I went to the Sonic on South Main in Houston, TX as I do at least once a week to get a Bacon Breakfast Toaster Combo with a Rootbeer and a Bacon Toaster, no egg, no cheese, sandwich only. This morning, about 10:48 am, I went there and the Car Hop was the rudest person ever. She basically threw my fod and napkins at me with mutterings under her voice. I usually give a $1.00 tip to everyone who brings my food out and I had the $1 out but instead, I actually got out of my car and went in the kitchen to tell them what a horrible person this car hop was and in 7 years of going there, I have never exited my car.

I have been going to sonic for a long time now and always great service. Today there is a girl with blonde hair pulled back in a pony tail and a piercing above her lip do not know her name as she was not wearing a name tag. She was rude and short with me. Not friendly at all. I will not be going to the sonic in sandy, utah anymore horrible customer service!!!!!! Not happy.

I have been going to Sonic for years..At least 3 times a week...I try not to use this location 16th st orange texas, but sometimes have to....The service is awful...The last 4 or 5 times I have gone there something upsets me..Either my order is wrong, or I wait in line forever....Monday was the last straw...I took my older daughter and Grandaughter to get a malt...I ordered them and waited in the line for 14 minutes to get to the window..They only had about 6 cars in the whole area parked and maybe 5 in the line..Slowly I got to the window and sat at the window with no one making my malts or even let me know they saw me..It was ridiculous..There was 5 people running round doing absolutely nothing..2 were standing talking to each other, 1 was drinking a drink, and the other 2 were just looking around...I was at the window for 8 minutes...Still no one was making my drinks..Never looked at me, and I was getting pretty upset..I let a couple minutes go by watching them not making my order, and my daughter said Mom! let's just go...Finally after a few more minutes a girl walked out to take someone their food with the headgear they wear to take orders..She went back in and DID NOT !!!!..make my order..What the heck...We drove a block to Dairy Queen, ordered a malt and were leaving in less than 4 minutes....Sonic on 16th st. needs to get lessons from the Sonic on Mcarthur Dr. in Orange..

Went to the drive in at 12:30pm on 3/5/13 we decided to go to this location because it wasnt busy. We had 3 different orders I began the first order after the first item she kept putting me on hold! and saying what was the last thing you ordered? so I had to keep repeating myself! So the next order decided to order at the patio to make it easier. On my order I wanted the Molten sundae but they told me they were cleaning the ice cream machine! what kind of sonic cleans out the ice cream machine during lunch rush!?? after waiting 20 mins on our orders it finally arrived the food was cold and the condiments requested were not in our bags. Also our carhop was so rude to us and didnt say one word and also didnt read our order to us! I will never go back to this location again for their "5 minute gaurantee" !!!!

2am Friday Night Airport Road Allentown PA 3 burgers to go. The burgers were barely warm. and the cold pickles made the meat almost as cold. Onion rings over cooked to the point of "in the garbage. Gross. This is not what I am used to at sonic.

Saw the commercials for Sonic's Jumbo Spicy chicken nuggets and tried them. YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING. How do you get to call them "JUMBO" ? A little hunk of chicken and a bunch of breading. Got the sweet potato fries and drink....$9.50. You've got to be kidding. Never again will you see my vehicle at a Sonic.

Ashley was my car hop and she stated her name ,what i ordered, told me my total over inter-come and when she came to the truck, she had wonderful customer service skills, asked if i needed ketchup or salt, i am a quest at this location on many times during the week and this was my most remembered experience.

I first want to thank you for great food in SLC. I went thee twice a week. Moved to Billings, MT, couldnt wait for Sonic to be finished. O have only been there 4 times since it opened. The burgers I loved sfo much don't exist, they are dry and unenjoyable

I love going to the Sonic's in Bentonville AR. I have never had problems with the staff, the food, or the service. I have read many reviews on here and am just amazed. I have never had trouble at any Sonic here in Arkansas. Thank you to the wonderful staff who always gives their all to treat their customers with AWESOME customer service!! AND great food!!

Ordered a sweet tea, instead got unsweet tea. Ask the cashier to replace it for a sweet tea since it was not what i ordered. Got my "sweet tea" back to find out they just added so much sugar to my cup it was impossible for me to drink anymore. So much sugar that i could actually feel and taste the sugar cubes on my mouth and lips. Had to buy a 12oz drink from my apartments vending machine, not even on this i could taste the sugar and that alone had 40g of sugar.

The Sonic in Bernice, Louisiana hasn't had ice cream for months. When you ask them about it the answer is the machine is on back order. If it takes 6 months or more to get a ice cream machine something is very wrong. I'm tried of stopping by there and told the same thing everytime. I don't want my burger and onion rings without my shake. Some of my friends around this area are tried of it also. Can't something be done about this.

I was rung up for the wrong drink that was 4 times what I should have payed. When I told the employee she proceeded to argue w me and made my drink anyway so I had to pay for it. I am taking legal actions.

I busted the sonic in forest hill in fort worth Tei xas ai t 7:25 and at 7:40 I decided to just leave. I ordered two large drinks and never receieved them. They were extreamly under staffed and showed no remorse for the lack of urgency. You lost a customer tonight and I won't be coming back!! I gladly went to chicken express where I was served two drinks in under 2mins! Staff up your sonics its better to have two many employees and just send home rather then just be cheap keep labor low and loose customers!

My mother and I went to the Sonic in Harriman, Tennessee, about noon on January 13. We placed our order; then not five minutes later, the food was delivered to us by a very nice girl. Now, I appreciate fast service, so that was NOT the problem. The problem was, when we got the food home, the buns were stale, the meat was barely warm. It was like we had been given food that had been prepared early in the morning and just left sitting, waiting for us to get there. I'd rather wait longer for a FRESHLY COOKED hamburger than to get one that's stale and not warm.

I went to Sonic on York and Chandler in Muskogee, OK at about 9 p.m. tonight, and pulled up to the drive-thru speaker. I heard a short muttering and then nothing. I attempted to get someone's attention through it, but no one replied so I drove around to the window. I sat there for ten minutes and no one ever came up to the window. I even honked the horn shortly before I left in case they really did not see me, but all the employees very rudely avoided the window the whole time. I was never served!

I just found out that the Sonic in Laramie, WY is managed/owned by a registered sex offender who is still on probation for molesting a 9-year old girl. Found out after my teenage daughter worked there for a year. Thanks Sonic for giving a pedophile access to my child.

I went to the Sonic in Copperas Cove, Texas and got my food very very fast which explains why it was under cooked and cold. I did't notice this till I got home only a few minutes away.

Went to Sonic at 129th E. Ave just South of 31st St. in Tulsa, Oklahoma Oredered the Breakfast Crousant Sandwich with sausage, when I opened the light weight bag it was a very much shrunk sandwich, just a sliver of egg a small bun and cheese and sausage at the same price! What gives? Wonder about the size of any hamburger and price.

Who carries cash these days? Everyone pays with their debit cards. I feel bad when I don't have any cash to tip the car hop and I have no option to leave a tip on my card. Sonic needs to figure something out so we can take care of our good car hops that deserve more than base pay. Please find a solution to leave tips on debit cards!

I went to Sonic in Talequah ok, and I ordered my food and it came in a good time, but my sause was missing as was my sister's frys. So I called and they said it would be right out and it didn't come so I called again.We never got our order. There was employees standing around on their phones. Then when I asked what happened the lady was very very rude. My food was also cold. nNot happy at all.
