Washer/Dryer Hell
We purchased a wahser/dryer combination from Sears in October, 2012. After twice having problems w/delivery, the washer/dryer were delivered, but the water valves were not turned on for us. Then, I called and was told A & E would come out to fix everything. After two tries with them, a technician came out, sais the problem was the installer's responsibility, and promptly left. After about seven phone calls to Sears, I was supposed to receive another apppointment for today. Guess what? I found out they (A & E) were not going to show up, and of course, Sears would not come out either. I have boght a number of appliances from Sears in the past; I will not not buy any more appliances from Sesrs. I can assure you! (A 1 rating
Sears Blue Service Warranty is deplorable
I purchased a Maytag front load washer fromt the Sears in Titusville Fl. I've been trying to get it repaired since 3/5/12. I've talked to so many people w/in Sears & the Warranty Co. it is a joke. Just fix the machine and do it correctly. I will never purchase anything from Sears again. I paid a lot of money for the washer & the warranty neither one is worth the ink that is on the receipt. I have a complete time of excuses/events if anyone in sears cares enough to do something about it.
Defective Boots
I sent a brand new pair of boots back to Sears after taking them to three shoe repair shops only to be told by all three that the boots couldn't be repaired due to a manufacturing defect shipped them UPS to their corporate office listed on the website on Beverly Road at Hoffman Estates only to receive my package back unopened I'm going to make one more attempt and that's it after that I'm done with Sears if I don't get some kind of response from them brand new pair of boots that I can't even wear this has been going on now for almost a year
Customer Service
You might want to read my tweets (under my name). I've been on "hold" waiting to talk to a customer service manager for 50 minutes with that awful music playing and no interruptions, no one to come back and say, "someone will be with you soon", ...nothing. Absolutly the poorest customer service I've ever encountered. And it doesn't end there. Well, I just keep tweeting away. Until someone comes on to address my problem. I worked for Sears for 5 years in the '70s. It's a totally different company today!! Wouldn't work there today!

What a shame
Been dealing with Sears for years..What a shame of what its become. Your driving the company in the ground. Looks like no effort is being applied to correct the wrongs. Is it your intent to do so? Wow what a shame.
Sears of Disappointment
Sears used to have a good reputaion, used to stand behind their products and services, not any more. Do not purchase anything from Sears. They can't resolve any issues, and even if you have a maintanence agreement, they don't honor it-claim that things aren't covered. Nothing but frustration and disappointment and a huge waste of time and hard earned money. Shop elseware and be HAPPY
Seriously!?
Ordered a metal detector for my son's birthday almost two months ago. Sears card was charged but no product and no one seems to know where it is? Multiple calls leads to more clueless individuals. Ask to speak to supervisors you are hung up on. Receive e-mails telling me that the order has shipped - UPS says label was generated but not delivered - although Sears.com says it has been delivered. This was a premiere American company that is now run my foreign call centers who have no vested interest if you get the product or not. Someone needs to hold them accountable!
no refund
bought a tablet wrong one sent it back and now still wanting for my refund and no one can help they keep saying 3 to 5 days its been 12 the only thing they can do is apologize and i bought from sears not from someone else. no star from me because SEARS dont do there customer right they are a ripe off
Bad Service
Just bought a chest freezer from Sears that they had shrink wrapped ready to got for me. They kindly loaded it in the back of my truck for me. They handed me the papers and the chest key for locking the door. Got in my truck headed home... Some of the shrink wrap comes off of course cause of the wind and the door flies open and bends.....to make a long story short they wrapped it all up for me but forgot to lock the door on the freezer. Called right away and a guy said bring it back we will replace it. Got there the manager refuses... Told me i should have cut the shrink wrap and checked the lock. Will never buy another appliance through Sears again!
Don't expect good customer service nor a goo product
Received a refrigerator with a missing piece that will take over a week to arrive. I was told from customer service that the department mgr at my local store should give me the piece off of their display for my inconvenience. The store mgr says that I should just be inconvenienced because she's not going to jeopardize a sale for me. What Horrible service!!!! I will Never shop at sears again!!!
returns
tried to return an sd card for camera kmart would not let me get money back or exchange it. the lady behind sevice desk was rude to me never again will i ever shop at kmart again its great to have walmart around thay always except returns and know how to treat there customers. thank you walmart for putting kmarts ass under.

Still on hold 57 minutes later. This in not acceptable. Please hire better people, then train them, then fire youself and give someone else your job. Please. You should also have a 0 star rating option. I wish I could pick that. 1 star is far more than you deserve.
Unhappy Customer
I purchased a gas range ,and called to find out if the delivery person would hook it up.after going through several recordings,i finally got a human on the phone ,they spoke broken English,wanted all my personal information name and addrwess,but would not tell me where they were,i only live about 10 miles from the local sears store,looks to me like I should have been able to call and get someone at least in this country to get my information,i am considering not buying from sears again,and cancelling my account,by the way I was told the delivery crew was not able to hook up my range.

I will never shop sears again. I try to make a payment on my Sears account and the cashier refuse to look up my account. I didn't know that they can create their own policies.
New Kenmore WORTHLESS
If I would give my new Kenmore washer 0 stars, if I could. I have been washing my bathroom carpets in various washers for 63 years (many of these Kenmore Brand). SEARS/KENMORE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. MY New Kenmore will not spin anything slightly heavy. If one has to manually twist the water out , YOUR PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS!!!!!!
unrepaired television
I have made many calls today to get a straight answer on why another part needed to repair a tv has not been sent, and have not gotten anywhere. A simple repair for a warrenty should not be this difficult. I have nothing good to say about the sears corporation at this time. This run around I've had attempting to get a logical answer has been more than frustrating. Please reply!
Another Crappy Review
If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is the worst. They simply do not care. I had an appointment for today btw 8-12, the guy never showed. I called them and after 10 min on hold I was told he would be there at 2:30!! Well I have nothing better to do then sit here at home waiting for some guy to show...all day. Ridiculous. Total waste of money and time.
attempted return
i purchased 2 can openers from sears. wrong models sent. clerk at sears.com says must deal with the third party seller--i thought is was dealing with sers. supervisor says no problem; i will email you the return label. that never happened. so, since life is too short to try to deal with sears, i will return the items at my own expense to the corporate iffuce and demand a refund.
I place an order on-line. Received e-mail saying my order was complete and ready for pick up at store. I arrived to Sears in Nanuet NY. They brought out my grill and a rotisserie. I was told that my other 2 items and my 2 year protection agreement had been cancelled. The store called the on-line dept and was told that my order was NOT cancelled. The store re-charged me for my entire order and said I would be refunded by the on-line dept within 4 days. I was not refunded but received 5 e-mails saying my order could NOT be cancelled. After going back and forth for 3 1/2 weeks I was finally refunded but not my full amount. They charged me twice for my purchase and only refunded me part of my order. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
