I love the food from McDonald's ..I actually work at the one on north main street in Suffolk va .but my managers are so rude and lazy .I have one that just makes herself food all day and watch's tv.they blame us for things they do and I'm sick of it

I want to thank you for the delicious fruit and yogurt parfait...and for only $1! I've enjoyed them for years and turned family and friends on to them. Perhaps I can work on commission! I've also been dieting for the past year+ and have lost 50 lbs, partially thanks to your parfait. I eat one each morning to begin my day and have another for dinner often. If I continue to lose, I will tell everyone about my breakfast secret. Please don't take it off the menu!

I live in coos bay Oregon there has been many different days that I have seen your opening manager smoking in public view and not working, as well as today when a employee was having a seizer in the store and the manager refused to call medic because he would have to pay for it. I feel that your manager team in noth bend or are totally rude and don't care about there employiees

I'm from California an I'm in Houston Texas for my vacation an my 1st stop at Mc Donald's here was horrible I didn't even wanna drink my soda I took a bite of my Mc chicken sandwich an there was a bug smash into my sandwich I will never eat Mc Donald's again if I could I would post a picture the worst experiencing ever an the manger still ask me can I replace your order like are you serious? What makes you think I would like to eat here again this is very disgusting an you guys need some real inspection to do here imagine if I would of ate it? The McDonalds in Houston , Texas 12020 Northwest Hwy. The manager and staff are rude and discriminated against me because I am white and they assumed I was trying to get free food even though I had just spent well over $50.00 on food for my family. It isn't my fault they forgot 1 large fry and my daughters happy meal. The worst experience of my life.

Please do some action for Mcdonalds in Malaysia in melaka state, especially for the one in Jaya jusco. They always delay in their delivery, they promised 45 min and actually it goes up to 1 hour and 20 min. Today is the third incident for my family. no more mcdonalds.

My wife drove 20 min.to pickup food there n when she got home th1/2 the order wasnt there so i called and spoke with manager kaitlin and told her what happened she took name and said sure we will take care of it so my wife drove back and the girl started asking her when she came in and does she have receipt and more or less said we were lying. This is very rude and disrespectful and caused a fight amongst me and my wife and i usually eat at mcd's once a day n if im not compensated by this b/s we will never eat there again and have to deal with retarded people again ..

I visited store 10295 on this past Saturday and went thru the drive window and notice a sign that reads we only except cash for gift cards…. I have never seen that on any other Mc d’s. Yes, it is in an area with mostly people of color, however, are they implying that only the people who visits this Mc d’s has stolen credit cards? Not a good look…. I thought if they were a franchise that this would be considered discrimination…

I went to a mc donalds in paterson nj store # 14593, to start by saying that they are very slow and the female manager was very rood . I always go there to by and some times the girls are flurting around with the guys at the drive thru window, I said to myself the line is not that long so I got out of my car to look to see what was the hold up and thats when I realized that they was flurting around so I got in my car and pulled off . Never again !!

I buy food at north Babylon McDonald's almost every night and today all of a sudden a manager comes outside and starts screaming at me and saying she told me I can't be their and she told me to leave for no reason at all. I did nothing wrong and I was eating food I ordered from their McDonalds I believe it was racist and that she didn't like me just because of my ethnicity It is April 23rd at 1:56pm if someone can please do something about this that would be great

I went to Loves#991 Time was 9:34 am to get gas I figured I would get a couple of 99 cents burgers. I was told it wasn't lunch time. I have never heard such of thing. I wasn't ordering breakfast. I was ordering hamburgers which the company was founded on. Store location Tehachapi, CA of course I didn't buy anything!

While traveling with my track team of approximately 40+ students, we stopped at store # 23403 for some breakfast prior to attending an Area Meet in Beaumont, Tx. We arrived at approximately 10:25 and while standing in line we were told that we would not be served breakfast. I am concerned that a McDonalds would turn away any customers but a bus full of hungry kids at that!

I had visit the Hurricane, WV store on Hurricane Creek RD yesterday and wanted to get the promotion that you had for the chicken wrap. When you purchase a Medium or Large Drink you get a wrap for free. They told me the promotion was over. But today on fb one of my friends in Ohio got the promotion. But when I call the Hurricane location they said it was over Saturday. So if it's over it should be over for everyone and quit having the ads still saying it is still going on when it's not.

On TV it said chicken wraps $2.00. I went to McDonalds and they said it started tomorrow. It was false advertising to run the ad a day ahead of schedule.

I live in Winsted, CT and I go daily to that location. The service is terrible there. They forget to put in a fork & Knife, they are so slow it cost more in gas than it does for the food order. Since you have added a second order station, it is now even slower! Have the time you have to call for help several times before someone takes your order. Today I went through and a friend was with me and she wanted to pay for her own food. They refused to take the second order because we were in the same car! That is crazy, because there was no car behind us or in the other lane. What is wrong with the service there? The people are so slow and they all look very unhappy as well. We left and did not take our order at all, because the manager, a female was yelling at us telling us she was short-staffed and just could not take two orders from one car. Why I do not see the difference? So we will not go to McDonalds we will go to Buger King from now on even if we have to travel to Torrington! How sad is that!!

I was visiting Memphis, TN Mud Island-Millington area Friday 4/12/13, and after ordering a new grilled Premium wrap I was told to park it, with no one behind me. I waited 10 minutes and then went in to find that they had forgot to bring it out. Monday 4/15/13 at the McDonalds on University Dr just off Jordan Rd, The sign out front said Premium wraps for 2 dollars, so I turned around and went back to be told even though the sign out front said $2 they were no longer on sale, but it was advertised as $2. Is this how you treat your customers?

The franchise in the walmart, in mcdonough georgia is the pits. It is the store that will give all franchises of mcdonalds a bad name. They give out cups with coupons but dont except the coupons.When you go to order something, you can be the only one in line and it takes over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. When they are being checked out by someone in corporate its a major change. They are staffed and you get immediate service. They put on a show for you guys. Half the time the tea is sour. You need to come in unannounced and see for your self.

Mc Donalds in Rochester, MN on 55th have rude employees. Many times the food is lukewarm to cold. One of the employees passed me my drink and it spilled all over me. The girl just looked at me like a deer in headlights. Finally I had to ask her to give me some napkins and if she could fill up my drink again. She rolled her eyes, gave me a few napkins - didn't apologize by the way - and said "only a small amount of you dink spilled" trying to get out of filling my drink that she caused to spill due to unsecure covering of it. THEN I would order additional sauces and when I would the employees tell him that there's a limit. I tell them no problem, I will pay extra but instead of accommodating, they refuse to give me the additional sauce - most times they don't even put it in. I'm done with Mc Donald's.
