On Monday April 18 of 2011, I was at the Mcdonalds and the manager James was yelling at one of his employees. James told his employee to go home and hang herself, because no one likes her anyways. I will not ever go to that Mcdonalds when he is working, I will walk right out the door. What kind of managers to they have running their fast food?!!! To top it all off there was another manager (looked liked the store manager too me) and she didn't say one word to the other manager. Really, you all need to take better care of your employees!!!! Everytime I go to this Mcdonalds this girl is so nice and sweet and they talk to her like trash, thats how you lose good people. If it continues I WILL NOT go back!!!

You have a store on Wilmington Ave in centerville, Ohio. It just went under remolding and the service worst then ever. I work at the hospital across the street from the restaurant. We have staff from different areas of the hospital. You can go over at different times and can't get any service. We have a careflight crew that called the restaurant the phone rung for 20 min. with no anserw. the restaurant is suppose to be open 24 hrs. This is the worst restaurant I have ever seen. This is not the first time I have complained on this location. It just needs to be closed down.

I visited your Mc Donalds in Brooklyn, NY on Coney Island Avenue/18th Avenue. I sent someone that did not speak English to get me 1 Filet Fish Combo, 1 Big Mac Combo And a 10 Pc Chicken Nugget (All Was Written On Paper) He came back and I got: 2 Big Mac's, 1 Filet Fish, 3 Drinks And No Nuggets. The price was over $23.00 for something I did not order. My husband went to the same Mc Donalds (who knows why) and ordered a 10 pc Chicken Nuggets and got only 9 pcs, when he went back to talk to the manager she would not talk to him and said she was busy (she was on her cell phone). This is not the first time I have had issues with this location and I will never, ever eat there again, nor will my employees. The corporate office and/or franchise owner needs to make SERIOUS changes or Mc Donalds will eventually close down. Even the one near my mom's house in the Coney Island, Luna Park area is horrible. i went to your locaton on midway road in dallas tx the drive thru person was so rude she rolled her eyes at me and did not even acknowledge me I had asked for the correct size drink she yanked it from my hand and then stood around complaining and rolled her eyes at me when giving me the correct size i contacted her supv and was not very pleased how it was handled ----------NOT LOVING IT and i will not make another trip to any mcdonalds again

I stopped by the McDonalds in Pickerington, OH last night and while waiting for my food in the drivethrough, I observe an employee picking his nose like there was no tomorrow. Then, grabbed my sandwich to put it in my bag. I told the manager I chnaged my mind and wanted my money back. He asked if there was a problem and I told him what it was and he said he'd handle it. I told him he better because that's disgusting.

I am referring to my experience of the McDonald's Resturant in Brooksville, Florida on Cortez(hwy50)Blvd. On December 18,2010 I went through the drive-thru and placed an order for 2 double Chesseburger and 2 sweet tea's. I experience the most irresponsible, disrespectable and non-caring manager and franchise owner of J&J Industries, Brooksville,Florida. Regarding my order I asked what came on the double cheeseburger. I stated 4 times I had an allergy to Onions and stated a certain way I wanted the double cheeseburger to be prepared. I opened the bun of the burger even though it stated to me that no onions were placed on the burger, I saw no onions but it was loaded with Mayonaaise,Ketchup,Mustard so I took two bites and on the third bit I had swallow onions. I had a witness, my neice, injected me with my epi-pin because I was experience anaphyaxis shock. I have suffered damage to my lining of my stomache, can't eat foods I like without vomitting, nausea and abdominal pain. I am still being treated for my allergys to onions. This will never change. I have placed a insurance claim to J&J Industries-who insured by Judy A. Bowers=third party Claims adjustor. Now Judy A. Bowes has submitted this claim to York Risk Services Group, Inc. I would like someone that is responsible to take this claim serious and stop jerking me around. What happened to McDonald's Motto: Have it your way, special orders don't upset us. April 5, 2010 I'm not a regular visiter to McDonalds and after todays visit to the McD's in Morro Bay, Ca., I know why. I ordered an angus deluxe burger, it looked good on the display menu and how bad nutritionally could it be, beef, cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato on a bun. How wrong I was in that assumption. It was so salty I took a few bites and couldn't finish it, it was so bad I threw it in the trash and waisted $4.56. I will never set foot in McDonalds ever again. You have no shame, that sandwich was horrible! and by serving food so heavy in sodium you as a corporation (which can be considered an individual) are personally responsible for contributing to the poor health of our children and adults in this country, you have no conscience! That sandwich wasn't just a little salty it was extremely salty!!! I did not get fries with it, the burger alone had enough sodium for a persons total daily intake. Again! Shame on you McDonalds for serving food that bad, I'm surprised you're still in business.

This pertains to your current ad headlined "We believe" in People Magazine. I read the body copy of your ad in total amazement based on personal experience. During the early 1970's at 16 years old I worked full time at a McDonalds location in Houston, Texas. Today I am 50 year old woman. McDonalds was my first job and I was a window person upon initial hire. My desire was to move to the kitchen but the well known fact was that only MEN were allowed in those positions. An opening came my way in the kitchen only due to the fact that no one else in the whole store was willing to come to work at 5 a.m. to work in the kitchen to serve during the launch of breakfast. By default I became the cook and probably one of the first women in any kitchen of McDonalds at that time. I struggled juggling this full time job, while studying in high school as an honor society student. I was forced to work as the sole support of my family including my 12 year old sister. One day I went downstairs to the lunchroom and my shoulder barely tapped the wall. That was the moment a fire extinguisher which was mounted improperly fell squarely on my right foot breaking 4 toes. I was not offered medical care or even any simple human kindness. Instead, after having to miss work for 3 days and returning even after receiving doctors orders to stay off my feet (yes that's right on my meager hourly wage provided by McDonalds I paid for my OWN treatment) I was promptly fired for no reason. I have never forgotten how very hard I worked and how incredibly awful I was treated during my employment. In those days there were mystery shoppers who visited the store and provided a multitude of hoops which if jumped through by the windowperson serving the mystery shopper, could earn a silver dollar for every staff member on duty at the time. I still have the three silver dollars I won for my team at the time. Having had this horrible work experience I have since gone on to become a business owner of a large company. I treat my staff fairly and promote a healthy work culture completely unlike my work experience at McDonalds. Regarding your ad "WE BELIEVE" I can only shake my head in amazement that you have the guts to claim your high standards as an employer. Shame on you!

I visited the McDonalds in Weaverville, N.C. and encountered the rudest manager I have ever met. My order was wrong and I shared how their was a burger missing in my bag. She immediately grabbed my bag, rifled through it, handled all my food with her filthy, dirty hands and shoved it back to me and said; "There were four burgers in there when we gave it to you." I suppose she thought I was Houdini and made it disappear in front of her. Why does McDonalds pride itself on hiring the rudest, most insolent managers they can.

I visited your store on Jos Campau in Hamtramck, Mi. on Sunday 3/20 @ 10:00 p.m. Going around to the drive-thru, i noticed an employee looking at me.He was Black and i am white. When i came up to the drive-thru i was told they were closed.I said thank you and went down the street to Checkers to place an order.When i went by the mcdonalds again, there were two cars at the drive thru getting food.I'm not saying this is a racial thing, but i will never visit a mcdonalds again.My food dollar will be spent somewhere else.

Dear to whom it may concern. My name is Colin Goldson and I have been in Food Service for more than 30 years. I recently stopped off in one of your McDonald's on Warwick Blvd in Newport News and I was applaud at the standards that were highly visible at your store. I say this to you all because the standards were not in place, if they were they were certainly thrown out of the window. I stopped in the store at exactly 20:08hrs a box of fries were on the floor and not stored at the 6inch rule that I know you have,the manager had no headgear what so ever she did however have on a pair of headphone for the drive thru while serving people in the store and yes she was serving food, you also had another employee with dreadlocks also without headgear and serving food he was wearing gloves to his credit, the employees that did have on headgear wore hats that are open, where are the hair nets as in proper hair restraints? This place is an absolute mess from top to bottom because as a Food Service Representative I have to make the change by informing you as to what is going on. The title at the top of the subject is entitled STANDARDS there are none. Am not a lover of McDonald's but my lady friend is and I showed her within 2 minutes the standards of what this McDonald's is & I hope it's not true. Cross contamination is a big thing and it is wide open when you come into the store. Lets make the change NOW. My daughter is employed in one of the franchise stores in Stockton California owned and operated by the Shrader family. Since they have promoted a particular person to manager she has repeatedly harassed my daughter so bad that she comes home in tears so I am going to bring this out to national attention that this is how McDonalds treats its employees I am also filing for legal action not only against the franchise owner but also the corporation for allowing franchise owners go without any training in avoiding a hostile work environment. The franchise owner of these stores should have their franchise license reviewed before the entire chain is nationally recognized as a uncaring corporation.

Went to the McDonalds in Des Plaines...Over on Golf and Elmhurst Rd. and I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.. I was in the about 6 in the evening picking up a Chicken Ranch Snack Wrap and some fries...Well I got the food and looked in the bag to make sure it was in there and I grabbed the wrap and it was ice cold even the inside was..So I went back to the drive up window and told the female spanish manager and she said well that is the way it is suppose to be...NO I SAID!!!..So after arguing with me she finally gave me another one and I went home..So when I got home and pulled my fries out the bag there was a bunch of hair at the bottom of the bag and some kind of nasty looking thing..Which I really cannot describe what it was but it was GROSS!!!...So I went back to the place and talked to the same spanish manager and she said want another one??..HELL NO I WANT MY MONEY!!! and she said well I cannot give you your money back its store policy no money back...Well as soon as I mentioned Corporate my money was returned very quickly...I WILL NEVER, EVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE IN DES PLAINES AGAIN...SHE WAS AS RUDE AS CAM BE...THE EMPLOYEEES ARE JUST THE SAME THEY TALK ABOUT YOU IN SPANISH AND I UNDERSTOOD EVERYWORD THAT WAS SAID ABOUT ME CAUSE I AM SPANISH...SO I GAVE IT RIGHT BACK TO THEM THEN THEY SHUT UP..SO CORPORATE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS CAUSE THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS PLACE AND I GUARANTEE YOU IT WAS MY LAST VISIT HERE...BURGER KING HER I COME...AND I DON'T WANT A FREE COUPON FROM YOU EITHER FOR A FREE MEAL CAUSE YOU CAN JUST SHOVE THAT COUPON WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE!!!

I have tried calling every (all 6) local MCDonalds and got no answer at any of them. I am looking for the Shamrock Shake and they don't seem to have any in this town.. What is the problem?????Why would they not carry them for St Patrick' month lot all other ares do?
