Motel 6 Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have not enough time to explain the depth of disgust this supposedly "business" has displayed. After reading the comments here....I feel that if Corporate does not handle these complaints, they are going to have some legal issues. I will be filing more complaints with other agencies in regards to this chain of hotels... West Memphis Arkansas Chamber of commerce will be the first.....

My husband took me to Tombstone for my birthday, we spent the night before at a motel 6 in Tucson, AZ. It was terrible, no soap or shampoo, the bathroom door stuck , so I couldnt close it. Noise all night long could hardly sleep. To top it all off, we forgot our new pillows and egyptian cotton pillow cases that match my favorite sheets, I have called them 5 times in a little over a week, they dont call back. The first and second time I talked to the manager she said they were not left. They arnt even trying to make it good. What ever you do dont stay there.

Checked in at 5:00 AM and had to check out by 11:00AM. Missed the late check in by being there 30 minutes early. Charged for a full day stay for those 6 hours. Paid for another night and they would not send in any housekeeping. No towels, no soap, the blankets had burn holes all over them. The TV is mounted on the wall too high that it is impossible to watch. Staff is not friendly. They are not concerned with the clients. DO NOT STAY THERE........

I stayed in motel 6 Corpus Christi east for 3 days and all 3 days my fiancé and I woke up with bites. I have 2 medical bills plus an extra 300 to make sure I didn't bring them home. Motel 6 has done nothing to make it right. Plus the maids never changed there bed sheets so if y'all want a clean stay don't go there.

Chandler, AZ for starters, the door knob for the room does not operate correctly, to open the door you have to pull the handle up and shove the door open with your body, I injured my hand by opening the door. I entered the room, all was well until I tried to plug in my cell phone charger, the plugs were so worn that they would not stay in. and I was horrified to find that the box springs had the springs fully exposed, about 25 cigarette butts on the ground in front of my room alone, cigarette butts everywhere. I I could post pictures I certainly would do so. They should really take more pride in their property

My wife and I stayed at Motel 6 because of their pet friendly policy and their rates. We stayed in Big spring Tx last week and there was a strong wind storm and the wind blew through the door very strong. Our sheets weren't changed there were pubic hairs on the bed and the sheets were wrinkled and what was pathetic they charged us 55.00 dollars.The tv was ridiculous we had to adjust the volume by hand and we slept a bed that was nothing more than pure bed springs!!!!!!!

I never had such a dirty place to stay. #6 Marana AZ. the blankets where dirty and had holes in them. it was like staying in a place for the homeless. I went to puck up a book that fell on the floor and to my horror a condom!!!!!!!! #6 you need to keep the lights OFF. Fire the cleaning staff and monitor the work of your new people. supply people with clean sheets and blankets. smokey smell in a no smoke room. You won't be in business long with this quality of a room. all we the consumer wants is clean and that is it. can't you do that?

We use Motel 6 a lot since we have a little dog so we have seen quite a few. The one at 2430 Hillsboro Blvd. Manchester TN has to be the worst we have ever stayed in. There looked like there was dried vomit on the carpet. Cigarette holes in the bedspread, dirty toilet. holes in the wall, and more--and the sign said "Just Opened." What the heck did it look like before they opened it? If I hadn't paid with a travelers check, we would have gone somewhere else

I stayed at motel 6 downtown sacramento ca.jiboom st.i paid for me and my wife not the roaches.... then we got woke up by loud music in the parking lot.. lots of homeless people hanging around.. would NOT recomend.

we stayed at one of your motels in Pensacola,fl we called down to office our toilet leaked in the night the office told us they were going to send the main man to the room we waited 1 1/2 hours called down again they would send him up.we had to leave because had a load that needed to be delivered. We couldn't take a shower because used all the towels to clean up water in bathroom very upset

I was not allowed to purchase another night because of a stained towel, while they allow all the dope feens to stay. Now me and my 3 month old son are out on the streets with all our bags, looking for another place to go. I have paid over $100 for my stay...I am pretty sure that I have more than enough paid for that towel. I am going to tell everyone I see how petty Motel 6 is...kicking a baby out on the streets because of a cheap $2 towel!

I would like a refund. During my recent stay at your BWI Motel 6. The bed linen was dingy, the Blanket was dirty. The floors and the bathroom were dirty. a roach was seen. The door handle had a sticky substance on the handle. Noise was heard from the adjacent room. and it was relatively cold.

Im a california contractor and my guys stay in motel 6 only throughout california for our projects they go above and beyond to make sure we use there services constantly. We also were referred by family other contractors and small business owners Motel 6 gets our business. Highly recommend

i was a resident n Georgetown Kentucky for 6monthes i enjoyed my experience. they were always going through motel 6 requirements.that being said i give that branch in Georgetown 2 thumps up or in this case 5 stars. i recently moved to indiana since no job took me back. i had to stay a week in the clarksville indiana branch. n here is the problem: first theres no way that the price is that high since this granted i know 7% goes to motel 6 for the sign. and with the rooms smaller than georgetowns i feel like the price shouldnt be high. than i dont think we should pay 2.99 a day for wifi since it dont cost as much as 17000 a month. they dont even have an option for a microwave in the room or a small refrigerator. infact the only microwave on premises is in front office with the door being locked at 8 n they cant open it till morning.

The worst experience of my life. Never again. Dirty, bad managment, gun shots from another room, feared for my life. Let alone got no rebate or response from management. Just asked alot of questions from police officers. This hotel chain stinks. It's located in Essington Pennsylvania.

Oh my why rent the room give them away close the doors and give your guest better quality it is a shame that this location is corporate owned it is ran down trash on parking lot carpet dirty beds have faded dirty looking sheets the room smells stell desk broken condom wrappers bottles and paper in lot just ran down this location is in kings ville Texas sad sad sad never again will I stay at a motel 6 they can leave the light off for this quest permanently ....

On January 1, 2013 I checked into the Corpus Christi, Northwest location and had to switch to 3 different rooms before I said forget it. The 1st and 3rd rooms were suppose to be non smoking but smelled like smoke and the 2nd room had roaches crawling out of the microwave and the refridge. When I decided forget it and to just go to another hotel the desk clerk couldn't figure out how to check me out and issue a refund. I told them to call someone who could help her and she didn't get anyone on the phone. I left my cell number for the night auditor to call me back and after 2:00 a.m. I called the hotel back since no one called me and the night auditor said to bad I will have to wait for corporate to issue me a refund since it would cause them more work than it was worth to do it. It is the 7th and I still haven't been issued the refund. Very poor customer service at the hotel and the rooms are nasty. This is not the 1st time I have had to change to multiple rooms but it is definately the last time I stay in the hotel chain.

We're on a 3 month job in Everett and twice the myself and two other crew members have stayed at Motel 6. We have found the rooms to be clean and customer service top notch. Thank You

I recently stayed at # 4246 Motel 6 on Hwy 475 near Macon, Ga. It is in fact, the only Motel 6 I've ever stayed at that I've had to complain about. And there was a lot to complain. For starters, I was travelling alone, and the posted highway sign at the motel said the rate was 33.99. When I asked inside about a room for the night, the person at the counter told me it would be $ 46.00. I said I had AARP, and he adjusted it to $39.99. The room appeared clean at first, but right away I wondered why a "refreshed" room had such old and abused furniture. There were chips and marks on the nightstand and chair, and that seemed unusual for a Motel 6. I stay regularly at them and this looked completely unlike their standard rooms. Then I used the toilet, and the water came right up to the rim of the bowl. Of course I thought it was going over, but slowly went down a couple inches. I tried flushing again, but the same thing happened. So forget about flushing, I wasn't about to have a flood in there. Next I planned to take a bath--there was a bathtub----however, there was no plug and no way of holding water so forget the bath. I went to bed, couldn't sleep, so turned the lights on a couple hours later, and found bugs crawling around on bottom sheets. By now I figured I wasn't going to get any sleep anyway, so after killing bugs (which I left on night stand ), I left the room lights on all night so I could watch for more bugs. I'm not going to say they were bedbugs, but they sure looked like it and what else could have been crawling in the bed at night? I left a note on the nightstand detailing the problems with the room but of course I've heard nothing from the manager there. Not your typical Motel 6 room, but I sure won't be staying there again.

I am staying at Motel 6 in Lewisville, Tx. I have been staying at Motel 6's for a lot of years when I am away from home working. This has been my most horrible experience experience while staying at Motel 6. Had two days with no hot water and then came in from work to a flooded room and the whole hallway was flooded from water line break. Management did nothing about cleaning up flooded areas. I had personal items damaged in my room and manager at this motel will not even talk to me about the problems. Tomorrow I will be contacting corporate office.
