My family was in a crunch for dinner for our sons' 5th birthday, and we stopped in Livingston Mall NJ for Popeyes to feed our birthday party guests of 8 and I received the best service from the Manager. He was very helpful. He helped me craft my menu, itemize the best cost savings and stay within my budget. I appreciate your employees and Managers customer service. Thank you. The Andersons'

I visited Popeye's store # 7200 in Cape Coral, FL on Sept. 19 and order my chicken after waiting almost an hour i received my food, when i looked into the bad when i got home i was missing half my food and the other half was really nasty looking like the chicken was really old. I then called the store and talked to a rude manager there and she assured me she would credit my food for the next time i came in. Well it was Sept. 25 i came back in. And told them my name and the manager was just yelling and cussing me that she wasn't going to give me my food. So I was hungry and i order something to eat, I was eating in the dining room when that manager came up to me and told me I had to motherFU*****ing leave so I ask her for corporates number and she told me no way was she giving me the FUC*** number. I was at the popeyes location at 2216 ambassador caffery parkway in Lafayette Louisiana. The couple infront of me waited for 33 minutes to have their order taken, they were first in line. We waited another 6 minutes after their order and left because in 39 minutes of waiting in line, with a fully stocked staff is ridiclous

ON FRIDAY 8/27/2010 I WENT INTO POPEYES CHICKEN AND ORDER 2 2 PIECE COMBO MEALS THE CHARGE WAS $10.87 THEY CHARGE MY VISA DEBIT CARD $1010.87. IT HAS BEEN THREES DAYS THE FUNDS ARE STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT ALL THEY OFFERERD WAS A FREE TWO PIECE MEAL FOR FREE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR SEVERAL DAYS TO RECIEVE OVER A GRAND OF MONEY BACK WITH NO HELP FROM THE CORPORTATION. MY BANK SAID IT IS POPEYES FAULT AND NOW IT IS A WAITING GAME.

I love Popeye`s Chicken.It is really delicious.The problem I have is driving the distance to get our dinner.I reside in Beloit,WI and I have to drive 15-20 miles into Loves Park,Illinois to get your wonderful food.Is there a way you can bring a Popeye`s to the Beloit,Wi area? You would do well for business as KFC is too expensive and everyone else is wishing that Popeye`s would come into our community! There is an old KFC that went out of business that you could open a Popeye`s located on Park st.Please bring Popeye`s to our community! Thank you!

My mane is Iris Bradley and I live in Atlanta Gerogia. I am a advocate for the homeless as well as a resident manager in a womens shelter in Atlanta. I eat at Popeyes at least twice a eeek. Not anymore after the last time there I decided that I would not return until they chnage their policies against stopping anyone carrying a bag and not serving them or telling them that they could not use the restroom before making a purchase. On one occadion I was not served until I made a purchase and recently I was told that when I came from the rest room I needed to make a purchase. I understand what they see as a problem. The homeless women and men come into the restaurant and use the rest room to wash up and change clothes. I know this may cause a problem for them with complaints from paying customers. I also undersand that everyone carrying a bag is not going into the restromm to wash up and all of the homeeless that come are not there to just use the restroom without making a purchase. I do not think that I or anyone coming into the store should be singled out just because they need to use the restromm before making a purchase as was the case with me. Other restuarants handle this situation by posting a sign that states that only customers are allowed to use the restroom and violators will be asked to leave. This is a more humane and less humiliating way of trying to eliviate the problem. I I was furious that this had happened to me once before and I think the security gurard was rude and unprofessional. I admit that I did give him some attitude but only because he treated me with disrespect. I was told that I had a bad attttitude and that if I did not be quiet I would be escorted out of the restaurant. I told him I did not need and escort I would leave on my own. I asked for and was given my money back without and apology from the manager. When I told her that I tought that I had been singled out becasue the security gurard tought I was homeless becasue I was carring a bag I was told that was correct. The policy was anyone carrying a bag had to make a purchase or they could not use the restroom and they had to leave the store. Shame on you Popeyes I will stop by writing this letter. If I do not see signs as I have mentioned above I will stage a puplic protest and I will not stop until it is done. I am taking this to the media and anyone else that will listen. I think this should be stopped and I want it stopped now not later. I will be watching you Popeye's .

I stopped a popeyes in Waukegan il 60085, and it was just bad really bad. Everybody that was there was so pissed of, that some people asked for their money back. But it seems like all sales are final. So one person just walked out and lost is money. I will NEVER,NEVER go back there again.

The girls working the oviedo,florida popeyes were loud and very unprofessional. There. was a front clerk that apologized for her delay because she was new. When she ask for help, she was treated like she was stupid by what apeared to be no one of power. I think that some one should investigation the GM at the Popeye because she was the main one yelling and not paying attention. It's ok to do your job, but not as unprofessional as these women were yelling and not paying attention to how business was being conducted. I gave her a pen because they refused to let the girl ringing up our stuff use a pen. It was sick and I felt sorry for the girl. I rather not disclose my information, but I would not recommend that popeyes for a family. Things are kind of loud there.

I recently stopped at a LaVista, NE store to order the 1pc side and biscuit special for 2.99. Mind you I ordered the same special at another store the day before. I asked for a breast for my piece and was told be the person that it would be a 99 cent upcharge. I said no, it is 2.99 for the special. She proceeded to tell me that I "obviously cannot read" and it would be 99 cents upcharge. Since I "obviously cannot read", I went inside so she could "clarify". I found out the person that I talked to in the drive thru was in fact the manager. She told me restrictions apply and it is stated under another special. I told her I didn't have any problem at the other store and the advertisement clearly has a breast in the 1pc meal. Of course, she became more incensed after that and told me I could just leave her store. I have never seen customer service this bad. What has happened to Popeye's?

On Friday August6,2010 In was in the Popeye's in WASHINGTON D.C. S.E. Martin Luther King Ave. S.E.. I already purchase my food and here's a roach crawling up by the chicken up to the sign. The nice cashier said to me that always happen they come out when we have company. The next company will be the Health Department so you need to clean up your act. I am a Food Service Manager and if that did happen which it never happen you could be close down.

I went to your store today for the 99 cent leg & thigh special that all or most of your stores have available on Tuesday and Thursday. This particular store, Popeyes 20915 Roscoe Blvd, Canoga Park, CA 91304 US (818)886-6369, said the "manager" decided not to have the special on Thursdays like your other more CUSTOMER FRIENDLY franchises. I just want to let you know that you just lost two customers and there will be more to come. The store was nearly empty. No wonder.

To Whom It May Concern On Friday, July 30, 2010 my family and I was excited about eating out or rather picking up food to go, we drove up at the drive through placed our order, two ten piece mix chicken, a large fry, peppers, two piece dark and a fry. After placing the order the drive through person asked if we could come inside and place the order without any explaination, of course I went in after totallying the order I had a hundred dollar bill the cashier ask management for change and the reply was no change, my total purchase was forty-one dollars and some change,there was an oversize felmale and an immature male staff who thought it was a joke. Store location Ruston, Louisiana, visit these placces and see what's going on, no more visits for me and family.

i have a complain about our order we went to the popeyes in norfolk,va and we ordered a 5pc. chicken meal and a large mash potatoe i mean they put it in a 2 small container saying that equals to a large i said i dont think so and the employee said hold on after 10mins he never came back so we left. we will never go back there what a rip of.

I honestly don't know how to express this anymore. the problem will continue reguardless .. i recently went to a popeye's chicken in calumet city Illinois. located on 4 w sibley st. and the cashier, manager and every worker there act like they don't like their job! the manager one day answered back to a customer telling him she wasn't speaking to him she was speaking to her employee, my jaw dropped i just turned around and left.. another time i went into the same one and the cashier was rude to me. i didn't understand what she asked me so i asked her to repeat that and she rolled her eyes and answered back really rude to me. That place is soooo "ghetto" they always have a bunch of their friends in there laughing and joking. I never seen them wash their hands when they return back to work. but then again, I don't even see a point of writing this is nothing probably will be done. just wanted to share my experience with others.

I drove 20 minutes to popeyes. I ordered the special 13 pieces of mixed chicken for 11.99. They had the nerve to use party wing legs for regular chicken legs. I could not understand why they just give me a different piece of chicken if they didn't have regular chicken legs. i was sooooo dissappointed to ride that far for little chicken legs.

Hello my name is Nicky and I recently visited the popeyes on York St in Aiken South Carolina and I was shocked at how this store manager Ms. Lasett handled herself and this situation! I took my friend up there to get a check and he was in the store for about 20 mins, so i was hot and a little irritated so i went in to see what was going on and he stated that the manager Ms. Lasett told him to wait until she clears out the lobby. So I was fine with this and i waited for about 10 more mins and finally the lobby was clear, no one was coming in and all the orders were done for the other customers who were sitting in. Now at this time he went back to the register to ask her to get the check and she then told him that he might as well sit down and wait cause I'm going to do drive through now. Now by this time i am heated because not only did i have somewhere else to go and the banks were closing soon but she was also being very rude! So we waited for about 20 more mins and finally another manager came in after almost an hour of waiting, and gave the checks out after asking nicely for him to do it. Now the next day my friend found out he was fired now for what reason we don't know but this is absolutely unacceptable! I will go further and further until something is done about this lady, because she is rude and has obviously taken her position to the head! Something needs to get done about her and the fact that he was wrongfully terminated! CAMERAS WILL TELL ALL!

Ther is a a twin cities area in Mo.aprox. 40 miles south of St.Louis called Festus Crystal City.They are located at the main hiway intersection of Interstate I55 & Hwy.67 south. The only chicken resturaunt we had was a 3rd rate KFC.It finnaly closed this week. all of my family and friends currently have to drive to St.Louis to purchase good chicken,but with the gas prices today we can only go once or twice a month.We are a fast growing area with a need for a Popeyes Resturaunt.Ther are many comercial locations available in high traffic locations.A new store here would be more than welcome and would have a corner on the market.Please consider our community as a new location.

We went to the Popeyes Restaurant on U.S. 301 in Waldorf, MD. last week. We had just seen an advertisement for the new Chicken Fries on T.V. There was nothing on their menu about this and we had just seen the advertisement that very day on T.V. They said that the promotion had already ended. We ordered the Chicken strips instead. They had no dipping sauce whatsoever and really acted like they could care less about it. The manager was right there at the window. He looked to be all of 17 years old. When I spoke to my niece about this, she said she had been there recently as well, and it looked to her like the restaurant was getting ready to close up their business. This is really upsetting. We really enjoy Popeyes. What has happened????
