORK AT THIS SUBWAY IF THEY CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH. POOR SERVICE. NEVER WILL I GO BACK.
I just would like to say the food at subway in honeapath SC is the far worst I have ever tasted in my life. The bread was hard the meat was nasty. The lady that fixed my food had what looked like cat hair on her. She had a nasty tone with me. I dnt know What kinda music they was playing but it sound like something wiccans would listen to. When I asked to speak to manager she clamed to be one. She wouldnt give me the owners name nor number. She had a pot leaf on her leg. That should show something. When I went to get into my car there was a stong oder of burnt rope smell all round the store. I do believe that you should drug test all the workers and the owners at that store with out a notice. I have informed the police of the smell that ive smelled. I will not go back go that subway untill something is done.
hello i just came from a subway in Shelby North Carolina where i was informed i can't have as many pickles as i want on my sandwich that i have been ordering from subways made the exact same way for over 5 years now now if there is a limit amount on the veggies then the subway load it with as many veggies as u like as it says on the comercials needs to be changed to have your subs built to our standards and like it or go somewhere else i am very displeased with subway in shelby now and if i am ever told that in another subway i will never go to subway again and i will make sure all my friends that eat there know the bs i was told aswell. ps to subway owners and operators u should also make sure your staff is friendly and is helping the customers as they come in not in the order they choose as while i was there a lady ordered a milk shack and never got it and she asked aboout it and all they did was a refund and never apologized for not making it that not good customer service and makes the establishment look bad
arent you sick of how corperations treat us consumers now dayslike subway for an example they make these fantastic sandwiches and take photos of them to entice us customers into buying them the meat and cheese are thick and tempting but when we go to the subway to purchase one what we get is a whole different thing the meat and cheese are cut so thin that you can hardlysee it its so thin that you can just about read the evening paper through it they take a super thinslice of cheese cut it from corner to corner and now they have two super thin slices of cheese and figure that warrents full price for a slice on each half slice sure its convenient to have some one elsemake the sandwich for you but is it worth the money to get so little for so much and what about this avacado sandwichi got one the other day and what i got for my $1.50 was two scoops of avacado strechedover my foot long. the scoops i got that day were little black teaspoones of the tiniest variety of plastic spoones that ive ever seen. there wasnt enough avacado that i could even taste it.its a shame and i really think america should boycott any companythat follows these false advertising practices if it doesnt look at least as good as thepicture in the advertisement give it back and have them make one like in the ad picture give us what you promise in your pictures dean gagliano gaglianodean49@gmail.com have you the courage th show this to your customres i doubt it
I was in your subway in Dunbar, WV today I couldn't beleive how dirty it was I stoped going there quite a long time ago but I thought I would try again if you have a manager there they are not doing there job the trays were so dirty flies everywere I will never go back, there was a man beside me that left because he said it make him sick I can't beleive the Health Dept. would let you stay open something needs to be done
How are you going to run a business when you guys at subway cant change a 59 dollar bill it is such an inconvenience, plus you sign with price don't match with the ones inside which to me is false advertisement, for especially your new store located at 8298 bird road Miami Florida 33155 I'm not a fan of subway any more every time is something new and an inconvienince to the customer
Today stopped in there around 2pm and two ladies that were working appeared to be older around 30's or 40's. They were not happy at all that I had walked in, they both kept rolling their eyes to each other, slamming toppings on my sandwich, the tone of voice was rude and was not customer friendly. Among the conversation they was having was how one could not wait to get out of there in 5 minutes, how one did not wanna come up and help make the sandwich, one even stated "oh god another one" as I walked in the door. I work at a subway in Massachusetts and have been for about 2 months now. I am still being paid unde the table and when I ask to be paid they don't pay me for all of the hours that I work. I have gotten into arguments with the owners about how many days I worked and showed them pictures of the schedule and still refuse to pay me. Just wanted to tell headquarters because I am so aggravated with chafing money from these people. I am quitting tomorrow.
I went to subway with 3 of my sons for lunch. Got 3 full subways. From the beginning the service was terrible. If you tell them to add more they would add one more etc. We paid for the sandwiches and went to sit down to have out lunch. My little one (3) asked for a water cup I went and got him water in it. He accidentally pushed lemonade also since its like the same button. The water got blurred up a little. We sat down and the sand-which lady told me immediately to the cups were for water which I knew. And kept telling me to throw it away and go get water. I told her I was sorry because my son pushed the Lemonade. She kept arguing and yelling at me and showed me like a 2 year old attitude. My 3 year old son started crying because he was scared of her raising her voice. She went bak and got me water and threw it on my table. We had to pack our sandwiches and leave. If I could I wouldn't even give this a star ...I was hired by subway and took the online training at home which you don't get paid for , which I think is against the law , all training for a job is supposed to be paid. I then had to purchase a uniform for $40.00 , these are manditory and I have never had to purchase a uniform for anyother company , unless I wanted more than one shirt etc. , anyway the day I paid for the uniform I got a BETTER job so I quit. They will not give me back my $40.00 I DID NOT EVEN GET THE UNIFORM . So the manager just made herself some money cause you know she's going to charge the next person $40.00 for my uniform . Have been trying to contact someone in Corporate but they don't seem to care either. BEWARE of working for this company !!!!!!!!!
