Hi before I resorted to more drastic ideas it would be to your best interest to check out one of your store located at 14975 LINCOLN AVENUE, DOLTON, IL 60419 It has been brought to my attention that some of your workers don't believe in keeping conversations work related while at work. If i'm shopping in your store I shouldn't hear your manager flirting with employee and even going as far as touching them. My daughter felt sexually harassed by one of your workers there if it is to happen again I will have to file a lawsuit. I just wanted to bring it to you guys attention before things hit the ceiling.

Your store in carmel on greyhound pass is awful when U need to get something from the yard. Its like a ghost Town when u need help and you are definitely not going To get any help loading so you may as well forget that ! This is not a first time experience at this store !

How come you will never see minorities in their TV or print ads. I am sure everyone's money is just as green.

Not surprising that you have so many poor ratings. Someone I know well has worked for you for 13 years. She still gets $9 an hour, which here in Illinois is barely over minimum. She is pleasant to customers and is reliable. I only shop there when absolutely necessary.

Went to your Cottage Grove Store, Minn to purchase a Lawn Mower. Said they have 7 on hand however that turned out to be wrong. said to come back the next day & would have one for me. No such thing. Even the display model was gone but was there the first day when I stopped in. I got my money back but was disappointed I had to do all that traveling. I had to ask if they could check there Hudson, Wisconsin store for one. They had about 4 of them but then again, it would have been addtional traveling. I have put off buying the mower. Not happy with the service.

I have to agree with the "Not handicapped friendly!" reviewer. Our Franklin WI only has one electric handicapped scooter too. I am mobility challenged. I was forced to walk the store because the ONE (!!!) electric scooter was in use. I may have to shop at Home Depot or Lowes. They have a minimum of 3 scooters per store and there never seems to be a problem obtaining one.

I put my blood and sweat into getting the garden city, ks store open and I worked 14 hr days for three weeks straight I was late from lunch 6 Minets once and 4 Minets another. then I had a argument with Katie the HR Lady and boom one day I woke up late after a long night at work clocked out at 12:00 am and had to be at work at 5:00 am I got to work an hr late and she wrote me up for 5 points and said there was nothing she could do I had to be let go. the hole time I was working there had been many people that went over the points and she let them all slide I think it's unfair and something needs to be done about this

I applaud your advertising with the Rush Limbaugh show. It is a great program and I value the advertisers on his show. While it is easy to criticize Rush, the people that usually do know very little about how spot on and truthful he really is; they need to wake up. Keep up the good work Menards.

My girl friend bought a water heater from Menards and had it installed by a licensed plumber. 40 days later, she comes home and smells gas, so she calls the local gas company. Their technician said the control valve on the water heater was leaking, so he shut off the supply valve. My girl friend call Menards and was told, "If you bring in the water heater we can exchange it or give you a refund." This isn't a defective toaster, its a 40 gallon water heater! How many women do you know who can drain, disconnect, and carry a 40 gallon water heater up and down a flight of steps and load it into a vehicle? (By the way, a qualifed plumber can easily replace the control valve in place, without moving the water heater.) If this is Menards corporate policy for customer service, my advice is do not buy anything Menards if you can not carry it by yourself.

don't waste your time trying to shop at menards in BLOOMINGTON INDIANA you can not shop for direct tv people bugging you if I want to buy from direct tv I will call them I dont need them following me around the store its like a creepy stalker that wont go away bye bye menards will not be back

I ordered a countertop in March 22th and I am still waiting for It...May 31st...draw your own conclusion..

I was so disappointed with my visit to Menards that I doubt if I ever return. I am mobility challenged and to find that in a store that is 300,000sq feet under one roof plus a lawn/garden center almost as big has only 1 electric cart and doesn't plan to put any more in was to say the least disheartening! Evidently if you're disabled they don't want you shopping there. I wasn't alone in my concern. While there I heard several people asking the same thing. One woman said that when she asked the manager about getting more carts he looked at her and said "I don't have to have any". That doesn't say much for the manager or the company!

hi to do this may concern I was at the Morton Grove and Menard IL may 19th 2013 one of the managers I was talking to ask why this product is Mark $.19 all she did was complain in Me a hard time totally unacceptable, her job was to help me not treat you like a child so I called the store to get her written up but it's probably going to be pushed under the carpet service to be the last time I go to Menard's her name was merely put our name tag was awesome awesome pain in my butt

I wish Menard's would treat their employees with respect and not use them as slaves.It is sad when the employees cant even get their breaks or lunches on time.When employees schedule says 9-4 they should be out after that,not to have to stay an hour or more over to do work. We as employees of Menard's have Family at home too, but the Management at Menard's don't care about their employees..

I ordered a sliding patio door for menards on SE 14th st in Des Moines, I was told it would be in by May 8 and that I would be notified by e-mail, I asked that they call me, but was told they can't do that. May 13th I called and was told it was not in, on May 15th I spoke with the store manager, who stated that it has been in the store since May 3rd. he could not tell me why I hadn't been notified. I asked for free delivery as compensation and since I will be out of state for the next week. All he said was that they will hold it for me, and there would be no compensation. I am done with menards after this.

my wife was going to b off by eight she just clocked out now at 930pm she works 60 hr weeks and has been a manager since the store opened but the manager chris has something to prove if hes not gone soon from what i heard from other reasons through the store my wife will be and thats not good for u guys as hard as she works for u shame on u.

Apparently, you don't need anymore bad reviews! Please reconsider your ad placement with Rush Limbaugh. Do a quick google search if necessary, but Limbaugh started a firestorm for advertisers 14 months ago and it continues to grow daily. Please call and have your ads redirected away from his program.

Selected cash back, never received cash. Called manager for a credit on the debit card and was told we had to stop in to get money. They couldn't credit our account. We live 8 hours from the store. They can electronically take our money and will credit you account when you return items. Personally i think it was too much of an inconvenience for the manager to help us. It's.no wonder menard's is losing market share with this type of customer service.

I ordered countertops on march 17 and was promised I would have the. By april 4 it is now may 4 and after 51 days and 2 department managers and 1 support manager later they tell me its not there fault nd they cn give me a 50 dollar discount I will never shop here again.
