Mcdonalds Corporate Office & Headquarters

Went to the Mcdonalds in louisville ky on 12th st. Had to wait behind a car for 35min. Never once did they pull car up to give other people there orders. I went inside to get my food staff had no clue of how to run a fast food restaurant. People standing around looking lost. A lady at front counter got the manger for me. Told the manger what was going on. She said she get my food right up.....ya right that took another 10min, O and for my wait you get a apple pie. This is not the only McDoanalds that i have been to that is like this.

McDonalds does not accept ideas from the public and a customer desiring to share an idea to the McDonalds legal department is misdirected by McDonalds employees. Following a legal procedure to share knowledge is what I desired to do to aid McDonalds but I was treated disrespectfully by those answering the phones.

McDonald's in Indianapolis, In. on Olio rd has the worst managers and supervisors!! They treat employees wrong! My daughter works at this McDonald's and work 8 hour shifts with no lunch break or breaks and they have no respect for their employees! We go to Mc Donalds often and either they get the order wrong or forget some of our food . . . Today we went and got the food right for once . . But found coup in my kids drinks!!! K called and told them and all they said was thank you for telling me we will check it out! This is the la junta Colorado Mc Donalds !! Don't think I will go there ever again

Morristown nj McDonalds on ridgedale ave is disgusting. Terrible customer service. The front windows were so dirty that it was not visible to see out or in. The manager was unprofessional and seemed bothered when I was placing my order. The place was extremely dirty. I ended up throwing my food away...

we are very disapointed in Mcdonalds we feel we were over charged on our Visa card for two quarter pounders just because we are Seniors, shame on you Mc'donalds hope this don't happen to Other Seniors we still know how to add prices and count our money.

I am appalled that McDonald's ONLY gave hero free food for a year. As much exposure that your organization received over the kidnapping in Ohio, this token you gave this man just isn't enough. this guy has touched America and went viral throughout the world. I go to McDonalds on the loop and midkiff quite frequently. It's seems that customer service keeps heading in the wrong direction. Ex. How do you wait in line before breakfast ends and when it's up to you to order the cashier wonders off and returns to tell you that your to late for breakfast with a smile on their face. There has been other times when customer service could have been better towards others but are to fearful to speak up. I'm sure I speak to many when I say if you can please get this addressed.

I just red a number of reviews online. Most are very negative. I have patronized Mc Donald's over the years and have had good and reasonable service at all sites. I'm shocked at the number of complaints against the management and staff. I hope your investigating these comments or your business will surely suffer.

This is about my visit at the McDonald's on 6th Ave., S,E. Decatur, Alabama. I give this restaurant a rating of zero. My order has been wrong 4 times in 2 months and your arrogant manager said to me the customer "I usually just take what I get" . Now isnt that something to say to paying customer. You need to fire half the employees there or close it!!!!!

The McDonald's on E.Grand n Dallas tx have no respect for their employees or costumers yelling at their employees while i was n the Drive through n then started to yell at me wen i told her not to b rude to the employees this is not the first time this has happen i will not give McDonald's my hard earn money to rude disrespectful managers r McDonald's

Asking for a little advice if possible ....i went with my kids to mcdonalds and after my child had ate more then half her food she noticed there was red stuff on her nugget container and in and on the bag that the food was in i told the manger and he was rude never once asked if he can replace the meal or give my money back he tried to tell me it was ketchup but my kids didnt have any ....so what should i do about reporting the health issues in there bc none of them were wearing cloves

Was terrible on 5/10/13 crew was to buisy clowning around very loud salesperson couldn't run register she was new anddud to loud obnoxious co workers they couldn't hear her asking fof help two feet away. Three sets of people walked out and anoth got mad when the pie he had been waiting on 15 plus min never got started they told him it would bd 20 more min. Store 6307 @ 21; 23

This is more a question, is it true that even if you previously worked at mcdonalds and go back for reemployment they will start you back at minimum wage? If so I think that is unfair bc they already have experience in the company.

I live in Oil City, PA. Every time i have been there other then maybe twice. I have gotten hair in my food. i dont mean just in my fries i mean in my burgers and everything. I called in to inform the manager and she was extremely rude and hung up on me. The people who work there have hair coming out around there hats and dont pull it up neatly so it is hanging all over the place. The one star is to much for a rating on this place.

Is McDonald so cheap that you can't afford to give BBQ sauces for large nugget orders? Seriously if you're going to ask us what kind of sauce we want for our nuggets 3 times at drive through, make sure you give us some. Not only you didn't, when asked gave 1 for 40 nuggets and 2 happy meals...never again!

I am a vet and one day week or more I entered the Brooksville MD store the new famous retro MD s and I had very short funds after spending money on my nieces birthday the kind manager saw on my hat that I proudly served in the US Coast Guard she was so kind ND GAVE ME A SMALL drink and a small fry that was really touching in todays cruel world we are in a deep depression and will never get better I am sure of that thank you for your kindness to us veterans that served for our Country Yours Great FULL Michael L

The McDonald's in El Campos TX are rude and nasty to customers and employees, they don't give back they only care about themselves.
