Horrible service and food

I went to Sonic in Vacaville Ca and we were excited when they put a sonic in this area but we have been really disappointed with this Sonic. It takes forever to place your order and then we waited 30 min for our meal. After the long wait we finally got our food and decided to take it home instead of eating in the car. What finally made me decide to place a complaint is we got home and our order was wrong and the food tasted like it was sitting out for a long time. I have given this Sonic a few chances but no more i will not be going back!!! It is such a shame that sonic corporate does not care about their customers!!!

Customer Service

I went to Sonic in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca this evening. It took 45 minutes to take my order, then another 30 minutes to fill my order only to find out after I left that my food was cold. I am very upset and disappointed with this visit. I have been going to Sonic over 37 years and never have I had this type of service.

keeping up with the times

Today many people are either gluten-free or cutting back on breads altogether. Since employees taking orders are very confused with requests for 'bun-less' burgers--why not put one (or two) on the menu!!?!!

poor customer service

Beyond poor customer service at the sonic on 1314 in porter. People taking the order are rude, wont allow you to complete the order and then they get the dollar amount correct. I would have considered myself a big fan of sonic at one time bit this location is making me loose interest in any sonic.

The Waller, Texas Sonic is steadily going down hill. Orders take forever and then are wrong. Just left there and there were 7 employees sitting around inside. I ordered a medium Coke and received a large Diet Coke and was told it would be $4.50. It took 8 minutes to get that messed up order of a drink and I was the first person in the drive-thru. It's always bad there, and I'm so surprised no one lets the owner/ Sonic management be aware of their poorly trained employees

sonic in coleman

i was at the coleman location and my order was wrong so i proceeded to go inside and when i did i noticed two cockroaches on the stainless steel table. i was so grossed out that i walked out and threw my food away and went to the dairy queen down the street. if cockroaches normally come out when it is dark then there must b alot of them in the store to b out in the daytime.i will never eat tat this location for as long a s i am alive.

Sonic in Wilmer, Tx

Saw manager actually degrade employee in front of customer. Not a good example to set. Just because of her attitude toward her employees, I will not GO BACK. Not acceptable in my book. That Sonic needs new management badly. On another note, their carhops are exceptional!

Kingston NY Sonic

The Sonic in Kingston, NY is horrid. The Employees are idiotic, slow, and could care a less about the customer. I will never ever frequent a Sonic anywhere ever again based on my experience there. It's just not acceptable when a Customer's order gets screwed up two times then the Employees are overheard by the Customer having a good making fun of how how bad they screwed up the order!

I went to the sonic in bakersfield ca on niles street and morning dr I got there at 9:10 pm we ordered only milk shakes and we waited 30 minutes I hit the order button they didnt answer for 10 minutes then they finally answered that the orders were mixed up and it would be alittle bit longer we waited 45 minutes for milk shakes still did not get them so we left pissed off need more workers and faster service

Horrible Service

Went to the Sonic's on Mabelvale Drive in LR. Ar. all i wanted was a shake for the kids, we waited 20 minutes at the drive thru intercom no answer. So we drive up to the window only to be ignored for an additional 10 minutes. So I called the manager the next day only to be hung up on because of my complaint about the service I received last night. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO SONIC'S ANYWHERE

dirt in my food

Last night I took my grandson to Sonic in Siloam Springs, AR. I ordered cheeseburger, chili cheese tots and a sundae. We waited for about 35 to 30 minutes. I complained a couple of times about the wait for my order. I must have mad someone mad, because on the way home I was eating my burger and I felt something in my mouth, I pulled it out of my mouth and they had a dirt clog about 1/4 in size in my burger. Needless to say I have contacted the owner. Someone needs to be fired.

I have gone to Sonic Drive Inn since the 1960's. The foot long chili cheese dog WAS great until the last time I visited Sonic (Mother's Day, 2013). The chili only had about 1.5 tablespoons of meat and lots of sauce and it smelled terrible. Needless to say, I won't be eating at Sonic any time soon!!!

Sonic in OKC

The Sonic on 23rd street in Oklahoma City is terrible. The average wait for the drive through is about 20 minutes (even 10 minutes for just a drink). Every time I order a shake, it is ALWAYS served to me MELTED! On numerous occasions I have been given the wrong order. This just seems unacceptable and I hope you fix it.

i love sonics have even worked there for a few years but what can be done with the comercials .the are soooooo bad.google sonics wosrt comercails to see what i mean.you need new actors an a whole new plan cause the two old bald non funny guys are bad for business.at least do a vote some how cause everyone i know agrees.THEY STINK BAD.

I recently went to Sonic and had horrible service. The girl brought the food to my car and hit my vehicle with the red tray. Did not apologize and tossed food in vehicle.

i have been a devoted Sonic customer for 30+ years and the best service ever comes from #3207 in Richardson Tx. . These people have it down. They offer quick easy and delightful service. Always up beat and taking care of your needs. You don't have to ask for anything they just offer it right up front. Everything i have had is fresh and well put together. Thanks Sonic # 3207

Sonic in Shreveport, LA

They are extremely slow and rude. Say in the drive through for 10 minutes without anyone saying anything to me so I pulled into a space to place my order. Pushed the order button and no one took my order for 10 minutes. This is no way to treat customers, and they were in no rush to serve me my drink.

Horrible service!!!!

I went to the Perry,Ok location for three drinks! Waited for 15 minutes and saw two customers that had shown up AFTER I had gotten there, receive their FOOD. I asked for refund and left! How awful! That was my first AND ONLY experience with them!!!! PATHETIC!!!!!!

bad management

Its ridiculous when i go to sonic in springhill all i c is people on cell phones, talkn loud, managers allowing employees to play music on their cell phones cause i can hear it on the speaker when ordering unless theres a radio inside. I saw a manger & employee during one morning outside taking pictures while people in drive thru line waiting to order. After the photo shoot they ran back in proceeded to take orders. They were extremely busy another day & managers were out back talking. U could clearly see they needed help. Later the managers which were a black & white female went back in yelling at employees about a time & they not getting orders out. But maybe if they were in there helping things wouldve been better. I feel for the employees here. One of the employees says they force them to turn in more tips than they reall have. Says if u dont get $1 per hr in tips u are a bad carhop. What?!?! Really?!?! Theyre taking away paid vacations so to speak. Somethings ALWAYS wrong w/the slush machine. Was on drive thru another day & i could see them eating in the kitchen while preparing food. Employees are unhappy & cant be all they can be because they feel they are always put down & never really told good job unless its a certain favorite employee of theirs. I have a very good relationship w/some of the employees there & they all have the same problem... FAVORITISM is a HUGE factor there & needs a complete NEW management team... One employee says the head manager tells them not to throw cups away that falls on sonics wet floor... He wants them to use them. Ugggh!!! You are not home. That floor has waaay more traffic than at home... Help those employees & get some actually professional management in that store.. The doors are sometimes wide open & you can hear alot... Heard managers yell at employees.. very unprofessional! Its a way to talk to people. Employees are affraid to talk to the managers bout a problem because depending on if she like u are not u may get fired.

rude people

The manager there is rude. Always acts like your a in convince. Clicked off the intercom before i was done, then gets on her cell phone texting. Im tired of sonic. Most of the other people there are ok, but this one who seems to always be there is the rudest laziest person ive seen there. Im going to start going somewhere else.
