Kmart Ad

I was just about to post about the Kmart ad when I see that someone else posted that it was no big deal because it's no worse than anything else on TV and that we should just grow up and laugh at it. I would have laughed at that when I was 13. I have grown up and realize that ads like that are offensive to play during family viewing times. I don't want my 7 year old watching so called grown up ads. If the ad isn't pulled, I will not shop at Sears anymore!

There is nothing wrong with this ad, has one looked at the TV lately and the shows are much more than is .... what is wrong with a little clean fun ..and laughs ... grown up and enjoy

Above and Beyond

I contacted this office to see help me resolve an issue my husband and I have had with a grill. The young lady and her supervisor went above and beyond to help me resolve our problem. Amazing customer service! We can't thank her and her supervisor enough!!!!!!

Offended! Outraged! Poor Example for kids! This ad shows men jingling their testicles to play Jingle Bells! Sears/KMart shame on you!!! Sears/KMart lacks common sense!!! Who approves these ads? Sears/KMart you have committed a grave error! Your quarterback must be sacked!

customer service phone call

I have called the corporate office three times in a row. the first time I assume I got disconnected so I called back. The second time I spoke with the receptionist (I assume) and asked to speak with Taylor Cunniingham. The receptionist said I can't find his phone number and hung up on me. I called again hoping for someone else. The third time I was told "we don't have his number when we want to reach him we send an store request" then without waiting for me to say anything she just hung up again Small wonder Sears has such poor customer service when the first person answering the phones is so unhelpful and unfriendly...just hang up on people

awful service and terrible customer care

Terrible customer service. Read your feedback Sears. Stop the poor customer service or you will lose your customers to Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, HH Gregg. You have competition and can no longer rely on the Sears name. Dont forget, Facebook and Twitter are powerful tools that spread the word quickly. For those of you with complaints, I encourage you to use these social media websites to spread the word and protect others from our bad experiences.

Underpayed

Sears is not competivite in paying their employees. Employees receive min. wage. Comissioned people are payed 6.50 per hr and are told they must do floor work and ring at other cash raps so they are not able to take care of their own departments and earn their comission. Sears works their employees to death, slave labor no wonder there is so much turn over Do not reccommend them for employment

bad service, refund problems

I ordered 3 jackets, 2 shipped, one store pickup. I discovered 3 different prices within one day and contacted them for price adjustments on the items. They tried to claim the lowest price did not exist and I had to fax them a copy of the on-line screen. They still did not want to give a proper adjustment and did not want to adjust the item shipped to store unless I actually went there. All this within less than 3 days of purchase and despite their own policies. I too would give them a minus star if it existed.

I am going to the MD Office of Consumer protection before I sue you for damages.

complaint

you do not have customer service. Your people do not even speak English. You will not exchange or return when defective. You rip people off and I won't let you ripp me off again, I will not ever shop with you again!

Christmas

This is a notice to all retailers.if you don't honor Christmas as Christmas instead of just holidays then we won't be shopping in your stores spending Christmas money. its Merry Christmas or no Christmas spending in your stores. thank you

The Worst

I'd give minus stars if I could. My wife and spent five days, talking to a multitude of people in mis-named departments (such as the "Customer Solutions" department) trying to get a Kenmore Elite dishwasher, purchased three months ago, replaced. The motor burned out. They sent out a technician and he said "Yup. The motor's burned out. Guess you'll have to call about a new one." That's when the real fun started. I won't go into all the gory details, but suffice it to say that by the fifth day of dealing with a multitude of unempowered boneheads, my wife, who, I've never actually angry in thirty some years of marriage, was actually hitting the phone. Nuff said.

Hot water heater

My main complaint right now--I have had various problems with delays, misunderstandings, and apparent incompetence in the past--but if you could fix ONE THING it would be to teach your employees who talk to people on the phone to SPEAK CLEARLY and SLOWLY. And many of them are original English-speakers, not those to whom you outsource overseas--although I have trouble with them too. Give EVERY employee who uses the phone basic instruction in phone usage and behavior. I have spent hours trying to figure out who called me and what the phone number was--and even trying a variety of combinations of phone numbers. No luck. Start over. Go back to square one.

Placed layaway order with Kmart.com. back in September. Made final payment on October 14th. After a month of calls and emailing they refuse to ship order or refund my money. I get nothing but more excuses and lies every time I talk to someone. They refuse to give corporate contacts and will not resolve the issue

Sears Stinks

If I could give a half star I would! Your company really stinks. And outsourcing your customer service to people who cannot run repairs correctly. Really? And make a family of 4 wait 6 days to have a water heater repaired? Cold water for that long? We were so tanked off about your terribly handling of this situation that we pulled it out and bought one from Home Depot. No one should pay for master repair service plans. They are a scam.

Service, how about Non-Service. We have a serious problem with our Sears Pro Series Refrigerator. The initial inspection resulted in having to order special parts. The parts arrived in a timely manner however the first available appointment was 2 weeks out. No one showed up after confirming the appt. We were advised they were running behind and it would be later in the day. Again. no show, and after calling and complaining the best we could get was another 2 wks out with no promises. We complained to Sears Corporate Office - still no help.. . Good Luck

Horrible treatment of your emoyees

I just want to say how horrible I've seen your employees being treated. Btw in store of Rockingham park Salem nh. They are understaffed overworked and rude to their employees. How do you suppose that gets any loyalty out of anybody. Maybe things would be getting done if managers knew how to manage and cared about the workers. Feel bad for anybody who works there.

Horrific and Dishonest

If I can get the money together I will sue Sears. Did not honor master protection plan. 3 major breakdowns of 2K fridge within two years. Defrosted fridge with hair dryer! Would not replace parts. Customer service hangs up on you instead of forwarding to a manager. Techs tell as that they are told to minimize company costs and are told to not provide forthright answers. GREEDY CORPORATION! Even after we spent 4K on SEARS Applicances.

Sears Co-workers

They DO NOT take their job seriously and are RUDE to people. Ugly attitude when it comes to training people. Had to quit because they were just being so disrespectful. They were always on their phone and playing around.-Victoria, Tx

Sears is a poor company

Sears sells junk now. My Kenmore "Elite" dishwasher is a lemon. Have had to make FOUR service calls in two years. All Sears has to say is "ha! You should have bought the protection agreement!". I will not buy anymore appliances from Sears. I can't imagine the ill will the company is generating
