Motel 6 sucks

Horrible! Filthy, not fit for humans to stay in. The hotel in Illinois near 6 flags, the only thing they did was leave the light on! would never go back.

Stayed @ the motel 6 in Three Rivers Tx. I'm a Trucker and ran out of hour's to drive an was forced to pull off and stay here. Rooms started @ $199.99 !!! Brand new building, no hair dryer & the worst part was no coffee pot or coffee in the room!!! Crown molding was coming off, paint on the bathroom door was sticky and tacky still. Got paint all over my arms. Curtain was broke and would only shut 3/4 of the way. I complained to front desk all they said was, yea there are issues it's a brand new building. No move to another room or offer to discount the price. I'll never stay @ another motel 6 ever again.

I had a confirmation number for a room with 2 queens check in time 330 when we arrived there were no rooms available ...we waited in the lobby for over one hour while irrate customers told stories of no hot water, toilets that did not work, dirty rooms, and pot smoking in the garden area. I was reassured that this was all going to be taken care of when I threated to leave as others were. 2 hours later and moving from two different rooms we finally were able to lay our head down in this not so nice Tom Model leaving the light on. Your ceo should send me a check for the stress of your terrible Motel 6 in Marina Ca

The room was nasty food crumbs 8 the bed a long with body files will never go back

Very unhappy with Motel 6, no clock in room hair in the shower and sink, floors dirty, very limited phone service, desk clerk said "well don't stay here any more. Very rude and unfriendly. I wil not be staying at motel s any more, i would like a refund. Turn the light off.

Stayed in Motel 6 in Bell TN 9740 Hwy 70 E. I-40 Ext 66 Very clean. I have never stayed in a cleaner one. Manager next morning was very socialable, offered me coffee which I appreciated. operation. I let him know we were very happy with the room.

Flagstaff West - Woodland Village Room had no TV, refrigerator didn't work, pool has cover on it (It's June already, when does it come off?) No non-smoking even if you guarantee with credit card, so take your chances, because it's only if available. Charge for Wi-Fi !!!

I reserved a room by credit card only to find out when I got there I did not have a room even though I had my confirmation and a guarantee late check in with a credit card

I rent a room at the motel six to go to ihop come back and check my room and it smells like a dog pound it was so nasty the lady at the front desk gone say no refund and no room change.I just walked away

I have bee n waited all day just to see if I'm going to be allowed to stay another day after being a guest for a week because an assistant manager Manny lied about a situation , waiting for his boss to come up and talk with us again this is unbelievable, we are quiet guess

stayed at the motel on Bell Rd./I10 Fwy requested a non smoking room and was given a smoking room.I became ill and the manager did not compensate me for the error. The night desk clerk said they would but it never happened

I booked a room at 75 and coit for the nite and I couldnt use my promotional code or honor the price they have posted outside the establishment.

I stay at Motel 6 in bakersfield, Ca-Never again. Dirty, Mold in shower, Cigarettes butts under bed, smelled like a dirty ashtray. Never Again Bakersfield Airport #4644

This MOTEL 6 is the best I've stayed. Girl at the front desk I believe Nicole is so fast and friendly. They have one of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in and always meets my needs in case of everything.

rooms are dirty, staff is rude and swore at my son, had 5 days reservation, towels never changed, gave me the wrong type room and then I had to walk around the hotel to get to car, had construction in the hotel and exit was closed off and not accessible. Left a day early because staff would not let me talk to manager, called headquarters and they were suppose to have manager call never happened, want the account credited

My friend and I checked into the motel 6 on mowery blvd in Fremont ca . Not 30 min we had been in the room and we got a call from the front desk asking if everything was ok in our room.... I've never encounter this at a motel 6. We felt it as an insult . We call back to ask what was the reason and they couldn't give us one. We checked immediately following this. We felt uncomfortable and didn't want to stay... We ask for a full refund which they gave us but they didn't inquire why or apologize. I sure won't be returning if all motel 6 are this way.

We have been here for months at the Janesville motel 6 and I got yelled at by the manager for using to much toilet paper

well here is an odd one for you worked at a motel 6 in sacramento ca i was the maintenance there and in fact still am, but it has now been sold our rooms were always good no bed beds and every thing worked just a bit old, i have seen the new rooms they are nice but will they last hard to say, some people are very hard on the rooms and most m-6 do what they can to keep the rooms up but at times this can be very hard again some people just do bad things to the rooms, if i could go back to work at one i would i always did keep my rooms up and in order at all times, lets not write them off yet they are working on it
