Motel 6 Corporate Office & Headquarters

We stayed at a Motel 6 that just had the room remodeled. The new molding on the bath tub and the walls were already coming off. The curtains were hung so high that you could see people's feet if you were standing outside. The fact that it is a ghetto neighborhood shouldn't mean the hotel should look like the ghetto. This is at 1025 E. Benson Hwy in Tuscon, Az. They also did not have any buisness cards.

I currently stayed at the motel 6 main gate in Anaheim and unfortunately my car got broken into. The manager of the hotel was in a rush to get to his conference meeting and didn't seem sympathetic about the situation. By far the worst guest service I have ever encountered at a hotel. I feel disappointed thy security wasn't able to do their job accordingly. I also asked the manager if I could have a copy of the claim form and his response was no without an explanation or anything. Terrible terrible service. Hopefully No one else has to go through this.

This was the worse 6 I have stayed at.The walks were unclean,cans strewed around,unsightly large stains on the walk. The room was not vacuumed at the baseboard ,bathroom floor not clean in the corners no hot water till run for 15 minutes.Was not asked if we had pets when we checked in. All other 6's were good on the trip . Undercover boss needs to go to this one.

The Ocala Fl on exit 368 has got to be the wost in my life. The front office is to reflect the rooms....OMG there was mold in the bath tub, dirty bath tub, 2 towels and 1 bath rag for 2 people, hair in the beds, no amenities at all. If you decide to go to or through Ocala, FL avoid this hotel. Its a Bates Hotel and now I am headed to trip advisor. Motel 6 get your heads out of your butts and take care of your customers. We are humans not ROACHES.

This motel-6 has bed bugs and this is the second time that i get to stayed there and it is very uncomfortable. because as i try to sleep i fell ichiness all over my body and i took a shower and just slept on my car. awfull

#4354 Saginaw, MI.......The only nice thing about it was checking in with this lil old sweet lady who was in the middle of a rush late at night.......However the room was dirty nasty, bed was hard, cigarette holes all over comforter, phone didn't work, cold showers, rude people in the morning when tried to complain about everything.....just a bad bad experience definitely will not be back.

This location at 2176 Birch Square Lake Havasu,AZ is very dirty and loud with people slamming doors... and having seedy looking residents sitting at your front entrance cuddling each other and smoking cigarettes on the steps and not moving out of the way for someone entering your motel and the t.v. was extremely snowy and you could hardly see the channels and the dresser the top is coming off ... again this is the worst motel 6 that we have ever stayed at

on 10-07 -2013 i checked into a motel6 in pecos tx on cedar st. it was late and i asked to see the non smoking room which was fair on visual inspection . the cost came to $92.00 which was outragious but i took it since it was late and we were tired for the 500 mile drive. . the shower leaked, smoke came form the air conditioner, towels were thin and sized for kids and did not have enough towels for me and my wife. the remote did not work . the bed was to be a queen but it was only a double. in the walk ways there was multilpe bags of trash. the steps were broken going up to the room. for this we paid $92!!!!

I just wonder why a big corporation like motel 6 does not have benefits for there employies, and why they have non americans running them?

Your location 1024 in Schiller park il is DISCUSTING. The MOD Sonia is very very rude. The employes there are very disrespect, getto, and use vulger terms. The only person that i see since i have stayed there doing there job is a Front desk women named Wendi. The manager seems very angry and tence with her in specif i have stayed there for quite a while. i will never stay there again. There rooms are discusting not because they are not remodeled but because they dont clean how a house keeping service should.

This motel 6 is in need of Maintenance. Needs deep cleaning on the carpet and the entire rooms. Walls need painting,Bathroom toilet under the base rim had bacteria and some kind of urine residue when you wiped it with toilet paper under the base on the bottom. Frames on top where dusty. Tiles needed cleaning as the grout lines where different colors than the tiles itself. This is just one room i wonder what the other rooms look like. I saw the same receptionist there the entire time of our stay. So where is the Maintenance???????

At midnight someone opened our room door. Thankfully we had the security latch in place. I reported to the desk in the AM and they denied that was possible. What a joke they are. STAY AWAY... It cost us $133 for this abuse.

The worst, most uninviting motel we have stayed in for many years, the Motel 6 in Winchester, VA. The nicest thing you could say about the desk clerk was that he was not rude. Absolutely NO amenities, save ONE bar of soap. No facial tissues in box, no place to put suitcases except on the floor. Brutal coffee served in office 100 yards from our room. The room was clean, but totally bare of any adornment, pictures, etc. Linoleum floor. The motel looked tired, uninviting and, quite frankly, a little frightening. We can tell Tom Bodeck to turn the light our for us. Never again at Motel 6.

Google Prostitution and Motel 6!! Oh what a surprise

This hotel is the WORST EVER CREATED!!! I am by no means a snob but for $75/night, you'd think I could have been welcomed by a smiling woman who had all of her teeth. You'd have thought I could have had a continental breakfast instead of just brutal coffee in the morning. You'd have thought I could have had a carpet that wasn't moist and looked like it hadn't been shampooed since the Civil War. You'd have thought that I could have had a clock in the room. You'd have thought I could have had my bed made. You'd have thought that I could have had a deadbolt, a peephole that worked, a bathroom that wasn't stained, or a comforter that didn't have holes in it. Also, you'd of thought that I could have thought I could have seen a guest services person who was professionally dressed at check-out instead of having his shirt untucked and stained. I wish there was a way for customer to close down this hotel, because it would be nice. Everything about this place was awful. I was hopeful that this was endemic to this facility only, but after reading the reviews here I see that the chain has issues of epidemic proportions. They need to get their act together.

We were treated very bad during our stay at the Pismo Beach Motel 6 and asked to leave by a T. Deurloo. I was in the area due to a death of a very good friend. My written complaint is following. I have contacted our lawyer. Without a doubt we were discriminated against because of our dress and mode of transportation. 7903 Ocean Hwy Pawleys Island, SC 29585 ‎ is where I stayed last nite. It is a dirty motel, run down that need more than a face-lift. Your pictures of this motel on line does not reflect the current condition. I have photos of the mold found in the room with leaky ceilings, rusty refrigerator. you need to go and check this out.

the staff was great, the room was in need of a new carpet. the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned..it had a big red stain on it also the side of the bed had the same stain. what i did not know was there were families living there in the rooms. In the walk ways there was a urine smell, guest should not have to pay for a weekend to smell someones urine. this was in the motel 6 on Euclid Road,Virginia Beach..Also watch the charges, i was charged for parking.......a guest.

Stayed at a Motel 6 in Grand Island, NE. Gnats all over our room. I plugged the entire window frame with toilet paper to keep them out. Woke up next morning, the window and window sill were filled with these nasty bugs! Had our laptop closed for the night and when opening it the next morning, gnats all over the computer screen! Mentioned the bug issue to management and they did NOTHING! Will NEVER stay at another Motel 6 again. BTW, we paid $72 to stay in a bug infested room. Also, our room did not have 1 box of kleenex. How cheap of them!

We had gone to New Mexico in April, we stayed a Motel 6. The room had plaster repair on the wall, a big hole in the other wall where the rooms joined, the toilet rocked due to broken flange, the tile work in the bathroom was sub standard and nasty dirty. My cousin recently was accused of having stolen on one of her many trips to see her granddaughter. She had no clue that they targeted her until she was on her way home from scooping up her granddaughter for the summer, she was turned down in trying to book a room, told she had stolen something the last time she stayed. They did not say what she stole, or how, or when, just that they were not letting her stay. Personally I would hire a lawyer and drag them into court for making such allegations and not proving it. I would not suggest you stay at these run down motels unless desperate, Not sure who the CEO is of this outfit, but they have allowed their places to fall into poor conditions.
