The "human resorce" person named suzanne of the Treasure Valley of Idaho should be dealt with as soon as possible or she will kill your company. I applied for work in all the stores and recieved a letter back saying that they decided to pursue other prospects. i had worked for mcd's in the past for 15 years so you can imagine how many people i have seen. in all my years of working i have NEVER been disgraced to that extreme. i will NNNEEEVVVEEERRRR EVER APPLY WITH YOUR CoMPANY AGAIN and i hope that you as corporate people would do something about this because i am sick and tired of people like her getting the upper hand on me when i dont deserve it. she is a disgrace to the mcdonalds uniform.

They are the worst place you could possibly go. STAY AWAY! I'm only 10 and when my daddy visited,we went to McDonald's. I got so sick, I almost went to the hospital! Please stay away!!!

Today my grandson, ask me to take him to mcdonalds for breakfast we him and i, ordered our food the total came to $9.05 i pick up the tray and realize we did not h have any water so i went back to the register where the lady that took our order and ask for a small cup, glass, for water.the reply was that,ll be $0.35 so i asked very polaitly why te charge and she answer its the policy of this store yet another employee came very aggresivly to state this is the order we got,names teresa,catalina

On June 26th of 2011 we patronized your restaurant located at East Lake Sammamish in Issaquah, WA, via the drive-through window. When retrieving our order, we requested extra tarter sauce, having ordered a filet o'fish. The young attendant asked for extra tarter and was told by his superior they were out of tarter sauce. We actually heard her say this. Instead of taking a minute to provide us with extra tarter sauce, which we were willing to pay for, she basically LIED, telling the young attendant they were out. So, suffice to say, I walked the filet o'fish in and asked for the manager. I told him what had transpired and that we didn't appreciate being lied to. He, in turn, asked his staff to prepare a new filet o'fish, which we found once returning to the car that it was drowned in tarter sauce, rendering it just about unedible. At that point we returned to ask for corporate's phone number in order to lodge a complaint. Obviously, we won't be headed back to this particular McDonald's ever again. Employing personnel who are LAZY and LIE to those patronizing your establishment is not good for business; wouldn't you say? If I'm not mistaken, this person looked to be the assistant manager. She said her name was Pauley (phonetic) and actually laughed about our being disgruntled because we were lied to. She should be reprimanded and consider another line of work because the service industry doesn't seem to be suited for her. You folks need to screen your employees better.

I was in the ur resturant a couple days ago may 22 2011 in the richmond va on chamberlyne ave and the people who work there are very rude and the place is very mismanage the manager wasn't very nice at all somthing needs tobe done!

I want to know why when you advertise an Angus Burger meal for $5.00 That the McDonalds in Middlefield and Newton Falls, Ohio charge $5.99 and the one in Garrettsvile honors the price of $5.00. May seem trivial but in this day and age every penny is important. Especially to those of us on fixed incomes!!

the mcdonalds on 19 and ridge rd. in NEW PORT RICHEY, FL. was CLOSED when i went there at 12:30 AM on march 23rd 2011. it says its open 24/7 ?!? i was craving an angus burger and just put the last of my money in for gas, come to find out when i get there, they are closed. this is bogus!!!!!!!!!!!! i am definitly thinking of dropping mcdonalds as one of my most convenient fast food places to eat !!! i hope i get a reply !!!!

I was suprised and disappointed to see that none of your locations in the greater las vegas area don't sell the bagel breakfast sandwiches. These are my favorite and it is the only reason I ate mcd's for breakfast. Please consider bringing those options to las vegas. Thank you.

The mcdonalds in longwood fl on 434 is the worst mcdonalds ever. I have no clue how this place stays above ground considering the people who work there. How do these people dress themselves? I understand you work at mcdonalds and you get paid 6 dollars an hour but atleast leanr how to put together a proper order. Maybe they just cant read though so i understand, and i guess the CEO's of mcdonalds cant either bc of all these horrible comments and nothing changes. THANKS for Keeping Ronald!!! So glad you didn't bow to the pressure from the "food police" and diet wackos. We are getting damn sick of all these people telling how how to live our lives-- what to eat, what to wear, what to drive...and ad nauseam!!! We have 4 children & 6 grandchildren who have enjoyed visiting McDonald's all over the country AND THE WORLD for decades. NONE of us are fat and we can enjoy a McDonald's meal whenever WE CHOOSE because we don't sit on our duffs all day & get obese. WE'RE ALL HARD-WORKING AMERICANS. WE'RE THRILLED YOU STOOD FIRM & DIDN'T LISTEN TO THE FOOD NAZI'S. Wish more companies would do that! my local mcdonalds (5515 SE ABSHIER BLVD BELLEVIEW FL 34420) has has a store manager that doesn't know how to run a store properly and allows her managers to walk all over their employee's. one manager in particular (pat) is very rude to the customers as well as to some of the people that work there at times that they aren't working. I"ve gotten to the point that if a certain manager isn't there i won't stay i will walk right back out, if Richard is working i have no problems in getting my food quickly and right! As much as i would like to i can't make him the store manager, from what i've been told he's been one before.

I was visiting Mcdonalds on Worthington-Galena Rd in Columbus OH 43085 and today I noticed one of their employees was very upset an sick at the same time. He stated he was diabetic had not had a lunch or break all day and that every one was denied a lunch and break by the corporate mananger that was in the store location today. I further probed him he stated this happens often where they are refused breaks and lunches because they are very busy. This is very sad to see this taking place in America. People should not be treated this way in America. Needless to say that McDonalds has lost my business for a while. I dont see to need to support a business that does not support their employees. Although this does not speak for every store but this makes Mcdonalds look bad as a brand. And I plan on reporting this to the Dept of Labor as the manager of this store location needs to be dealt with. This is not acceptable!!!!!!

I saw on the news tonight that a letter was sent to the McDonalds corporation asking them to retire Ronald McDonald! I could not believe what i was seeing as Ronald is an international icon and should be left alone. I understand that as the years have passed our children have gotten larger however I do not believe that this is due to Ronald McDonald. Please parents it is not your children that are driving to or forcing you to turn the wheel of your vehicle into the McDonalds parking lot and there needs to be some discipline when it comes to telling them no!! Don't blame a company that has provided good food and fun for families for years and years for something that you have control over. Yes I used to work for McDonalds many years ago and I am very grateful for the experience as I learned a lot about being in a leadership role however even if I hadn't worked for the company I still believe that Ronald McDonald is not ready to retire and should not unless the company decides to without being forced to do so.

In the 50's we were warned of Soviets taking charge of how children were raised, we swore never in America...fast forward 2011.. now will America be any different if we let the few steal the joy of a small toy out of our childrens Happy Meals. Your McDonalds on Hwy 231 in Hazel Green, AL is the worst McDonalds I've EVER had experienced, and I've been to tons of them, not only in the U.S., but in other countries as well when I served in the military. How this place stays in business boggles my mind. I've never had a worst experience ANYWHERE, not just McDonalds, but anywhere! HORRIBLE all around (food, service, etc). Since this place opened it's doors for business several yrs ago, to now, I can count on both hands the number of times they have actually got my order right. They ALWAYS mess it up, they ALWAYS give you cold or very sloppy food, and they NEVER give or so much as even offer napkins, condements, etc. You have to practically beg them. I've had burgers that they actually left off the meat, omlette biscuits (when they offered them) with nothing more than a mound of chives in a dried up, cold egg folded over them, which, btw, my dog wouldn't even eat. Seriously! I can't understand how they have not been shut down or even how no upper management has ever noticed this. I could go on and on, but my fingers are tired now. I will NEVER go there again, even if they do clean it up. It's sad but my kids won't even go there. Lol ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OF ANY FAST FOOD CHAINS OF ANY KIND!!!!!

I WORK FOR MCDONALDS IN CARY NORTH CAROLINA 1805 NORTH HARRISON AVENUE FOR THREE AND A HALF MONTHS. WHEN I WAS HIRED I WAS TOLD BY THE STORE MANAGER AT THE TIME I WOULD BE GIVIN A FULL TIME SHIFT.I HAVE WORK REALLY HARD AND REALLY FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN THERE FOR MY MANAGER AND MY TEAM AND REALLY FEEL I HAVE BEEN TREATED UNFAIR THERE ARE LOTS OF LATINO'S WORKING THAT JUST STARTED AND HAVE MORE HOURS THAN THE CREW THAT HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE THEY WERE HIRE I AM A AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE AND YES THE STORE MANAGER IS LATINO I CAN NOT SPEAK FOR ANYONE ELSE BUT THATS JUST A FORM OF DISCRINATION I WENT FROM 40 TO 50 HOURS TO 14 HOURS A WEEK BUT THE LATINO ASSOICATES HAVE FULL TIME HOURS AND JUST STARTED IS THAT FAIR? The manager of our mcdonalds is extremely rude and unreasonable. she grabbed my friend by the collar and cussed her out. i will NEVER be going back to that mcdonalds when that woman is there. I fear for my friend's life if we go back there. She should be lucky my friend's not pressing charges on her. If she EVER lays another finger on my friend, i'm calling the police.

my granddaughter and greatgranddaughter was at mcdonalds in tillmans corner on may 13th my great granddaughter wanted the toys you have been advertising on tv the zooables, well they did not give out that toy. i asked the clerk and she said not any more. i asked her why not she said she did not know, so i said then why are they advertized them on tv still have the stand still in the stores, again she said she did not know. your empolees need to be more informed, the children do not understand why they can`t get the toys if there not avilable.that is like false advertising.that mcdonalds is in tillmans corner in ala.

I have been in Greenville AL for 25 years and have recently got harassed every time I go to the McDonalds. I have made several phone calls and talked to numerous people about this problem, nothing has been done as of yet. I have a 2 year old son that screams for McDonalds and I have got to the point where I wont even take him because of this. I would appreciate something to be done about this problem!
