I am so heated right now due to a visit to my neighborhood popeyes on Lake Street in Aurora, Il. First of all the employee working the drive thru window was extremely rude as he handed me my change from our transaction, the coins dropped on the ground. THEN the idiot closed the drive thru window without even acknowledging that he dropped my change!!!! I had to open my car door to manuver to pcik up my change and knocked on the window to tell the guy how rude it was for him to drop my change and he just looked at me! I asked to speak to a manager and he called the so called poor excuse of a manager over and I explained to him what had happended and how rude it was. The manager then said to me "So what do you want, a free pop" I told him I did not want anything free, but to correct the rudeness of his employee with dropping my change. The manager then said " I will write him up" and turned around and started laughing with the other employees!!! I was steaming at this point of how it was being handled and customer service and courtesy does not exist. Needless to say, I will NEVER patronize this location again. Considering the kentucky fried chicken chains are beginning to go out of business due to the chain of chick-a-fil's opening, and consumers wanting a healthier alternative, popeyes is the last man standing and if you guys want to stay in the running, you need to work on your customer service skills and professionalism.

Stopped at the popeyes at the Vero Beach Travel Center off of I95 today. The chicken was horrible, the potatoes did not even taste like potato. I was sick with in an hour. I don't know what the crust on the chicken was, but it was very pale, and devoid of flavor. If this is the best they can do then you seriously need to close this location. I was shocked after all the advertising on the GARLIC SHRIMP my meal was so SPICEY that my cats would not eat them, and over cooked with no fries,you would think after a 20 minute wait the shrimp would be somewhat fresh and hot I would not be suprised to have had SPIT in it!~!!!!

THE RESPONSE WAS TALK TO THE BOSS. HE CAME TO THE COUNTER WITH AN ATTUTIDE, TALK DOWN TO ME AS IF I WAS BEGGING HIM FOR FOOD.LIKE HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR TAKING MY MONEY FOR HIS PRODUCT. HE VOLINTEER GAVE ME THE DISTRICT MANAGER PHONE NUMBER, WHICH I CALLED, IT TURN OUT TO BE HIS NUMBER IN THE BACK OF THE STORE. POPEYES CHICKEN LOST A WHOLE FAMILY AND FRIENDS. why popeyes is not advertings the red beans & rice has PORK in its dish? You got costomers that do not eat PORK !!!!! I go to the Popeyes in Wichita Falls tx. Sad you closed one down in center of town and now must go clear to other side of town (over 20 miles) and food cold by time we get home. At least can go to one on air force base. LOVE the food. Could you please put one back at center of town or north end as many times base on lockdown for security. Also years ago you had chicken tacos (made from lo chicken )best thing I ever ate. Please bring them back.Enjoy the crawdads so much.Sell the cajun gravy by pint too. Place on southwest parkway won't give any at all with meal.Keep up good work

my name is olivia thorton i went to store number 3658 in perris i had a bad experience with one employee short girl with a bad attitude lucky of me the manager was there lady by the name of betsie took care of me and made me feel better she made my order right and offered me a drink i noticed they were busy but she really knows how to take care of her custumers i love popeyes and its hard for me to get around thanks to her i will still go to that location.

Popeyes on Delancey Street NYC, First of all, I was appauled at the behavior of the Assistant Manager at your establishment at Delancey Street New York, 10002, his behavior should not be excused by any means. He was hostile, and clearly racist to the Spanish, and African American customers. His people skills is unexceptable, the behavior he displayed to an elderly African American couple was shameful. I could no longer witness this Chinese Assistant Manager continuosly behave belligerently to customers of color. I witness this dispicable behavior for 7 weeks on lunch break. I am empolyed by JPMorgan Chase, which is next door I know that this may seem a small fact, but I my self worked in a fastfood industry in my country of origin, and this behavior in Europe would be intolerable and, dismissel immediately. I will no longer visit this establishment unless Assistant Manager Yip is dismissed.

The store manager for your I-55 location in Jackson Mississippi told me to get the hell away from his speaker box twice after I tried to order two things they didn't have from the drive thru. I wasn't rude as a matter of fact as I pleasant because I THOUGHT I was about to eat a meal from Popeyes. I wonder what he would have said if I had been an in store customer versus a drive thru customer. This is shameful. It was 1:00 pm on Satuday, March 26, 2011.

I order 2 SHRIMP POBOY sandwiches and the the SHRIMPS were old and dry this is the first time we were disappointed with the food at this location here in Mesquite Texas we buy food there three times a week the store number is 204 purchased the sandwiches on Wednesday March 16 2011 and when we got home and I tried to call this store back they would not even answer the phone this FEMALE is the one gave me the BAD food this mess up our dinner we live to far to go back today I think the FEMALE that were working their today should treat your customers better we should not have to check the food when we buy it just to see if it is fresh because the MALE that take our order he always give us fresh food he is very friendly and nice we are vey very with this FEMALE at this location I will let all of my Friends know if they go into this location they check their food before they leave if this FEMALE wait on them I feel like she is just working their to get a pay check and don't care about the customers

I visited your Tacoma store at 6402 6th Ave, Tacoma, Washington on Friday 4 Mar at approximately 3 pm. I used the drive thru window, ordered 2 piece meal (2 thighs) corn, cole slaw, I paid, departed and half way home decided to check my order (assuming it was correct), when I opened it I saw a breast and wing, I DID NOT ORDER THE COMBO MEAL. The young african american man did not pay attention to my order. I drove back and asked for the manager, a small white lady, whose name I did not get, I informed her of the incident, and without a word, took the box, tossed it on the counter (like I inconvienenced her) and filled my new box with (guess what) a thigh and wing, I said loud enough for another clerk to hear,"I hope she (the manager) did not put a wing in the box?" The young girl just laughed. The manager then proceeded to correct the error and in a whimper "sorry" turned and walked away. The clientel are sloppy dressed, pants down to almost the ankles, no customer appreciation, NO friendly attitude. What kind of CEO or regional manager just sits at this Big oak desk, without finding out WHO is hired to run the establishment. I suggest you (CEO) or someone get out from behind that bi desk and visit your stores (un-announced) and walk in and order food. Like this reality show "UNDER COVER BOSS". You and your high ranking staff will be amazed on how you will be treated. I am a retired ARMY vet, I have on occasion been given the military discount, one time I asked for it, response "we don;t do that here". WHY am I glad I served our country to get disrespect like that. SUGGESTION- get out and see the shops you have established instead of sitting and counting your riches. You will be amazed what is working for you. I know and the countless others who have complains will not hear or see changes all you big-wigs are concerned about is " cha-ching"....

This is just ridiculous! I went waayyyyy out of my way this evening to buy dinner for my family at the Popeyes on Bay Area Blvd, Houston, Texas. I ordered the food, a 16 piece family meal with mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, cajun fries, and it came with 8 biscuits... then I ordered three drinks... welll.. first of all the lady asked me to pull up to wait for my food.. it was handed to me so I drove home.. I get all the way home. . everyone gets their plate to get their food and there are NO biscuits at all i the order... okay. that was aggravating enough as the biscuits frankly are the best part of the meal.. so I get out my receipt and call the store and call and call and call and call and call and get an Answering machine for an HOUR! Okay then they finally answer the phone and a guy answers it.. I try to tell him what happens.. and he says. oh sorry.. and nothing else. . so I say and? so he says. okay wait. I'mn going to tell the manager.. he comes back to the phone and says she said she's too busy to come to the phone... take my name and phone number and come back tonight or tomorrow and they will give me my 8 biscuits.. I'm going you're kidding me , right? The Manager is too busy to come to the phone to talk to a customer that is really mad to start with and you can 't even spend one minute to talk to me?? Okay.. fine.. Let me post this here and I'm calling corporate tomorrow! Then I'm calling back again tomorrow and you better not be too busy to talk to me then or I'm going to call the BBB and file a complaint with them too!

Had Popeye's last night, Feb 3, 2011 in DeSoto, TX. This store isn't the greatest, but last night, they underdid themselves! Ordered spicy chicken, said it would be about 5 minutes. It took over 20 minutes. The chicken smelled bad, tasted off and was either under-cooked or tough. Maybe both. I wasn't sick today, but the chicken was definitely unappetizing. I used to eat at the Popeye's in Duncanville, TX, but either got dysentery or sick to my stomach every time I ate there. Chalked it up to a bad store and began eating at the one on Wheatland in Dallas or the one in DeSoto. I quit eating at the one on Wheatland because they ran out of white meat and the service stinks (almost nobody speaks English I can understand). Also, just dandy the have SWEET tea, but I drink PLAIN tea and the DeSoto store didn't have any last night. I told the wife that after all these years, I've had it with Popeye's spotty service and quality. There is no shortage of chicken joints in Texas, especially around here. Grandy's, KFC, Williams, Church's, the list goes on. I can only guess that the continued decline in Popeye's product must mean they think they're the only chicken joint on the planet. Well, this guy has had his last case of heartburn, poor service and smelly chicken.

I am hoping that sooner or later in the near future that there will Popeyes establishments in Durham, NC. I used to live in Washington, DC and at least there were Popeyes locations in practically every part of the city. There is not even one store in Durham and everyone in Durham does not have a car. Can someone please explain as to why this form of monopoly has taken precedence in the Raleigh-Durham area. If there were at least 2-3 Popeyes establishments jobs could be created. Is the city manager to blame for such occurences? I do not understand the complete game of the business monopoly. Do I need to approach city council about this issue? There are Church's, Kfc, and Bojangles chicken establishments already here - having a few Popeyes locations would be helpful in the competitive market and create much needed jobs. Please consider it. The neighborhood that I currently live in has suffered setbacks with the closing of Burger King and a dollar store nearby. Who is in control of deciding what businesses can participate in certain locations - this is very odd.
