they have terrible costumer service..went in yesterday,truck riding funny,the only 2 ppl there couldnt give me any help..they was just there,riding the clock.

No service

We remodeled our kitchen in 2007 which included a new Sears gas cookstove. So far we have had the repairman here twice for gas related repairs. A few days ago the electrical component failed that controls the clock, timer, and most importantly, turning on the 2 ovens. The Sears repair line resulted in trying to talk with someone whose English was so poor, she was hard to understand. She spent most of her time trying to sell me another warantee policy. She finally set a date for a repair man to come in 3 weeks. Yes, 3 weeks! So for 3 weeks, we can't use our ovens. I called my local Sears store where I purchased the stove and was told they had nothing to do with the repair scheduling and could not help me. I've owned many houses and have always used Sears appliances, but never again. Sears means no service!

More terrible service

Almost identical to previous report. Washer is 4-5 years old. Have replaced both mother boards a couple of years ago. Now supposedly need to replace again! One problem! It's the dryer not working properly! This is in a rental condo. Repair guy scamming us. Called two former guests to get to the real problem. Repair guy is demanding payment for his service fee because we decided to replace ( with ANYTHING but sears product.) Should this attempted schister actually get paid? Can't get any supervisory help from sears repair. Yesterday insolent rep. Today 30 minutes on hold. Drop your sears purchase plans. Drop the stock. Haven't ever had such poor service on anything.

Horrible service.. purchased a riding mower, they delivered it with no key, no manual, and I purchased a mulching kit which they were to put on and never did..Tried calling the store Mgr. 8 times and left messages for him to call me back.Guess what? Not 1 call back. No wonder Sears is in trouble

I am so disgusted with Seats service center! Never thought Id find myself saying I will NOT be buying from them again. Two weeks ago wr called to have our Whirlpool front loader repaited.It took a week to get the appointment then another week for the guy to come back. He diagnosed it as a motor and belt. Came out yesterday morning at 8am toik him and his helper about 30 mins all together and they left. I did aload around 10am....same problem and code came up! It wasn't fixed. I called and was told they would dispatch him and Id get a call. No call....two hours called again....same answer no call....called again! 4 oclock made the fourth call told finally that we were scheduled between 1 and 5pm. 6:30 my husband calls! The guy went home for the day! No call..no show...now I am finished! But we have to wait until today to call and try to get a refund on the service agreement. We have three kids one is a new born. Im not a happy customer and Sears doesnt care! I will be taking this further!

Obsolete

I was calling one of their stores here in LA and it rang for about 5 min and when someone picked up the phone, they just hung up. Its no wonder sears is going down the drian. They have lost touch with reality much like our politicians and think were just going to go back crawling to them. I have always hated sears and this just puts the nail on the coffin, I called because a friend needed a part for his pool that he bought and broke 2yrs later. now I told him never to go back to Sears, they are awful and their employees are a the end result of the companys demise. AWFUL JUST AWFUL STAY AWAY from this terrible company. I thought nothing was worse then WALMART now I think I have found it.

No Longer a Sears Customer

After many years being a Sears customer I will no longer set a foot in a Sears store! Over the past 30 years I have bought Refrigerators Stoves Tools Riding mowers Pressure washers nail guns compressors TV's Sewing Machines and countless mechanic tools, ratchets sockets. Bangor Sears store Maine Manager was rude and failed to honor a warranty that was negotiated with Craftsman Customer Relations. After spending THOUSANDS of dollars at sears and being treated in that manner, I WILL NOT SET FOOT on the premises ever again. Thanks but NO Thanks Another American Co. run amuck. Good Riddance. Terrible Service

Sears provides terrible service. Never buy anything from Sears. I have a 2-1/2 years Kenmore Elite High Efficiency washer that is aleady in need of repair work. Have to wait 2 weeks for repair! That is uncalled for. I called local repair companies and they will not work on a Sears appliance because they don't have the tools and can't get the parts from Sears. Sears sells junk. Come to find out, the washer I have is actually an LG built washer with the Kenmore name slapped on it. They lie. They tell you 24 hour service - yeah right - 2 week wait! The washer is a piece of junk. The top has rusted, the machine is always unbalanced, takes forever to wash clothes, and beats the clothes at that because of the High Efficiency. Don't buy this washer. Junk. I have told all my friends, relatives, anyone I know never to buy anything from Sears again because all they sell is junk and they lie. Service reps are a joke as well!

Disgusted

My in-laws are on their 3rd washing machine From Sears (Kenmore) within 8 months. They were sending A person to come out today but like usual they canceled again This time the excuse was their man was sick. My in-laws are elderly And have been treated wrong. Sears has failed and is on its way out. (Just my opinion). No one wants to help my in-laws.so its time I do. You haven't heard the last from this disgusted Daughter-inlaw.!

Sad to say, Sears is not the store it use to be. Their customer service has left its mission statement. My husband and I purchased a washer recently to be installed in a rent house.....2 months later and all the head aches.....we got the washer. In the 2 months before....i had to leave work 5 times and go to the store in person to argue with the manager abt getting this washer installed; first washer was broken when arrived; the installation people said they were coming 3 times and never showed up! It was a huge disaster! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS!

Went to sears in midway a black lady who was very loud looked at me and said (I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU ARE LOOKING AT ME) and then she punched me. Sears said toooo bad so sad they can't help. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT SEAR AGAIN.

Customer Service need training

Sears sucks! I recently brought a grill from them, they send me a 25% coupon thanking me for my recent purchase well I tried to use coupon and it was expired (expired over a year ago). I called and told the rep and stayed on phone for over 15 mins. She later gave me a code to use for the grill cover. Now today I call and they don't have a clue what I'm talking about say they only give 10%. Well I just talk to the rep 6 days ago and she gave me a coupon code to use. I guess they don't have a clue what they are doing. Need to train their staff properly.

Craftsman Rider, Sears Warranty and Repair department

Absolute nightmare. Hold times 30 minutes plus, rude and incompetent customer service people, Resolution hotline even more useless. Called numerous times for resolution to ongoing nightmare of a problem only to be transferred, put on hold until someone else picks up, promised someone will look into issues and call back then never do etc. Once this Rider is fixed, I am selling it, cancelling extended warranty and will never walk into a Sears again for ANYTHING. Can you say John Deere

Worst Company Ever

Why is it that a lower tech gets fired over $84.99, yet the shop supervisor can catch a car on fire and still has a job, the shop manager steals roughly $1000 worth of tires that are on his car now and not get fired, or the senior csa can sell rims to the shop manager for an unheard of price m not talking about high end more like buy one get three free. Or thefact that ever other tech works on their own vehicle and stole from the company but still have jobs. The shop has tire racks that are not mounted to the floor asbestosis falling from the roof, ac units dripping into light fixtures. Now if your wondering where this store is Lincoln, NE not hard to find theres only one

Horrible management!

The sears in Town East Mall in Mesquite TX , I went in there to shop and the head manager of the bottom level of the store was very rude!!! I tried to ask her a question about something and she ignored me and walk away this isn't the first time I tried to talk to her again an she did the same thing. I don't know how sear's is running there business but it's horrible if there management is rude . I will never buy from there again.

Horrible Service

The service that I have had with Sears has been horrible. I payed for a service agreement on 7/3. I was told that Sears would come out on 7/16 to finish the job. No one ever called or showed up. I am now being told that they can not help me again until 8/1. That will mean one whole month without a washer. Justin A. Barrett MD

Zero service in Anchorage store

I called at least 20 times to ask about vacuum repair and was passed on and hung up on all 15 times. Every single person in every department I spoke to gave me the same level of "service". When I asked to speak with a manager I was promptly hung up on by every person I spoke to including a male who claimed to be a department manager! This place needs to hire a new manager and needs to fire most of their incompetent staff.
