completely dissatisfied customer

I ordered a Kenmore refrigerator. When it was delivered it was broken. The delivery company had to take it back. I am now without a refrigerator. I lost over $150 of food in my refrig. I am now unable to keep food in my house so my family of 6 needs to each meals out. This is costing me a great burden. Delivery is not for another 7 days. I have had no help from the Sears Co. at all.

I recently bought a motorola V9 highend phone though sears. The phone was shipped from China,and it was a cheap black knock-off phone, Customer service has been little help so far. I have e-mail many in the corporate and have been told that was not shipped from China, funny thing though the return address on the package was from China and it took 2 weeks to get it. I did contact the seller and they gave me a Chinese address to send the phone back to! are you kidding. Sears claim is since it is a third party seller they can't help much, we will see about that, the phone # on this page may get some results. As of now I will never step into a sears store again or order any thing on line.

terrible service

I bought a refrigerator less than a year ago. Have had a so called tech out here 4 times.On two occasions they never showed up so I sat here from 8 to 5 for nothing.so today while i was sitting here all day.I was told the tech was here and noone was home.The service is terrible and I will never shop here again!!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service

I placed an order at Sears.com, my very first. I was sent the wrong color shirt. Customer service explained that they were sorry, but I would have to buy a new shirt, and go to the store to get a refund on the error. So, 3 trips to the local sears store? Not very helpful, and what if they send me the wrong color again. Do I have to argue with a supervisor over which color is on my order again? This is absolutely the worst customer service. I would never recommend Sears.com to anyone.

Credit

Thanks to a sales person at Sears that screwed up my address, I received a late payment notice. Now I check my credit report, and It brought down a report that was EXCELLENT to GOOD. I spoke with them a couple times, and it was SUPPOSED to be corrected, but wasn't! BUYER BEWARE OF SEARS.!

I ordered this Armoire in Sears store month ago and I pay cash in store,after returning home from Sears I received an email from them, that my order is canceled.Now I'm waiting for the refund of my money from Sears month already,They do not have a problem take money from you, but they have a problem with return of. Sears is a well-organized gang thieves and swindlers. If you do not want to be ripped off, I stay away from Sears !!!!!

water heater

Sears has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I had an appointment to have someone look at a water heater and I waited 4 hours and he never showed up. He called later that day and told me he doesn't work on hybrid hot water heaters and he would have them call me back. They never called back!!! When I tried to reschedule an appointment they made it for 20 days out. Why when they never showed up to fix this problem do I have to wait another 20 days? I then asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me!!! I called back and they put me on hold for 34 min again and hung up. If this doesn't get fixed soon I will never again shop at Sears. We have spent $15, 000 at sears in the last 7 years and this is the service we get in return.

Got photos taken at Sears Portrait Studio in Ohio in March while visiting my grandson and never received the photos, I live in NC and I could never get the line to call. I went back for a visit in May and went to the Sears Studio to speak with them and found it to be closed down!! I spoke with the Store Manager and he said the photo lab went bankrupt!!! and gave me a 800 number to call...I have been calling Since May and no response...I just sit on hold for Customer service!! and I am holding as I type this compliant!! I want my photo's or my $113.13....

Dress code

I have to say the new dress code they are forcing upon the employees is rediculous. Dress clothes and shoes. I am sorry the store managers and corporate people need to walk around stock wait on customers and crawl around doing things like the employees do. Then think about the dress code. It is rediculous. As long as we are dressed decent and not showing off I see no reason that we should be forced to be uncomfortable while working got a check that won't even cover buying new clothes. If they Wang us to wear them they need to provide them not us. And as hard as we all work not getting any raises or things is just wrong. We work our butts off just to see all the big wig hot shots make a killing while we get nothing. This is just not a very good company to work for

This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my lifebought a washer online 6 months ago.wnet downstairs to find entire basement flooded. Repair man came and found that the new hoses I purchased had been hooked up to the old hoses and the hot water hose burst. This was caused by the delivery dept.. Delivery dept. tells me they only keep customer invoices one month. Sears warranty dept tels me they cant order the hoses for my machine.Every number I get doesnt work I get sent to someone else They wont take responsabilty . last number I dialed it said I won a sweepstakes! give me a break.and Sears sent me an email that my washer problem was repaired No it wasnt . It was just reported Who can do something about this? I would really like to know

worst customer service

i went in for my routine car maintenance,when i went back to pick up my car they told me they had broke a lug nut, and couldnt have one delivered until the following day. the man working the counter then proceeded to tell me that i was financially responsible for the lug nut that THEIR worker broke. never again, jiffy lube here i come

whatever anyone does DO NOT use Sears to purchase a new furance! trust me you Will regret it. I know i am.

Worst ever!

Sent me the wrong lawnmower. Took them a week to send UPS a ticket to pick it up...after I contacted the corporate office. The box sat on my front porch for a week. I can't lift a 100lb lawnmower. That's why I had one shipped. The wrong item arrived May 1. It is now May 28 and I have not received my money. They would not do an exchange. I had to go thru the entire refund process then reorder the item again. Like I trust they will send the correct one the second time. Oh...and they'll give me 10% when I order another. Order again...yeah...right.

product safety service

Calling the sears line is terrible..you never get a resolution only lots of different"I will connect you to the appropriate person" which it never is. Recently we turned on our stove and smoke started coming out the back..it was electrical wires ..if we did not see it immediately it would of caused a severe fire.. we had to get our n star neighbor to disconnect it.. we had to buy a new stove" Sears is useless..We contact ed sears so they could put out a product alert..they never followed throughthis 5/24/13

Terrible service

Had a washer only a year old. All electronics died on it while washing. Clothes were stuck in the washer. Told me I had to wait 6 days for an appointment. My clothes will be ruined by then. Will NEVER, EVER buy anything for Sears again.Gave been a loyal customer for 40 years. HH Gergg here I come. And all my friends will know about it too.

I recently ordered a stove/microwave combination with Sears. On delivery day the delivery company contacted me and told me that they didn't have a stove/microwave combination to deliver to me, but rather a refrigerator. I contacted the specific Sears site where I had purchased the combination from and they couldn't even tell me where the item I purchased was. I chose to cancel that order only to have to deal with trouble from where Sears had charged my credit card twice. I will never purchase another item from Sears again and I certainly do not advise anyone else. If you have a problem and you have to call them there are too many representatives who do not even know about your situation. Sears' customer service is poorly operated. Very disgusted with Sears!!!

POOR

I waited 2 weeks to get a dyer fixed (which is under a service contract). The service man came and one hour after he left it didn't work again!! I called back to have a senior rep come and fix it...waited 2 weeks again and after taking off and waiting all day they said sorry the service man can't come he doesn't want to work overtime. then why was I given a time of 1-5pm and confirmed 3x with a rep?? Now they want to appease you with a $50 credit card. My taking a day off is NOT $50!!! I DON'T RECCOMMED SEARS LONGER and will be posting on all my social sites regarding this unprofessional store

Ridiculous

I am having the worst experience with my washer/dryer purchase. Bad service all around, it's absurd. I just want it to be over with so I can NEVER deal with Sears again. But what good does it do complaining on here?

Poor Service

i have talked to other women about sears and they are having problems with them and they have AHS also. They stated if AHS could find someone else other than Sears they worked Sears replaced.
