Steak n Shake Corporate Office & Headquarters

My husband and I went to a Stake & Shake restaurant at 10650 Hwy 441 in Leesburg, FL. I have always enjoyed the chocolate shakes at other locations but at this location it was during "Happy Hour" and the shake I received was FROZEN. I asked why and the waitress said that during "Happy Hour" they make them ahead and "throw them in the freezer". I requested another since I did not want chocolate ice cream. Even the whipped cream was frozen and was flat on the glass. When we were finished eating and I had eaten the other shake, the frozen one was still mostly frozen.

The Steak n Shake in Collinsville Illinois is always top notch. The food is always great, fantastic shakes, friendly staff. This location is a model for all the rest.

My husband and I went to the Steak & Shake on Cattleman Rd in Sarasota, Fl. Our service was great, the food was great, the waitress was great. As we were walking towards the register to pay the (manager?) wearing a blue shirt 1/2 tucked in he walked away for about 5 mins. He came back, I said "hello" he said nothing. He told us how much the bill was, and what our change was. No Thank You, no nothing. This will probably be the last time we go there.

I would have rather just sent an email than write this review. I like eating at steak & shake especially when traveling but every time I go to the location in Auburn hills, Michigan by great lakes crossing mall it is terrible. Tonight I brought the family in. It took over 1/2 hour to get water & after an hour they asked what type of shakes we ordered & had no idea how long it would take for our food. We walked out at this point. Few tables walked out before us.

I found a whole rat in my burger. It wasn't even ground up. They also cut the toe off and shoved it in my shake straw. Discusting!

We have been waiting for over an hour to even be asked to get drinks we have not seen a server even male an attempt and they glance at us many times without coming to our table. This is at East Linton Blvd Delray Beach Fl

My neighbor and i wanted some chili for lunch so we went to the Franklin, Indiana store (556). First of all, the prices seemed higher than most places. After we placed our order for Chili Mac Super, it came with spaghetti noodles no macaroni. The food was luke-warm and hardly had any meat. When we went to pay the bill it took us about 15 minutes to check out. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Favorite Steak n Shake in Oldsmar Fl. Very clean, good Mgmt, Teamwork, great service and food. Two worst one; Clearwater Rt 580 and Fowler Ave, Tampa Fl. Terrible food and service. Fowler very dirty and very slow to get food. Burnt burger and cold fries. Aweful.

I am a huge Steak 'N Shake fan having grown up in IL. Therefore I'm notifying you of a possible business opportunity. I live in the 3rd largest city in LACounty & one of the safest in CA. I have noticed that across the road from Six Flags Magic Mountain (a major theme park) there is a building available that would be a great location for a Steak 'N Shake. I wish I had the funds available to be a franchisee, but I don't.

service was good,burger was good,chili was not chili, just a bowl of beans and the district manager defended it by saying that was the way it should be made.this was at the dorothy lane store in moraine oh.

Just visited the Myrtle Beach, Tanger Outlet Mall location. Food was good, service was good and the waitress was delightful. The milk shake was the best I have had in years.

I have been enjoying Steak n Shake since a was young and there was curb service. I was thrilled when they started the $4 menu. We recently visited the Franklin, IN business and they were out of pickles. Seriously? How does Steak n Shake run out of pickles? They said they didn't have biscuits for the morning and were out of some kind of dressing. But pickles? The rest of the food was good as always. Pickles?

I have complained about bugs and just all around sanitation of the NOBLESVILLE steak n shake but have seen no results yet in 3 months so I gave up and started going to ihop. Come on people clean up and spray for bugs!!

I filed. 2 complaints yet to hear back from anyone at Steak 'n Shake they sold me a hamburger with a basically raw egg on it got photo prove and all I went thru the drive thru on Washington and Franklin didn't take a bite of the sandwich till I was on 465 headed south imagine biting a hamburger and stuff that looks like snot oozes out wasn't just the yolk it was the white as well

Look I haven't really been to your store. But you wpuld think that on veterans day week they would at least give out free fries and water. Everyone should support its military because alot of our efforts and lost lives provide the security your corporation uses to expand and keep America fat and happy like we like. All im saying is next year at least give out dessert or a burger!!!!#

When called in for a second review, the interviewer asked me what I think about Obamacare. Is this standard practice for hiring? Needless to say, my answer must not have been what she was looking for. Interviewer did not call me back like she said she would. I'm thinking that asking such questions is against the law. Will be digging deeper into this and will write another revies in the near future.

Upon arriving at the resteruant I noticed that only a couple of servers look sd if they should be in the publics eye. The rest of the staff were dirty shirts not tucked in and floors were dirty. I guess you don"t care about your customers at all I had a big complaint last week someone was supposed to get back to me within 24-48 hours it has been a week now and heard nothing. Everyone should know about your company and your promises are good for nothing. I have case number and everything that is so un professional to me.

I had occasion to visit store #077 and I just had to write. You have a manager at this location that is absolutely awesome ! He was such a team player, he cleaned tables, took orders, served food and swept floors. All this while being friendly and courteous, I have a store much closer to me than his but I will go there where he is from now on. He is a keeper and should be rewarded for his great service.
