Motel 6 Corporate Office & Headquarters

We recently stayed at motel 6 in CDA, Idaho. We paid over $100 a night for two nights. Our room had no towels or wash rags when we got there. It was incredibly small and they gave us a play and pack for our three year old to sleep in that was filthy and stained. Instead of cleaning our room, they straightened and didn't bother to change the sheets. When we pulled them back to go sleep there was dirt all over them. It was quite disgusting. Especially when paying over a hundred a night to sleep in filth. Management was informed but didn't appear surprised and did nothing to improve the conditions. We will never use this hotel chain again. If you are reading this do not waste your money on this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels. (Flight attendant) and have never encounters such awful customer service. This is a one star hotel chain at best.

Prepaid for a room & was told to wait 15 minutes for it to be ready (cleaned) ended up waiting a full hour when it was ready the whole room smelled like smoke & I paid for non smoking my allergies went hay wire I called front desk she sent a maid that spayed the carpet hat scent didn't mask the smell. I called front desk for a room switch but she acted like a rude b!#@= ? I asked for refund no avail no roome switch just miserable allergies bad customer service & disgusting smelling room! I hate this motel chain never again eill they get business from me. I hope this review helps someone out with a reminder if you have kids don't go there people smoke in all the rooms& the maids are to cover up the smell. I rate them a 0 with no stars.

Me and my wife stayed a week in the motel 6 in Hattiesburg ms and it was awful. My first issue came when I hate I wait an hour and a half to geta room. I was told that there wasnt a room until after I paid. The first night we were there tht had no towel an took two days for us to get any. The next night we saw a roach. Mind u I had my two year old there. The roach was big enough to carry her away. By then I called the front desk to be told I couldn't get a refund due to the fact of us getting a weekly rate. I asked for a new room but none were available at the time. The stay was horrible and I will never stay at motel 6 again.

I checked into Salt Lake City West Motel 6 and had terrible service. No room cleaners in the two days I was there. Noisy at night. Will never stay in a Motel 6 again. You need to check on your franchisees once in a while.

called to make reservation and was hung up on buy reservation people person when we as about the beds in room #168 because they are in bad shape could we get a room then on lower floor with #2 bed's with better shape.

I will never again make a reservation for Motel 6. Will never again make a reservation with Motel 6. The one in Evansville, IN was horrible. Trash everywhere and smelled. Went to cancel my reservation and they still charged me for the room. I wouldn't sleep there and they did it not 15 minutes after I walked out. 50 bucks wasted.

Thought you fired this creep, Will never stay there again as long as he is your spokesman. People have longer memories than you think......

I will never stay at the motel 6 on chamblee tucker road in atkanta ga again. I must say they way the security guard handle my situation was not satisfactory. I was listening to music with my co companion in the room snd just so happened we went out when security said we needed to turn the music down some and that we did...not even 5 minutes later he came back and put me out of the room along with my friend who cohabitated the room with me. He stated that we had to go now from my understand when a complaint is made you are to receive a proper warning and I honestly don't think that's what I got

I went to check into my room got my room keys and went into my room roaches scattered everywhere and big bugs all over the floor! So I went to get my refund the lady tried to pursue me that they had better rooms! I walked up the stairs roaches was In all 7 rooms I went in! The nastiest thing ever!

Staying at motel 6 in weed ca main pulled out a small pet carrier from a cubby pushed way to the back then opened it it had a bird in it then after they got into my personal stuff the called fish and game because they thought it was wild i had to meet up with fish and game im contacting a lawyer on this

I have been staying at the motel 6 in weed california for two weeks now,the cleaning staff have been going through bags and other personal belongings rather than cleaning the room like they should be.This unbelieavable invasion of my privacy is unexceptable and should or might end with a lawsuit against both motel 6 and the cleaning staff responsible for the unwarrented invasion of my personal privacy.

I recently went on a business trip in columbia south carolina and was searching for a nice place to stay. I found a motel 6 located on burning tree road off of I-26 in columbia and decided to check in. Upon walking into the registration office I was greeted by an employee. She handed over my keys and I went to the designated room. As I walked to the floor I noticed dirty used towels hanging around the trash bins, the elevator had a odor and urine on the floor, some room doors were open exposing visitors passed out drunk in the bedrooms. Upon entering my room the mattress was covered with stains, the carpet was dirty and had stains also, the shower was rusting and dirty. I immediately requested a refund and packed my bags and headed to RED ROOF INN. I would never in my life, recommend anyone to stay at a MOTEL 6!!

Just to let you know we stayed in a motel 6 in st. Louis and got bed bugs. I have pictures if you would like to see them. Aweful Motel 6 .

The Atascadero California Motel 6 is operated by a less than honest General Manager and Manager on Duty. Both of these women are less than truthful, do not treat employees with any sense of worth and treat customers even worse. The company only cares about passing yearly operating audits. This management team on-site has been there for many years - they keep many things from upper management.

Never stay here, they don't stand behind their word, I'd not get a refund. They are dirty and should be shut down.

I asked to switch rooms due to a rowdy neighbor, the motel manager screamed in my face and tried to force me to move back to our room.

This is the worst. place ever to spend one second. the location in des moines ia is infested with bed bugs and the management doesn't care. she's training. the housekeepers to cover it up by putting.and they don't know it. the linens all have blood and urine stains. nothing close to white. the manager. della is the worst person for the job. needs new manager and head house keeper. I spoke with several people who have stayed their. As well in they say sumular things. i called corporate and reported this and nothing has been done. my next step will be a lawyer. don't get me wrong they are nice at times but this location out by the airport needs new management and someone to properly. train the housekeepers. one of them was very helpful and allways smiled even when she wad scolded by the manager.. to the only black girl there i can't remember your name special thanks to you for makin my stay at that motel 6 as pleasant as it could be. you should be da manager. I would give you 5 stars not the motel or the manager . thank you.

The Motel has been booked at the last moment by a member of our team for two nights (Motel 6 wouldn't be my choice). The residual smell of smoke was so strong that even open door during the evening didn't help. I went to sleep but woke up at 2 O'clock open the door and kept it open but couldn't sleep any more (just dozing). The second day we turned the air conditioner on when we left in the early morning. We kept the door open in the evening when we came back but it didn't help much. Instead of 2 o'clock I woke up after 4. Indiana has a non smoking policy since summer of last year. I talked to personal and manager about smoked room. Their excuse: "they can't control it". But when we checked in they didn't even mention that smoking isn't allowed. It looks like they don't care.

Have stayed at the Portsmouth, NH many times, but the recent visit was just awful. Blood on 2 pillowcases, and 1 pillow, bloody spots on the bedsheet, and hair in the bed. Really? And what looked like dried feces on the bathroom floor. Just terrible. They say they will refund my nights payment. That's nice, but still..... Why can't they just do their job and have an easy, clean motel?

I rented a room .when I went in, it look nice , but when I layed down the sheets we're dirty and they didn't smell that good. They also didn't clean the tubs that well , the sides of the tub we're kind of black. Don't you guys have housekeepers to check if everything is clean ?? These motel is really dirty , not very satisfied.
