Motel 6 Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have not done much traveling over the last five years but I used to stay in Motel Six in the 80s and 90s and into the early 2000s with no problems. It was always basic but clean and well worth the price. However, the Motel Six at 200 Commerce Drive in New Cumberland, PA, just south of Harrisburg, is just absolutely awful. The room was not vacuumed and the floor had pistachio seed shells next to the bed. The sheets were stained as were the pillow cases. Ug! I actually contemplated just leaving it was so gross but I really needed a few hours of sleep. There was no mini shampoo in the bathroom. That only costs the motel about a dime. I felt fortunate that they left a mini bar of soap. Also, the place is in dire need of painting. The only good thing was the pleasant counter folks but I didn't bother to complain to them since I rather doubted that any other rooms were better. I don't know if this is what the average Motel Six is like now but I no longer can trust that staying there is an option. I should have read the reviews first but I used to trust this place before the age of the internet. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF STAYING HERE! It's absolute ghetto...

I stayed at the Motel 6 in Mesa AZ. This place was crawling with hookers and drug dealers. It is located across from Golfland sunsplash. A FAMILY WATER PARK AND MINI GOLF PLACE.I checked out and my daughter stayed behind she put herstuff in a firneds room. she stepped away from the door and it closed. since she was just waiting to leave. they took all of her belongings.Her purse and her lugage had ID in them and would not give them back. Her friend already checked out and was nowhere to be found. Now the hotel CLAIMS the friend picked up her things. The friend was not contacted and notified that her things were stuck behind. they are cooks and shady at best. the manager was rude and hung up on us many times. then call police while my daughter was wondering what to do. look at all of these horible reviews no wonder this stuff goes on. this corporation does not care about the guest or they would correct the huge amount of issues.now my daughter will have to worry about ID theft her whole life due to this krap hotel.

We have been at the motel 6 for almost 4 months and I went to pay and was charged more than I thought I should be. My mother went to question it and was met with rudeness. He told her that since we were here so long we should know that the rates change, also that if we didn't like it we could leave. So why is it that we can't question the rates without this guy being rude??? I hate this place Motel 6 on hotel circle is horrible!!

While staying at your facility in pinole ca i return to my room after being gone for most of the day to find that my key no longer works and after getting a new one i open the door and eureka another gold mine.... a bath tub full of hot water and a shower that was wet on every side. Someone had showered and bathed and left the water behind. When i contacted the front desk all she said was the water backed up. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? She acted as if this was some normal thing and didn't bat a eye about it. All she offered was a 50% discount and change of room. BULLSHIT. This IS just the beginning of what your going to hear from me.

Wow stayed in a motel 6 in Sacramento 1415 30th street our breaker box broke and it was hot! So went to go somewhere comfortable with my husband and 10 year old son after noticing a rather Large stain on box spring I lifted up the mattress and I could not believe my eyes someone had to have been murdered on that bed there was blood covering over half of the box spring this was much more than a cut or accident this is unexceptable room 226 if anyone cares it is still there

I made a reservation on August 10 for a room at the Motel 6 597 Sandy Beach Rd Vallejo, CA. 94590. When we got there we were told they could not find our reservation. We tryed 2 times the evening of Aug 10 to get our room and were told they were full. Yet on Aug 12 Motel 6 charged our card as a no show for $50.86. To add insult to injury we had to secure another hotel that charged us $20.00 more to stay there. We also missed dinner with our group that night as we needed to find new accommodations. The confirmation number that we had was under a different name in there system. The staff were not helpful and were uncaring (DJ and manager Jaime). Motel 6 commericals should change their logo from, "We'll leave the light on for you" to no one screws up a reservation better.And we'll charge you for it.

Best part of the Motel 6 in Scottsbluff Nebraska was CHECKING OUT.Filthy,mattresses in piles in the parking lot. Trash everywhere dumped in the same lot.Broken, and Boarded up windows.Making part of the second floor un-usuable.Pools closed and empty.No security what so ever. Halls are open 24-7 to anyone.The whole Hotel including the halls and our room smelled of cigarettes. Our shower and bath tub worked simultaneously. Tile falling off the wall and wall paper peeling up like mad. I have photos that will make the average person sick.I could provide these to you ,but, I'm sure you could care less. You can view them on Facebook travel advisory site. These will be posted on Face Book to let other un-supecting travelers what they are in for. This structure has leaks everywhere.It is an Embarrassment to the NAME Of MOTEL 6. Upon research when I got back home other reviews are the same as mine. The only conclusion from that is YOU as a company really could care less. Your reputation must not be of any value to you as well. This is the last time I would ever consider staying in one of your DUMP SITES.

I worked at motel 6 in winnipeg and i wuold like to say do not work there you will not get you money from them

Stayed at Motel 6 Issaquah, WA. July 29, 2012. Bad. Over-all stairways etc. not very clean. Asked for non smoking room and room with bath tub. Said they had no bath tubs. First room given- smelled of smoke and sheets did not appear clean. Second room given smelled better- still shower only - but no shower cap or shampoo. Called desk. They said shower cap and shampoo not included! Motel 6 leaves the light on but- shower only rooms- provides no shower cap or shampoo. Shame on Tom Bodett and Motel 6. Bad news.

TRESSA WAS SO NICE AND VERY HELP FULL, AS I'M A TRUCK DRIVER AND MY AC WENT OUT IN MY TRUCK.THE ROOM WAS NICE.I CALLED THE MOTEL6 IN FT.SMITH AR.I NEED TRUCK AND TRAIL PARKING THEY ONLY HAD BOB TAIL, BUT RICHERD FOUND THE OTHER MOTEL FOR ME.AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH.GLENNA

I STAYED IN NEW BRONSVILLE TX. AS MY AC HAD GONE OUT ON MY BIG RIG. THE ROOM WAS GOOD BUT THE CARPIT HAD STARTED 2 COME UP THE WINDOW BUT OTHERE THAN THAT IT WAS CLEAN AND NICE AND <MARK> AT THE FONT DESK WAS VERY NICE AND HELP FULL WHEN I PULLED UP AND GOT OUT TO SEE WERE IS WAS TO PARK HE MEET ME AT THE TRUCK AND SHOWED ME AND ALSO GOT ME ROOM WERE I COULD SEE MY TRUCK. SO I CHECKED INTO MOTEL SIX EARLIER TODAY...8-9-12... FROM AROUND 1 PM'ISH..BUT NOT UNTIL I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE..I WAS LOOKING FOR MY CHARGER I FOUND AN UNUSED CONDOM AND UPON REMOVING THE MATTRESS FOUND ONE SYRINGE ON TOP OF MATTRESS..THEN MOVE MATTRESS AND FIND UNDER THE FRAME TWO MORE. WENT TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT SAID ALL I CAN DO IS GET IS A REFUND OR TALK TO MANAGEMENT TOMORROW AUGUST FRIDAY THE TENT. TODAY WAS A HOT DAY KIDS ALL AROUND .IMAGINE IF THEY HAD FOUND IT... WHAT THEN? OH I RECORDED THE WHOLE THING..FROM FINDING IT..THEN TO RECORDING THE CONVO I HAD INSIDE WITH THE FRONT DESK...

We stayed at motel 6 vallejo six flags west#1317 1455 Marine world parkway vallejo ca 94590. I asked for 3 rooms all nonsmoking and close together. I got 3 rooms 2nonsmoking 1 was smoking they said they didnt have anyrooms left. They said if i didnt want it they would give me my money back. Really i had 6 small kids and it was 11pm. we took it anyways i was not going to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. we didnt know our way around the town. the 2 nonsmoking rooms still smelled like smoke there was ash trays in there and small burn holes in the blankets. In one room the toilet was messed up. They give me a free one night stay at any motel 6 like really i want to stay at their motel again. Never again it was very ghetto.

I stayed with my mother at Motel 6, 1440 N. 1st St., San Jose, Ca. It was filthy. There was sawdust and garbage all over the parking lot which adjoined the rooms. The walkways were stained and filthy. The shower door would not close and water sprayed across the bathroom floor. The room was not very tidy. The swimming pool was filled with dirty water and weeds were growing on the concrete, mosquitos were nesting on the surface,the fence was rusted and the paint was cracked. The night before when we arrived the desk clerk told me that the pool was temporarily closed and that they expecting a represenative from the city to stop by and sign off on the repairs so that they could reopen the pool the day after we were checking out. What a lie. No one would open that cesspool. There was trash lying on the bottom of the deep end. The generator was disabled. Liars. Do not lie to me. And then the room keys continued to not work. Thanks to God we were only there one day. Other people we bumped into in the morning were equally offended by what they woke up too. Please leave the light off. If this is one of Dave's motels then he is a pig or he has a selfish moronic mentality. Don't stay here! I am gravely dissapointed.

I made reservation to stay the night at a motel 6 in danvers mass. when i got to the room the smell was so bad the comforter, blankets and sheets were disgusting the mattress had stains all over it. I went down stairs to complain and there was no one there so i left. I called there later to tell them that i left and would not sleep there and they told me they would refund my money the next day. When i got to the hotel the next day they didnt want to refund my money so i ask to talk to the general manager her name nicole wouldnt come out of her office to speak with me WOW I called the corporate office and the told me theres nothing they could do it was up to the general mgr. What away to run a business. I cost me $73.71 for 30 minutes

Gainsville Tennessee OMG! The filth. We always stay at Motel 6 when we travel (at least 12 times this year) and have never experienced such filth as this place. Of course you pay up front. My feet stuck to the bathroom floor. The place stinks. I will not take a shower in the morning. Major yuck!!!!!...First time I have ever commented about a room. Motel 6 should reconsider having their sign here.

I recently stayed at a motel 6 in fredricksburg v.a. This place should be condemened the bathroom was the most disgusting thing i have ever seen. The tiles on the floor were coming up, the tub was filthy. and there was mold on the ceiling. I will never stay in a room in this chain again. You people should be ashamed for even having your name linked to a place like this. I will never suggest this chain to a friend. I thought you were better than this. I should have read the reviews before i booked my room. You really are disgusting. I am going to inform the city inspector of fredricksburg about the filth.

We stayed at the Motel 6- Lake Charles # 0443, we always check under the bed to make sure our dogs can not get under the beds, there was baggies, beer cans, a screwdriver, there cockroahes, one dead in the a/c, one alive in the bathroom, the threshold had syringes under it, and when we asked why the carpet was not vacuumed we were told that the motel had no vacuum cleaners, I took several pictures of the nastiness, we took our own blankets and pillows as we always do for any motel/hotel that we stay at, the shower was dirty, we did not use it, the toilet was disgusting & stained, food crumbs on all the counters, carpet separated away from wall and door, drug traffic all night long, the manager was/is a real good guy, he had the police come through to roust everyone back in their rooms, I couldn't even walk my dogs because of the broken crack pipes and syringes laying all over the grounds, the only good thing about that place is the Manager, he is really trying to keep up the place and the service, but apparently he has no help from corporate. I do not recommend this motel 6 to anyone, the a/c are smashed, a real hazard to any little kid and adult, even though they work, the cheesy furniture is so sticky and floors & carpet are so filled with dirt that a vacuum cleaner would die on it. I feel sorry for the manager. There are people that sneak in and swim that dont stay there. And constant drug dealing all night long and all day long, he is only one man. It would do corporate good to close it down and remodel what needs to be repaired. I was afraid to leave my dogs there. And as far as leaving the light on, what freaking lights?

Stay away from the ElPaso Motel 6, well actualy ALL of them. Nasty crack whore drug dealers everywhere. mold nasty pillows linen all of the above...
