bad service

I called corporate and got a very rude person on and finally transferd to another person well the complaint was that we had a tub put in and part of our floor tile was taken out and not replaced and water from the tub goes under it that causes mold the bathtub walls look like a 5 year old put the caulk on it is horrable I called several people from sears and still getting brushed off next I will call the news and the BBB something will be done.

The worst customer service ever experienced .

I called customer service to resolve a repair issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 50 minutes . Calling from my cell phone I attempted to talk to the supervisor and was told the call would be transferred after 3 minute wait call was disconnected. Service rep called back and dropped the line again. During the 50 minutes I never had the csr come back and advise me of the hold up. It's obvious from the complaints I see in this line sears has no regard for their customers. I am tempted to take all my appliances out of my home and drop it into the lobby if my local sears with the media present perhaps that Is what it will take. Amazingly through out this bad service I was very cordial and kept my anger in check so they had no excuse as to how I was treated. Needless to say I will not purchase another item from sears and I am tempted to take out a full page ad alerting everyone of their service.

never again

bought a frididare washer stackable unit, haven't had it a little over a year, washer has broke down twice, first time they sent 1 guy to fix, well its a stackable unit!,everthing i bought from sears has had something wrong with it, i think its very sad, they used to be very top notch, will never again buy anything from sears again.

Forget buying at Rockaway

While purchasing numerous kitchen appliances from Rockaway NJ Associate, I was promised a bottom oven trim plate would be included to cover a gapping hole in cabinet. The installer said that piece only comes with "cheaper" models [??] and to call parts service. They said go back to store. Associate said not to worry, he would order the part. It has been 7 weeks and NO PART!! I have visited the store numerous times and was repeatedly told the part was coming. The lies are unacceptable! I've lodged a complaint with Customer Service and have not received any response. I have called SEARS Rockaway store to speak with manager, and no one is picking up their phones! I would NEVER buy from SEARS again!

Kenmore Vacuum Cleaner

I purchased a Kenmore Vacuum Cleaner on 11/19/2012 at the Searts store in Garden City NY. The vacuum cleaner broke in March of 2013. I have been trying to have it repaired with NO results. I have never seen such incompetence in my life. Everyone I have spoken to has given me the run around. I will never buy another sears item and will also advise everyone I know to do the same.Their products are junk and their service is even worse.

Faulty Merchandise

Good Luck getting any assistance with these people. They sell you a crappy refrigerator then refuse to honor the warranty and you cannot speak with a manager who resolves the issue in a timely fashion. Moral of story do not shop here!

Never Again!

I purchased a washer and dryer two weeks ago. After three attempts to have them delivered, I still have not received them. The first time they were not on the delivery truck. The second time I was told that they would be delivered after 4:00. The truck arrived at my house at 12:30 and no one was home. Today the truck arrived with only the washing machine and I was told that the dryer had already been delivered. Really? Never again will I purchase anything from Sears.

Furnace Installation

Sears customer service is the worst. I know that I will never purchase anything from sears again. Not even at their local stores.

gift cards

i recently visit the the sears in downtown chgo on 6-11-2013 and tried to use a gift card that was given to me in may 2013 and was told it had expired, well when made a purchase in may they did not tell me that i had a time frame to use it in the future thay should tell the customer how much time they have to use it thanks for nothing

Refrigerator

I just contacted the executive customer service to file a food loss claim after my technician failed to fill in his notes from his visit. The representative told me that I needed to have saved the packages of food as evidence of food loss. I asked her if that was in the Master Protection Agreement and she admitted to me that she never read the agreement. She emailed it to me for referencing purposes instead of doing her own research. No where in the agreement does it state that the food or packaging needs to be saved. It states that the malfunction of the appliance needs to be noted. It is funny how sears is quick to take the money from its customers but when its time to give back they either stall or make false claims.

The Runaround

My mother has purchased several appliances from Sears over the years. About two weeks ago, my mother called for service on her water heater. The technician came out and was at my mother's home for no longer than 15 minutes. A week later, the water heater burst and water was literally running from the top of the heater all over floor messing up the tiles. My mother had to cut her water off and has been without water for days. They've told her service techs were coming, but didn't show and have continuously pushed her service date back. At one point, her order was cancelled because a customer service representative got angry with a co-worker about my mother's order (Their words, not mine). They have even told her she had to pay a fee despite the fact that she has a warranty. And, they NEVER return calls. Sears is not concerned with its customers and will obviously risk losing them in an effort to fatten its pockets.

Rip Off

I have purchased two craftman weed wackers in two years at the Austin MN. store from Doug. The first one cut his leg from the cord the second one is doing the same thing. He says its a missing spring. Said the same thing before. Then he took the first one and never returned it.STAY AWAY!!! from SEARS

Sinking Ship

Just realized why service is so horrible! Sears customers are like people on the Titanic. Complaining about poor service, after it hit an iceberg. While we wait for service, management is already in the life boats. I called Sears Corporate Headquarters 3 times. They hung up on me 3 times!!!

I asked Mark to deliver and install stainless steel microwave and the dish washer that we purchased from his store. He sent to my home where my wife and son were home alone, two violent felons to do the installatio. With these men have violent felony multiple times in State penitentiary. These are men with multiple violent felonies who were openly bragging about it and how they disrespected the judge. How could Mark send people who have such a violent background with multiple felonies and multiple long-term sentences in prison to our homes without us knowing their past? Then he overcharged our Credit card and only agreed to correct the issue after we contacted our credit card company and complained of the installers violent past. What has become of the great Sears Corporation?

Daugther Injured at sears

Been trying to get through some one for the past 3 days the reps that answer the phone @18472862500 are very rude i dont even know how they still maintain a job. My daughter got injured at sears and no one seems to care no one seems to know when a manager is in is like pathetic that these people maintan a job being so worthless.

Sears Parts Direct

If I could give the sears part direct a negative rating I would. They have the worse customer service reps. I have attempted to get the correct lawn mower blades 3 different times and as of today I still have not received my return shipping label. I would advise anyone to go with a John deer or a Husquavana if possible.

Online Order

Ordered an item online and they delivered the wrong item. I called to complain and customer service was awful. They kept me on hold forever. I asked to speak to someone above the case worker and they kept giving me the run-around. They finally told me the manager was on another call and that they would call me in an hour. I said it was ridiculous for him/her to be on a call for an hour. It has been 50 minutes and I have yet to receive a call. Will never shop with sears again. I am canceling my card.

Zero Turning 54" lawnmower

I cant find any parts what so ever. I have search online and in-store. Every time you call Sears you get the run around. It seems like nobody knows what they are talking about. Even when you give them a model # they cant help you. I have had a very bad experience with the vernal Utah store. I needed a shoulder bolt. They couldn't ever order it. I also had time to get the right bracket for the bagger. They kept sending me the wrong one even after I gave them the model #. You cant find the blades either and its only a 2011. Maybe they get rid of all the parts so you have to buy a whole new mower! Sears will never have my business or anyone else if I have my way!!!!

Worst experience of my life. Customer service is terrible. I was speaking with a case manager that placed me on hold so long that my cordless phone died. I have no product, money has been debited from my checking account and the delivery date has come and gone and I still have no product or an actual date of delivery. I will never order from sears or their affiliates ever again.

Service sucks

I bought a refrigerator in December of 2012. It stopped working. I called at 6:00 am this morning and was told that someone would be by after 11:00 am. I received a call and said they would not be in until the 19th of June. Today is the 6th of June. I have called a total of five times. I have been hung up on twice. They still can not see if I have a couple of hundred dollars of food and I also have medication in that needs to be refrigerated how can this not me an emergency. They also told me they will not pay to have the food replaced. Maybe they just don't want to stand by there warranty. Will never use Sears again for anything. Home Depot would of been better for a refrigerator.
