hi I had a bad experience with the service , I feel like I was profile my the server, coz I was Africa American . as well as the food it really bad , so what every u do the pinole ca outback is a bad choice

I went to dinner at the outback steakhouse in Mishawaka IN everything was going great until we got our salad as I was eating I found a long black hair in my salad I told the waitress and she took it and told the manager he finally came around after a while and he more or less told me that he checked the cooking staff and they looked fine that the hair could have floated into my salad from anywhere funny it was in my salad nit on top so he was quite rude but they took off my salad and gave us one desert on them I was to tired to say anything back but I feel I was treated quite rudely and I feel they could have done more so I have told several people about my visit

I had a terrible experience . an employee took advantage of my credit card to enjoy 2 free meals on my credit card. I had to take a days leave from work to make a police report to the fraud dept. of my credit card dept. so I m waiting for results. I am going to contact my local outback steakhouse where this crime happened.

I recently visited the Outback Steakhouse in Chaleston, West Virginia, next to the Mall downtown. While there I ordered the NEW Maple Mustard Crusted Pork Chops. What I got was 2 1/4 inch thick, 3 inch square pieces of processed something that tasted like cardboard. This was a really sorry meal and cost me about $20.00 with a drink. The drink was the best part of the meal. I don't think will go back to Outback Steakhouse again.

I picked up a curbside to go order from the Ft. Mitchell, KY location. I ordered the porter house steak by chance cuz they last few times I ordered the Filet, it was over cooked and was not good for the price/cut of meat. I ordered medium rare and this was by far the worst and most over-cooked steak I've ever had! The center of the steak is grey- no pink in sight! I wish I could send a picture of it because this $30 steak is worse than a one dollar burger from McDonalds! Horrible! Will never go back- they just can't seem to get it right!

My husband and I went to the Glen Burnie, MD location to try the Wild Wednesday menu. We get there to only find out that location is not paticipating. The commercial doesn't mention anything "participating locations only" so misleading and just plain dissatisfying to the customers.

I wish there was somewhere to upload the photo of my Caesar salad I got tonight in takeout. Half was slimy and rotten. I'm so grossed out I couldn't eat my steak. So upset. I never write reviews and I'm the one in my house always wanting outback. :(((

Fort Smith ark , waiter brings us out water down tea we ask what is going on he says they were running low on tea and he said and I quote " we diluted the tea down too make it last " !!!! What kind of manger would let their people serve ur valuable customers like that ???? I spend at least $200 or more with outback monthly !!! In the last 6 mos we had bad food bad service and very bad management !!! U really need to put the owners phone number up so we can let him know what they have done to our out back restaurant !! Very sad cause we love u r food !!!!!!#

We went to eat at The Out Back on Saturday Night in Sanford, Fl. There were no Handicap parking left, So I found 4 empty spaces open , But it said carry out so I parked The Waitress came and said I couldn't park there I told that we were Handicap. She told me if I parked there she would a tow truck. I will never go back anymore.

Thank you for always providing such delicious steak, salad, clam chowder (with Cajun spice) , bread and crab legs... will always enjoy returning

My wife and I went to your facility in Cathedral City,CA for my birthday on June 26, 2014. We ordered the steak and lobster plate. The best part of the meal was the baked potato. The steak was Very tough, the lobster was bland at best. This was the first time we went to an Outback Steakhouse. I would presume that this will be our last visit. Sorry for a negative review but it is the truth.

Your Germantown, MD Location Oreded 2 Prime Rib dinners to go. Potatos & vegies were under cooked. Potatoes did not have any fixens with them. Bread was dried out and service in the place was cold and inattentive. Will never waste my money there again. If you have bad inlaws take them here. You may inherit early

Why oh why would you have changed from the original seared ahi tuna salad it was the perfect mix of everything with the perfect salad dressings and now you have a sesame seared he that doesn't measure up. Go back to what worked! Signed, Distressed in Burbank California

a mistake was made in the order which was replaced but the party i was with had already finished by that time with their order.the manager came over and asked of i would like a side but nothing gratuitus for the mistake,so i said no.nothing was taken off the bill either.this is not a good showing for business.

Bring back the steak focaccia!!! Bread pudding as well. Not sure why they continue to change the menu... Merrick NY outback manager Diane went above and beyond to make me happy due to menu changes

had the crusted chicken with backed potato last night , good meal only problem is way to salty need to tone down on the salt same with pomagrande ice tea way to much sugar. server very friendley going to mention her to cooperate

you are losing opne of your best employee you have he has dedicate over fi8ve years of his life. he has moved when you asked him and put his life into your business. he derserve better than what you have done to him.

I frequent Jupiter location often, Last couple times noticed food going down hill, jet thought give it another try. Today is a Sunday and was told no curbside. Your advertisement does not say only at special hours. You lost a large order today, on for 6 people. YOUR LOSS Will not be back.

I went to the outback in Peabody MA and they ran out of mashed potatoes, the soup was cold and they screwd up the steaks. The salmon wasn't bad but I don't think I will be going back there...
