I just visited the Sonic at 9424 Culebra Rd in San Antonio Tx. I have to say. That was the filthiest Sonic I have ever been in. Lucky for me, I thought about using the restroom to wash my hands first. That restroom was very disgusting. I got in my truck and left. Very dissapointed. I used to like it there.

I used to work at Sonic, and then I had a different address. So I haven't received my W2s because it was under a different address. So i recently called to get a copy of them, and they keep transferring me to some automated machine giving me information. Though I have tried calling and getting it online, but it says it doesn't recognize my ssn because I no longer work there. So I'm wondering if someone can help me get a copy of my W2s. Thank you.

I called sonic on Sheridan in Lawton OK the girl manager that works night is very rude. I wanted to place a order well i couldnt hear her cause it was way to loud in there music an everyone screaming so i had to have her repeat her self a few times. She got mad and was cussing up a strom. I ask her for her name she just laugh an hung up. Well I called back an it buzzy i kept calling still buzzy. So i when there when i walk up to the door she came out she had the phone on off the hook. she didnt have a name tag on I ask for the next person higher then her she just laugh when in an stayed so i waited for awhile until a carhop came out i tried talking to them but she was rude to so walked in an started talking to the manager so i went an looked in the window the place was NASTY!! I'm never going back there! You guys need help with this store its gonna take a miracle to get this place straighten up! If there was a zero It would be there but the lowest is a star!
Who do i contact about my w2's i have been calling sonic for a while now to send me my w2s well the manager on duty said she got her's so i ask to get a number where i can find out where my w2s are she keeps telling me she doesnt know what to do cause she cant give me a number. Well I reminded her she's was wrong because i use to work there if someone calles to ask for the supervisor's number u have to give it to them especial when u are gonna complain. I'd would prefer to rate it as a zero. Yesterday my husband picked up an order to go from the SONIC located on 1101 GM 685 Pflugerville,TX 78660. AFTER EATING HALF OF MY BURGER I NOTICED SOMETHING WEIRD AND WHEN I OPENED IT THERE WAS A DEAD ROACH INSIDE. I VOMITED 3 TIMES.THEN WHEN I CONTACTED THE STORE THE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE # TO CORPORATE AFTER ASKING SEVERAL TIMES. SO I DECIDED TO START RECORDING OUR CONVERSATION SHE STATED IT WAS HER 2ND DAY ON THE JOB AND IF I CALLED CORPORATE THAT WOULD MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THEY'RE NOT DOING THEIR JOB. SHE KEPT OFFERING ME COUPONS. FINALLY SHE GAVE ME A NUMBER BUT WHEN I DIALED IT STATED IT WASN'T A WORKING NUMBER. SO I CALLED BACK SHE STATED SHE GAVE ME A 888-OK-SONIC WHICH IS A 2ND INCORRECT NUMBER. FINALLY WHEN I WAS GIVEN THE CORRECT NUMBER. I CONTACTED THEM OF WHAT HAPPENED. I WOKE THIS MORNING STILL FEELING SICK TO MY STOMACH BUT WORST OF ALL I KEEP HAVING NIGHTMARES ABOUT THIS....I'M SO SCARED TO EAT OUT ANYWHERE NOW. I NEVER THOUGHT ANYTHING LIKE THIS WOULD HAPPEN TO ME. YOU HERE STORIES OF BAD RESTURANTS BUT I JUST FEEL LIKE I WANT MY SANITY BACK...CAN / WILL THE NIGHTMARES STOP. The Sonic on Briarcrest Dr. in Bryan, Tx. needs driveway repair. Two places are not only broken but shattered to the degree that damage can be done to under carriage of vehicles and tires can be ruined.Been in this condition for months and manager seems un-concerned. Its causing storm water to by-pass an inlet causing more damage.If not repaired by March 1 we will file complaint with BBB and city attorneys office.So be it !!!
Your food looks terrific. I wiah i could taste it but unfortunately. You guys don't have a sonic near Hermitage, pa the closest one is 50miles away. Please invest in one it's a rich city and it needs something different. Take a look it'll b worth it... Thanks
i used to work for sonic for 4 years!!!! I USED TO LOVE MY JOB BUT THE MANAGER STARTED STEALING MONEY FROM THE COMPANY SO I THEN QUIT BECAUSE THATS WRONG STEALING FROM THE COMPANY SAD!!!!HE IS A THEFT AND VERY CHEAP HE CHARGE EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING
I used to love Sonic. I especially loved their Sonic Blast or anything like that. Then they got this "real" ice cream. I think it sucks compared to what they used to have. Now they are serving ice cream in silver paper cups instead of foam. It leaks and it melts the minute you start holding it. I am not going back again. I have tried it several times thinking maybe it was just me but I now know that McDonalds McFlurry is better. Go back to the old ice cream and foam cups. No wonder you business is suffering. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I went to Sonic on Summerville Rd In Phenix City, ALabama Ordered Two Breakfast Burrito's Witch both were cold And sausage was hard. While i was there my waitress which was on skate,s was yelled at by her manager to hurry up. She addressed her as hey whitey. She was the only white person that was there and she told me that they, meaning the rest of the staff always treated her in such a manner. I for one think that is racially wrong on many different levels and sonic coporate should investigate.
Every time for the past 2 months that i have gone to the sonic in Phillipsburg New Jersey any hotdog's that i buy have been either ripped in half or smashed, i finially asked the girl why one day *same girl that always brings me the food* and she says "because you didn't tip me. everyone else does, asshole" i asked for her manager and she said she was the manager and that i needed to leave or she would call the cops.*i doubt she was the manager but still, not worth dealing with the cops over* now i'm sorry, but ARE YOU SERIOUS??? i didn't tip you? so you mash up my food atleast 15 times after the fact? i LOVE sonic, but unfortunantly i have to drive atleast 30 miles to the next closest sonic if i want to enjoy it.
I am a steady customer of the new Sonics that recently opened up on Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida. It is sad that confronting the General Manager and the entire management staff I have found them recently smoking and smelling of marajuna. they treat the staff rudely in front of customers, and the service is poor. I have decided to not continue my services there. I work for a large corportation in which I introduced them to the new sonics, but felt embarrassed after the last experience, where the manager came in smelling and eyes glossy and red. They have decided to not continue as well. I do hope that someone will really look into the management staff. It would be a shame to lose business due to this. What a shame.
I am very disappointed with Sonic's Customer service. I have had four or five poor experiences at local Sonic locations, and when I wrote Sonic to let them know, they dropped the ball. I either get someone saying that they will respond to my issues or I get generated auto emails that I cannot even reply to. When a company does not care enough to give positive customer service to a customer that has put up with rude employees and cold food... They lose my business.
Selling drugs in parking lot, drinking on the job,stealing,the worst place to work. Management,or owners don't do anything .
sonic drive,in forest virginia forced me to work off the clock after close and when i complained they said thats how they were trained by my calculation sonic stole over 30hrs from them forcing me to work off the clock and still to this day i feel robbed by sonic drive in in forest,virginia 221 ,
Went to the sonic on Broadway in Tucson. Az and I went through the drive through. I ask the lady if we had everything she said yes. I get all the way home and my tator tots are missing and both my onion ring orders are burnt. I spent 21 buck on that? I have worked at sonic for 4 years,and this year starting january 1st they made it mandatory for carhops to skate! I think this is ridiculous due to the fact that when I was hired I was not told anything about skating and now if we don't skate we have to fountain. The parking lot is not suitable to skate due to the fact it has cracks in it,it goes down hill and has pebbles all over it!! I fell Sunday and thought I broke my hand/wrist and hip,but I only sprained my wrist and bruised my hip. I am thinking very seriously about calling OSHA and having them come to inspect. We also had to pay for half our skates which still coated us $50 even though that's part of our uniform,we have no helmets,knee pads,or elbow pads.
its got to tell you something when you see zero post from the coperate office on their own website. and with this many reviews some good or some bad they should send out a thank you or say something for the bad service you encoutered. Its almost march and i still havnt received my w2. when i do receive them they better have been postmarked before jan. 31st or sonic has another thing coming to them. Maybe if the sonic i worked at was more into serving their customers and operating the store more professionaly and not worrying about selling drugs in the parking lot maybe more ambitious people like myself would work for a poor company and the most pathetic thing its right in bthe same city as the corperate office. Mystery shoppers are not doing their job or the stores itself would be maintained a lot better and your business ratings would be higher. i worked there and i know they get ran. They should take a litttle more time in hiring the right candidates for manager posiitions or maybe watch their cameras a little bit better and towards the parking lot! and did i mention the w2s ive yet to receive? what business makes people pay for their W2's?
