Rent a center in queensbury ny sucks!! And has the rudest employees ever. They all really need to go to a class on customer service.

They keep changing their minds because they took my computer when i had two payments left. Now I cant get anything in the store but a computer and now i have to get the same thing which they dont have. Such a rip off and the people are rude as hell.

a local rentacenter #1643 in redford, mi is rude, harrassing, lies to customers. if you are even ONE day late be prepared to receive 4-5 calls each day you are late, PER phone number you listed including your references. they also will show up UNannounced at your home after dark. they will lie to you and tell you they would NEVER harrass anyone and that they never have. another lie because my friend, a reference was harrassed today, even after she told them the first time they called her that shes only a reference and to not call her again. (they did anyway). i finally told them to take their &^#! and leave after they showed up yet AGAIN unannounced, claiming the "arrangements" my husband made were past due (not true according to my husband)

Your company scared the HELL out of my kids...see you in court. I read your policy and dealt with them in the past...this is surely harassment!!!! "SEE YOU IN COURT!!!" They knocked on my Grandfathers door...we moved to Alabama.

i have rented from rent a center for a while now i have payed off 2 x boxes 1 laptop 1 acer 23 in all in one computer which took almost two yrs i now have olny one thing left a tv/ play station 3 which in dec i will have payed on for a yr it not going to be payed off till march they say have in mind i have payed all these others off i have been behind on some payments but have always caught them up an payed late fees my payment was due mon they told me it i didnt have it an next payment in there today at 4 pm they were going to take my stuff they couldnt wait till monday for me two pay. soyes they can be rude they are not customer people for sure an they will go out of business cuz they are high price and they dont work with anyone hardly at all i would think that i as a business would want to keep someone who has made my company money but they have so nmuch money they dont need my business.

I was just a few payments behind, they repeatedly called me and my references. Now, months after nothing to do with the company they still call, AFTER I told them not to.(location in Aurora).

I was almost finished paying off my tv and stand they came to go my suff. I think that a mess. So i need someone to talk about this.I will not get anything else for them in my life .This is a bad company to rent form.

i wanna know were rac gets their bedroom sets from. i swear they gave me the wrong bed rails the metal bed frame is too short for the box spring and the headboard has slots in them. the store i got the bedroom set from said they swear they gave me the right stuff and they handed me two bolts to secure the bed frame to the head board. i went on raymour and flannigon and they have the same bedroom set and the frame is totally different and looks more sturdy. it has a wooden bedframe and a foot board. i got my bedroom set from greenfield, ma

I lived hear in Desoto,tx I purchase a sectional from rent a center billy the store manger said they got me a use one at another store. Guess WHAT BEG BUGS!!!! and they took they time picking it up, for you out there NEVER NEVER NEVER GET NOTHING USED..

Renta Center is nothing but thieves.I paid off my pc,had them restore my XP b/c of a virus and find that whoever did it STOLE my video card I installed so now I have a tower that has been rendered useless.GGFA

im paying 130.00 monthly and i got a used dryer and.washer componate for my apt and half the time the dryer doenst dry.As a customer i feel if u are paying that type of money u should get sometuing new or something that works

I am just letting u know that the rent a center in Portland,tn were I do business at has the rudest people ever especially for a guy name Troy that works there.Cause every time I go in there to make my payments he has smarter comments and is very rude with me or my husband.If the service does not improve I will take my business so were else.So please take care of the problem before yall start losing your customers .Thanks

Rac in balston spa ny has the most rudest people ever i explained i had to pay my dads hospital.bill and will pay them 500.bucks on monday the first i told them.to pick up the tv ii dont need it anymore it took them 2 weeks to get but they charged me i own so.much shit from this place simce this new manager took over her name is amber calls me more then 6 times a day when i explained it once already i called corpo but picture this the dm lisa is ambers sister so waiting on a call.from lisa buy ik she is gonna favor her sister worst coustomer service ever never renting from theses guys again im.done

The rudest people every I swear they act as if they have no education, the way they talk to people.

The Rent A Center store in New Port Richey FL has the rudest people with no compassion at all. I have purchased a few things from them,and i have a tv thatI am paying on now,and i advised them I was out of work for 2 weeks,and i would just pay the tv off on Oct 1st. I only owe $100 on it,and they advised me they were sending someone to pick it up because i was 16 days late even tho I was going to pay it off on the 1st. I told them to come,and get the tv the harassment is awfull. I am going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

I am waiting on call from the DM wonder how thats gonna go over my son rented a computer brand new and we have yet to recieve the back to the mouse that holds the batteries in and been told we will get you one and still no back but GOD forbid if your late!!!!

i bought a leather sectional it got a hole in it and they took it to reapholster it and they just filled in the hole with some kind of putty they got glue all over the arm of the couch and they said they put new leather over the whole seat well they lied now my couch is ruined and they wont fix it and now its paid off i was a great customer we bought a freezer a washer and dryer a kitchen table set and the couch and end tables and they do me like that
