POOR SERVICE

Too MANY mistakes, Sears JUST don't care about CUSTOMERS, I have 8 reps come out , 8 different times, why ???????????? Sears is extremely POOR service all the way around. They ALL have the same answer sorry, right down too their main office. I WILL NEVER buy anything from this company again........ POOR POOR POOR !!!!!!!!!!

Service

I ordered a riding mower for $1000, when it was delivered it would'nt start. I made them take it back on top of the fact the delivery drivers had and attitude. I tried calling their customer service and they suck just as bad! No wonder Sears is Failing!

Washer Repair Appt

This is the second time that my washer requires repair. This time however I cannot release the lock to access my clothes. As usual Sears repairs gives me a two week appt. I called again to explain that the clothes cannot be retrieved and i need an earlier appt because they are sitting in water and again the earliest is two weeks from now. REALLY! If Sears cannot service a machine before a two week date then something is wrong! Why are all the products being repaired? I am through with Sears.

Bad service

Ordered a bed thru Niles Outlet. On the day it was to be delivered, Sears called & said it was ripped & undeliverable. I took the day off & have no bed now because when they confirmed delivery the day before, I got rid of my old bed. I have called at least 20 times to delivery, 30 times to the Niles outlet (Jesse never called back all day & left for the day, Marcus does not return calls). When I call Sears, I am put on hold 10 minutes & then disconnected. I just called corporate & they disconnected me in the middle of my conversation explaining my dissatisfaction. The Customer Service person said a supervisor would call back & no call back yet.I just wanted the bed I ordered or talk to someone to resolve this. Sears does not care about their customers. I have no bed & they have my money. Nice system.

Unhappy Online

I purchased a Body Trac Glider online from Sears so that I would not have to worry about shipping errors or so I thought.... 7 days later I recieved a Traction Control System with a invoice for my glider attached. When I called to inform them of the error, I was told that I would have to purchase the glider again and I would recieve a refund for the first one when they recived the package in their warehouse in about 5 days - but they would be happy to give me the same pricing that I had originally paid ! Why cant I take this error to the store, and you overnight me the correct item as I have already waited for it for a week and paid for it a week ago. I am greatly disappointed in Sears and will not be shopping there again.

Bad Sears Policy on Grills

I had gone through 2 different grills at Sears in 2 days. I then spend more money and go the yet a different Sears and placed my order. I was going to be delivered 4 day later. The very next day I went to the Sears in Orland Park to cancel my order, of which the clerk did on the phone with their delivery department. But here is the kicker, I paid Sears $600 cash and the rest on the Visa and now they tell me that I have to wait for the delivery department to send me a check and this will take 7-10 day. Gr8 policy you stinking Sears. I paid $600 cash on the spot I should be able to get my money back, not wait for a check from their delivery department. I didn't pay them any cash, I paid the store the cash. Man, you guys really do suck and there will no longer be any purchases from myself, my friends or my family.

Not Good Business

Sears is the worst store when it comes to refunding your money back. I have been calling since March about an layaway I placed online. Tried to make a payment it wouldnt take it. I called the 1-800 number and was told to go in the store and make a payment. Went to the store and was told my layaway was cancelled, EVEN though I wasn't late paying and they don't know why, and that I would recieve a refund check in the mail. As of today July 12, 2013, I havent recieved anything, but run-a-rounds about my money. It's only $38, BUT, it is MINES!!! And yes, I WANT IT BACK!!!!!!!!

Car repair

My engine light was on for a while, I went to a auto place I used to go, but they could not fix it. So I went to Sears Auto Center at Meriden on April. A technician Joe Wilkinson found the problem and fixed. The store manager Nelson Sierra and Victor Sperrazza explained to me what the problem is very clear. I am a middle age woman from Asian, I know nothing about the car, but they charge me a very resonable price. Thank you so much, Sears Auto center, the place I trust.

while putting air in the front tire of my jeep the end of the valve stem broke off exposing the valve core. I called sears and asked them how much it would be to replace the stem. The service manager told me 200.00 because tire pressure sensor had to be replaced. Thinking that was quite a lot of money I called another well known auto service place the manager told me that the valve stem could be replaced but they were out of them and if I went to autozone and bought one they could replace it for me. I spent a total of 5 dollars instead of 200 dollars. shame on you sears for trying to dupe people out of their money or do your mechanics really know what they are doing

Big Brother/CBS Sponsor

As a shopper of Sears for more than 45 years, I don't understand how a respectable, affordable and quality store like Sears, sponsors Big Brother 15 from CBS. Below, please see my comment about Big Brother 15. CBS Network has lost all my respect toward their exceptional, entertaining, intelligent selection of magnificent TV shows and series. I don't understand how a serious network like CBS has allowed some disgusting members of the Big Brother 15 houseguest to remain in the house. Their racist comments are so degradable and full of hatred that disgusting me and everyone I know that is a follower of this great show, or should I say, used to watch show. I sincerely hope that CBS does something to resolve this disgrace, before viewers and the nation boycott CBS. For the record, I'm not African American, Asian or Gay, but I grew up in a decent family that taught me right from wrong and good from evil.

I was very sorry to see your corporation cave into our fanatic PC media. Paula Deen is a fallible person, just like we all are. The double standards in our country are easy to see - just hard to stand up to. Sorry you didn't. I will NOT shop at Sears in the future, whenever possible.

rI am so glad my parents and grandparents never had to see what their beloved SEARS HAS REDUCED THEMSELVES TO .where I was raised when you needed you when to sears and they took care of you the right way you could trust that,.generation to generation they were a hard working American company for hard working American familys.sorry dad&mom sorry grandpa&grandma .there will be no more SEARS me. I must comment on Sears dumping Paula Deen products from their stores. It is completely hypocritical of Sears to do that based on racial slurs used by Paula Deen in the past. She admitted and apologized for it. If Sears held their employees to the same standard they are holding this lady to, they would have to shut their doors after firing most all of their employees. I would love to ask the top executives at Sears point blank if they have ever used racial slurs in their lifetime. I don't care what color their skin is, you would find it difficult to find anybody that hasn't. Disgusting example of a 2-faced business model.

Don't shop at sears, they cut ties with paula deen because she admitted to using the n word. Yet, they carry a line of kardashian brand clothing line and hello, kim had a sex tape a few years back but they are not dropping them. If your going to hold the pst over paulas head should you not do the same for the kardashians? You and all the other retailers dropping her make me sick.

To do this is saying that she did something that no and at sears has ever done. If you were to ask EVERYONE who is connected to sears if they have ever said something that was considered racist or unethical (under oath and they upheld to that) you would find that it does happen. People are human. Sometimes they say or do things that are mistakes. They apologize and learn from it. You don't take someone's honesty and strip them from their livelihood. Cust Sever made my wife cry

Sears has had ample time and oppertunities to correct their mistakes. My wife and I had chosen a range and dishwasher in late May its delivery and install to be done in late June. To keep it short and simple their first attempt was placed on hold due to " not having a small truck in our area" 2nd attpemt failed due to them damageing the range in their warehouse. then we cancel the range and find a new expecting to get the washer and range but no they canceled the entire order. So now we find a new washer and try to order that. Well that cant be here until July 5th so we OK them to deliver just tht range. The delivery guy drives to the house in a pretty large truck and isnt able to get the truck up the driveway. The guy didnt get out of the truck to talk to us and was rude. On top of all of this every missed appointment we've had to call and find out it wasnt coming. Great work sears you suck

Paula Deen

I am so disappointed in Sears with the decision to sever ties with Paula Deen. You have other personalities who have also made offensive comments, will you sever ties with them a.so? I would hope that you will reconsider your decision. I have been a customer of Sears for many years but am seriously severing my ties with your company. You have not treated Paula Deen with forgiveness. She apologized, some of the other celebrities did not.
