I am sitting here on Thanksgiving day with my 6 children starving. I attempted to place an order two days ago at a local cary store via online. My order did not go through but my card was charged 29.10 twice. Needless to say I no confirmation was sent and we received no pizza. This situation left my family with no Thanksgiving dinner at all because of the fact that I was recently laid off I currently receive unemployment and that 60 dollars was my families dinner for the holiday. I have been ordering papa johns for years because I swear by it being the best. I called the local store to only get the run around. It is hard to look in your babies face and tell them we have no turkey or holiday because Papa Johns are all about the dollar and not the family! SMH and crying. This is the worst holiday ever! Thanks Papa Johns.
The food and Customer expierence is great I work at the Richland Wa Store of PAPA JOHNS but I was sent home for not being in full uniform by my GM. To eaplian it is below 30 degrees right plus the wind chill factor and i have no problem waring a shirt but the owner failed to provide us with beenies. To his credit has ordered them. My problem is that like most delivery drivers it is a second job and with out a beenie I will get sick and then loose my other job or even just a few days worth of work So rather than get sick I chose to be sent home wich I believe is fair a minimum wage job is not worth my health or well being? I would like to know if I am being unreasonable or if they are???
I'm starting to think that papa johns does not support the military. We live in Portsmouth, VA, and had lived in Norfolk, VA and I understand when we lived on base that they couldn't deliver, but here in portsmouth, we do not live on base, we do live in military housing and the Papa Johns will not deliver here. They are closer than all the other Pizza delivery places, yet everyone else delivers to us besides Papa Johns. It's sad, we don't care for Dominos or Pizza Hut, but they deliver, and my husband LOVES papa johns pizza and we do not order it b/c he's tired when he gets home and doesn't want to run out to get pizza. Why are we not in the delivery zone. The Papa John's is 9 minutes from my house. Dominos takes 15 minutes, Pizza Hut takes longer even. Sad.
Hello, my name is Jennifer, we had a PaPa Johns store here in Ardmore, Oklahoma, where I was a manager/shiftleader, while I worked I will say that 90-98% of my customers were very pleased with our service, which I felt were seconed to none, I on several ocasions had to assume the duties of the General Manager, who's name I will not mention, I was informed that I would be recomended to take the store over, I know I could have done very well, in making the store better, unfortunately some personal matters arose between the GM, and myself and the threats and unprofessional atitude that I was confronted with left me with no resolve, I was not able to contact my DM for help in this matter, however, our store was closed and emptied out. prior to the store closing, I did leave for my best interest at the time, and was hoping to be contacted by the DM on what was actually goin on, but this did not happen, anyhow, I will be contacting the Corp. Office, the reasons for what happened to me and explanations may be posted later, let's just say I don't to hostile work enviroments or tolerate discrimination. I would love to see PaPa Johns come back here, maybe I may have a chance to be the owner, we had numerous satisfied, faithful customers who would love to see PaPa Johns come back here. If for any reason a customer was not happy about something that we prepaired, we made that customer happy, no matter what it took! Thank you papa johns in muskegon michigan on apple street. I'm not sure when the manager Mandy got hired for this location but you can really see a difference at this location & her attitude was so positve. My food was hot and ready to go. Thank you Mandy for your service and keep up the good work.
I ordered two pizzas on Halloween advertised for $10.00 each any style. The advertisement did not mention anything about ordering these pizzas online for that price. When I called it in I told them I wanted to order 2 meat pizzas for the advertised special of $10.00 each and they took my order. When I went to pick them up the price was more and when I questioned them I was told that the special was for online only. I told them that they needed to watch their own add's more clearly because it did not state that and that I WOULD BE IN TOUCH WITH THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. The restaurant is located in Lexington VA and I would like to see you take some action. If I do not hear from you I will Know you do not read your reviews and I could not find a phone number to file a complaint. If you do not respind then I and others will know how much you value your customers or shall I say past cutsomers. The Ball is in your court.
I WORKED FOR THE POLL THIS PAST ELECTION . THERE ARE 15 PEOPLE WORKING FOR 15 HOURS ON THIS SPECIAL DAY AT THIS LOCATION ALONE. WE START AT 5 AM. ABOUT 11AM A PAPA JOHN PIZZA MAN ARRIVED WITH 3 FREE LARGE PIZZAS FOR THE POLL WORKERS AND THEN AGAIN AT 5PM BROUGHT ANOTHER 2 LARGE PIZZAS. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK PAPA JOHNS FOR THIS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED GESTURE ON BEHALF OF MY FELLOW POLL WORKERS! WE REALLY ENJOYED THE PIZZAS AND IT SURE HELPED TO MAKE A LONG DAY PASS JUST A LITTLE MORE QUICKLY. 5 STARS FOR A GREAT AMERICAN SPIRIT PAPA JOHN PIZZA!!!!!!! WE ARE LOCATED IN MASSILLON ,OHIO
I ordered a large 3 topping pizza with thick/regular crust not thin crust, but when it was delivered to me and I got myself ready to enjoy it it was thin crust it was late and I was hungry and upset that my order was messed up. So what I did was call papa johns in centerpoint and told them that they messed up my order so they gave me two options one was to get them to come back and deliver the correct order but put in mine it was late and I had to eat as well as my child had to eat to. And his other suggestion was that they will send me a coupon in the mail for a free pizza that I haven't received yet and they didn't tell me that it would take this long because If I had know then I maybe would have asked them to come back and get this pizza and refund me my money. I have called the papa johns in centerpoint several times and they keep stating that they send my information to the corporate office.....ok its been two freaking months and I know it don't take that long to send a freaking coupon....that is poor customer service and I haven't ordered from your company since and not planning on it.
I work for Papa Johns in Tennessee and it upsets me to see all of the customers talk about "its just pizza, how hard can it be?". 1st thing is each of you people are NOT the only people that we serve. We have tons of customers at a time and every employee at Papa Johns are humans...That means we stretch your dough with our hands (killing our arms and back), we then make the pizzas with the charts and cups provided for each topping, and the send it out with the limited number of drivers that we are ALLOWED to have. If half of you people really knew what really went on behind the scenes then I don't think you would be so hard on us and expect to be treated like you are royality! Papa Johns DEF. doesn't pay us enough for what we have to do and some of us can't just go out and get a day job where you sit behind a desk all day! I wish you people could just walk in our shoes for one day and then MAYBE you would show alittle more understanding when it comes to us. I'm not saying that it is ok to get done the way that some of you were but damn cut us some slack..we are busting our asses to make food for you so you don't have to do anything!
I am furious. We ordered a pizza in Dallas, on Garland Rd. at 8:00 p.m. It is now 9:30 p.m. When I called Matt tells me that never believe us when we say delivery in 30 minutes. I was shocked. So, I replied "then don't tell customers 30 minutes", but since it has been an hour where is our pizza.???? He said it would be another 30 minutes. I pointed out this pizza we won't get until l0:30 supposedly, was free because the last time we ordered, we got the same treatment for 2 l/2 hours. He then says they shouldn't really be delivering to our address: I reply then they shouldn't tell people they deliver to my address". Just deliver my freaking pizza, I screamed. He hung up on me. I called back and he said they didn't get paid enough to hear me scream. This was like some type of torture game. What idiots! If we ever get this pizza I will never, ever go thru this nightmare again, at the end of a hard day, when it should be so simple just to get a pizza delivered.
Iam a regular customer at the Grover Beach California store. Last night we ordered a large pizza and 3 orders of wings, Spending $35 and change. Everything was delivered COLD. The pizza looked like it had been sitting for hours. There were hardly no toppings or cheese. When I called to tell them the problem they said the delivery girl was having car trouble, this store is 3 blocks away from our home. This was a poor excuse for delivering an inferior product.The girl giggled and said she was sorry. End of story. We have always been more then satisfied with this store. Sorry to say we are now disappointed and will be ordering from Dominos. I f I were corporate I would certainly check into this so this won't happen again to someone else.
my grand son came to me with stories of comments from management about his hair (he wears dredlocks the style was not prohibited ) but he was and still is the only african american at this store and I am at fault for thinking that in this day and time that race could still be a factor in your company . the end result is that after no raises in two years,a promise of management that was not fulfilled (he was given training that would have helped him to advance but the position was withheld . I am hurt by anyone or any company that will still degrade a young man who tries to make a days work be of value to thier employer . I raised this young man by myself I gave him the things that I hoped would make him a good person who was not afraid of a days work.It hurts to see your company undo all I have tried to do . I worked for Pizza hut in management many years ago and they were so well organized bue most of all they were fair I find it hard to believe that there is no one inb your company that cares about your treatment of employees
the store is so nasty the people dnt was there hands nor do the us sanitizer the girl was digging in here behind an went to try an fix a pizza i told her i want my money back so really jus watch there nast empolyees so nasty
I surely hope that you at papa johns corp read this. I ordered two pizzas for seven dollars each. They both arrived on time. We were anticipating some good pizzas loaded with toppings, the way you would expect a pizza called the works would be. The pizzas were pitiful. They scantily put toppings at the top of the pizza and put toppings in the middle where the cuts come togather. But in the middle of the pizza where there is about two inches (med pizza) all around and on both pizzas there was only cheese. That made the two pizzas mainly cheese and all the toppings on both pizzas would hot fill up one cup. When I called to complain it was just pitiful. Thats the only way to describe the service. They offered to remake the pizza but the atitude made me not trust to eat anything else from that store. We gave the pizza to the dogs. Whenever you have a complaint at pizza hut they are always courtious and will handle the situation to your satisfaction without atitude and avoidence of the issues. Will never order from your establishments again. I went to the Papa johns on 113th and Blueridge in kansas city mo. Will never buy from papa johns again. Have you checked out the disgusting videos about papa johns on you tube. Do yourself a favor and avoid this disgusting place.
I have to say that I am all for Papa John's ! Their food is delicious and always delivered on time! I got a coupon in the mail today that stated "back to school special" I noticed that it had a coupon specifically stating "Papa Size" Any Medium or Large Pizza for only $2.00! I was happy because I was definitely wanting something else for dinner, so I tried entering the promo code and that was not taken. So I called my nearest branch and asked "Roger" and he stated that the coupon meant $2.00 more!!!!! So there is definitley a case of false advertisement!! Not happy at all!!!
The other day I had ordered 2 Large pizza over the phone, ( Casey had taken the order) , I was treated like I was stupid and couldn't read the card on my charge card. He claims that all cards are suppose to write the month out and when I told him my card shows 11/11 , Casey was rude, I was advised the pizza would be at my home within 25 minutes, It arrived late as open both pizzas and stuck my finger on top to test the temperature (Arrived cold). Told the driver to take it back and then I came inside and called Casey and told him that I wanted a hot pizza to be delivered. ( Wouldn't be surprised if they spitted on it or did something to it) Casey told me it arrived in hot containner but the driver said he couldn't find location and that is why it was cold. Again Casey was rude on the phone and I said to give me credit back on my card I didn't want their pizza. As rude as Casey was I went to the store to prove to him that my card reads a certain way when I threw my card on the counter for him to read. ( I have used my card 1000 time at least and no one else ever had a problem with it and I don't think the Manager ( Casey ) should treat his customers like they are stupid, if he wants to do business in my area. I will advise people that I know as well as go on face book to discourage them from buying in Arnold MO. After I had this problem with Casey I picked up the phone and called Pizza Hut and let me tell you They treat and value their customers the right way and I will continue to do business with Pizza Hut. To whom it may concern, I have never eaten your pizza and I just wanted to tell you why. Your tv commercial is awful. I think you would be wise to make a new commercial and get rid of the young girl in it. It is disguisting when she talks and you can see the food in her mouth. Who wants to see it? This pizza company has the worse customer service what so ever!! They put you on hold forever, then when your ready they hang up. Had to call back, finally got to place an order. 20 minutes later went to pick it up, the cashier told me that i have to wait another 20-25 mins more because they forgot to make the pizza for me. Freakin ridiculous!! Imagine that. Also, saw a guy grab money from a customer, went to pick up the telephone and went back to make the dough without even washing his dirty hands. Gross!! I will never go back there again. If i can rate this a zero star, would be better than one star.

I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND THEY GIVE ME TO ANOTHER WORKER WHILE LAUGHING IN MY FACE. I ASK FOR THE REGIONAL MANAGER NUMBER AND THEY GIVE ME AN EMPLOYEE CELL PHONE NUMBER IN THE STORE AND LAUGH. NO ONE IN THE STORE ARE RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. I HAVE BEEN A MANAGER OF A PLANT FOR 8 YEARS. IF SOMEONE CALLED MY PLANT WITH A COMPLAINT AND MY EMPLOYEES DID THIS TO A CUSTOMER I WOULD FIRE THEM ON THE SPOT, EVERYBODY INVOLVED THIS BY FAR IS UNACCEPTABLE. I DO NOT KNOW WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE, BUT MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM HERE OVER TWO YEARS.AFTER WHAT HAPPENED ON SATURDAY JULY 24,2010 WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANY PAPA JOHNS AGAIN.AS A MANAGER I KNOW WITH THE ECONOMY NO BUSINESS CAN SURVIVE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS.THERE IS NO LEADERSHIP AT THIS STORE AND THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE ADDRESS. I really hope that someone takes the time to read this comments and answer to us. The reason I'm writing this comment is to let Papa Johns knows that in Malden, MA is another pizza place using their telephone number. I LOVE your pizza; however, leave far from any store so they don't deliver to our home. 2 days ago my hisband and I really wanted to treat ourselves with a pizza form Papa Johns so look for the closest store in our GPS. Called and place an order. When we arrived to the location to had to call back the store to verify the address because we couldn't see any Papa Johns, the guy on the phone said that we are in the right place Nonnys' Pizza.???? So, we tell him that we ordered Papa Johns and he stated that Papa Johns moved from that location and they decided to keep the same number. When I called to place my order they did NOT identify themselves and also offer the same promotions so I couldn't tell that I wasn't calling Papa Johns. It was a VERY DISSAPOINTED experience, we really wanted Papa Johns and drove 12 millas from our home for one of your pizzas not Nonnys pizza.
