Holly Springs, US 78 W. Exit 30 is the filthiest restaurant. There was orange soda dried on the floor. Slippery! Condiment station filthy. Windows and doors filthy with greasy hand prints everywhere. Toilets filthy!!
Yesterday the worst day I have ever experienced in a restaurant happened in Tallahassee, Fl at McDonalds 3817 N. Monroe St. I spent $46.98 on lunch for my grand children to get the most horrible food-fries cold, hard and awful tasting, in the bag with my 2 salads were dirty napkins used to wipe up ketchup that some employee placed in there and wrong salad dressings-they made me park and wait for the food. They give you the drinks and mcflurries and then tell you to park and wait. Not one word of apology when I ask for the manager I was told he was not there. I came home and called again to talk to a manager and was told he was not there. The least McDonalds could have done was refund the money-my grandchildren will never go to McDonalds again.
I have HAD IT with the McDonalds on Desplaines Ave & Madison St. in Forest Park, Il. This place is just a joke..no one who works ( another joke who works they are all on cell phones ) cares about customer service. Please do something with this place..waiting in store for constant screw ups over 12mins. .Drive through.. oh pleeeze one distaster after another..gas prices are to high to wait for all the nonsense that goes on here..They are suppose to open the store at 4:30 am..yeah right ..someone forgot to seem them this memo. I'm writing local newspapers, and media about this ..some has to come and see this to believe it
I feel that mcdonalds manager on 3013 columbia pike in arlington v.a are being racist against its african american employees.they only have 1 black guy working there and they treat him like an animal they disrespect him and call him names in there native language and accuse him of steling money.I havent found any problems with him if you ask me he gives the best customer service i had in a while i think its unfair and would appreciate if corperate offices would look in to this matter or they would lose alot off regular customers. That come there just for his being so nice to. Them
why doesnt this mcdonalds accept debit cards? its been like that for over two months. (5302 N Garland Rd) i never have cash with me so this really bothers me. i really hope you guys take care of this because me and my family like going to mcdonalds after church. i dont see why i have to go to an atm before i buy food at your restaurant/
I would like to file a formal complaint again McDonalds on black rock turnpike Fairfield ct I spent over 15 dollars Today We typically go their three times a week The manager there then informed me that in order to get THREE sauces for my entire order that I must pay 25 cents for each one?!? I graciously did, and when I pulled up to the window to get my food they didn't give me my sauces I stopped and asked where they were their answer was that I didn't pay for it and that I needed to give them more money. I asked for the manager and he then gave me the sauces. After I called back with my father Sean who sells trucks to the corporate business, then manager said to my father that is the way things are, there is nothing he can do. And hangs up the phone. This is un characteristic of McDonalds as I know them to be. Being a long term customer since the opening of the first Mcdonalds in Toledo Ohio, for which we have original memorabilia. If this is the way that you would
the McDonald's in Lebanon TN off Main St. is by far the worst I've ever been too. Every time I go there I have problems. Today being the worst. I go there at least once maybe twice a week for a hot caramel mocha. My fiance and I ordered a large hot caramel mocha w/ one shot of espresso and extra whipped cream. We paid, got to the second window and we were given an iced caramel mocha. My fiance said that's not what we ordered "I said hot"... the lady then proceeded to argue with us saying this is what you ordered. We then reassured her that's not what we ordered (I think we would know). She tells us to pull around and wait so we do so. Then a lady comes out (I believe a manager dressed in a white shirt and black pants) with a HUGE attitude giving us the same drink. When my fiance said that's not what we ordered, why would you bring the same drink back to us, she raised the drink back like she was going to throw it, she yells at him loudly this is what you ordered, this is a caramel mocha. I interrupted saying we said hot. She storms off cursing swinging the door open. So my fiance goes in and she's standing there talking about us to other employees saying how rude we were and how we jumped her. My fiance said ma'am I'm standing right here I heard everything you said and we did not jump you (how can we when we were in the car and her on the outside of the car). They re-made our drink and we left. Yes we paid for it. This is the way we get treated. How dare she. This all took place around 2:30pm on 06/11/11 and almost made me late for work. I wouldn't even give this place one star.
On Wednesday, June 8, 2011, myself and 3 of my employees were in Benton, KY on business. We were all professionally dressed and in a good mood, talking and laughing as we exited our vehicle. We went into the McDonald's on Commerce Blvd, and waited in the line that only had one customer in front of us with a baby. As we waited the young man who was behind the counter finished with the customer and asked her to stand there and wait for her order, he never acknowledged our presence. A new woman walks into the store and proceeds to go up to the counter from my right side and the employee says to her, "How can I help you". Being that I am the one in the front of the line, I say "we're standing here waiting for service" and the employee continues to help the woman and still continues to ignore my presence. By the way, I and my staff are all African Americans. One of my employees then says to me, hey look they have a sign on the wall that says " We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service To Any Individual. I took a picture of this sign in my phone and stated to the employee that we came to spend our money just like everyone else. He still ignored us! At this point a man and woman from FEMA, walked in and proceed to the counter. The gentleman says to me, "have you been helped yet"? and I respond that they won't serve us. The McDonald's employee then says to the man, are you guys from here? and the man said no, we came from Philadelphia. Both the FEMA employees where Caucasion as well. All I can say in regards to this matter is that I've never experienced anything of this magnitude in my 46yrs of living and I find it to be the most insulting thing. African Americans, have helped to build McDonald's just like every other nationality has. I've had the priviledge of eating in McDonald's as far away as Japan, and have always been a fan, but this incident has curled my stomach and my pocketbook so that never another penny of my hard earned income will be spent in any McDonald's facility EVER! We've contacted the store directly and spoken with them, but nothing is being done to correct this matter, so we are now getting a lawyer to handle this matter, because no one should be treated this way.
THe McDonalds in the Palmyra, Pa area is by far the worse McDonald's I've EVER been in. Today there were 9 employees behind the counter, one register out of 4 open, 4 people waiting in line for their orders to be prepared, 5 people in line for their orders to be taken. It seems as if the employees behind the counter didn't know what they were doing. They have remodeled this McDonald's and the inside looks great but the service is absolutely terrible. It's not the first time it's been bad, it's EVERY TIME! Someone said today that was waiting in line they would fire everyone back behind the counter and get someone in charge who wanted to be working there. Gives new meaning to the words "fast food" I will NOT return to this one again.
I'm an employee at the mcdonalds in Simi Valley, CA at store number 12323 which is on Yosemite Street. I've been working here for about 2 years now and recently discovered that almost all the managers and people who work on the grill are illegal in this country. Not to mention that anytime I work an 8 hour shift in the morning I don't get any of the breaks that are promised to me until the last 3 hours of my shit. The owners knowingly hire illegals as well because I have seen them having meetings on what to do when immigration comes by because they have been watching the store recently. All of the non-illegal employees are well underpaid and they treat us like slaves and almost worthless pieces of trash. I do not enjoy mcdonalds work in general but I find it a disgrace that this kind of work ethic is being used where I go and work hard for my money. I also know that even though I post this no one is going to care as I've complained to corporate before but this company thinks about money not customers or their workers
I RECENTLY VISITED ONE OF YOUR RESTUARANTS OF WHICH I'VE DONE MANY TIMES BUT ON THIS ONE OCCASSION I DECIDED TO STOP IN THE MEN'S RESTROOM TO WASH UP AND I WAS APPALLED AT THE UPKEEP OF THIS FACILITY. IF THERE IS ONE THING I CAN'T STAND,IT IS A PLACE THAT SERVES FOOD AND THEIR BATHROOMS ARE SO FILTHY THAT I DON'T EVEN WANT TO WASH UP IN THEM. I AM NOT EXAGERATING. IT'S HARD FOR ME TO GO INTO DETAIL BECAUSE I DON'T EVEN LIKE TO THINK ABOUT IT, BUT I'LL JUST SAY THAT THE COMODE WAS COVERED WITH DRIED URINE AND FECES AS WAS THE FLOOR. IT WAS SO BAD THAT I DECIDED TO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOW I KNOW SOMETIMES A RESTUARANT GETS VERY BUSY AND CANNOT TEND TO CERTAIN THINGS RIGHT AWAY BUT I'VE BEEN IN THE RESTUARANT BUSINESS AND I COULD TELL THIS WAS A CLEAR CASE OF NEGLECT. BY THE WAY, THE RESTUARANT WAS NOT EXCEPTIONALLY BUSY. THE STORE OF WHICH I SPEAK OF IS IN LUTZ, FLORIDA AND I BELIEVE IT IS ADDRESSED TO STATE ROAD 41 RIGHT NEXT TO SOME RAILROAD TRACKS. AND LET ME JUST SAY THAT THIS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE ENCOUNTERED A POORLY MAINTAINED MEN'S BATHROOM AT ONE OF YOUR FRANCHISE. I GUESS THIS TIME I HAD SEEN ENOUGH THAT I THOUGHT SOMEONE SHOULD KNOW AT A CORPORATE LEVEL. THE REASON I DID NOT APPROACH MANAGEMENT IS THE DAMAGE WAS DONE.........WHAT'S THE POINT. THE BATHROOM'S SHOULD BE CHECKED, PROBABLY, EVERY 15 MINUTES MAINLY BECAUSE OF MCDONALDS BEING KIND OF A PLACE THAT CATERS TO KIDS, AND KIDS CAN BE PRETTY DESTRUCTIVE TO A BATHROOM. I'VE ALWAYS THOUGHT OF MCDONALDS AS THE LEADER IN FAST FOOD SERVICE AND WITH THAT I EXPECT THEM TO BE A VERY CLEAN RESTUARANT THROUGH AND THROUGH: KITCHEN, DINING AREA, PARKING LOT AND BATHROOMS. I'M JUST SAYING, IF YOUR GOING TO BE THE BEST........BE THE BEST! TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. P.S. THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT, ESPECIALLY THE QUARTER POUNDER.
My 9 year old son found a FINGER NAIL in his Mcflurry last night .... threw it away without telling me. I tried calling the owner of the store, she won't call me back. This is absolutely disgusting!!! Stay away from the store in Fayetteville GA on Glynn Street!!
Today's experience at the McDonald's in Storm Lake Iowa was absolutely the worst experience I could ever have.It was extremely confrontational with this manager about my burnt eggs, that were not eatable and thoroughly disgusting dripping in grease and the manager said she made them herself. WHAT DOES THAT SAY? She became extremely defensive and outrageously confrontational with me right away, instead of making a decision to make it right and to please a customer. After I complained at the counter that my eggs were totally disgusting with this unprofessional person, she came to my table to harass me even further. She said if you don't like it here, you can leave.( for complaining about burnt eggs ? ) I said I would leave after I eat the rest of my breakfast, which I could barely even eat, either after that experience. She said I want you to leave,I said I will be glad to leave after I am finished. She said if you don't leave now,she would call the police.I said do what you want to do, just leave me alone, because "you are the worst person" I have ever encountered At any McDonald's. This person needs to learn a big lesson in life, and also learn how to treat people. She is in the customer service industry and needs to serve a customer with respect, instead of being confrontational with them. This person needs to learn the biggest lesson of all,,,, " TERMINATION " Maybe then she would learn to how to serve customers with respect. CORPORATE MCDONALD'S SHOULD SEND UNDERCOVER OFFICIALS INTO PLACES LIKE THIS ONE TO COMPLAIN, AND SEE FIRST HAND HOW THERE EMPLOYEE'S ACT TOWARD CUSTOMERS. THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.
I'm from Zanesville, Ohio and make many trips to a franchise of Mcdonalds on Route 40 west in Zanesville, Ohio. Many, many times my aunt and I have stopped at this franchise and requested either a chocolate milkshake or a chocolate cone, but always the ice cream machine is broke down, and this is almost a daily habit. We like the ice cream that your franchise sells and would appreciate it if we could get just what your company advertises. If this Mcdonalds franchise can't give the public what they advertise, then wouldn't it be a lot wiser to remove the item from the menu that you can't supply?
It is life stop cring it's not a race thing or anything else and if u ate the food after watching someone using cleaning supplies then u are an ASS!!! Why come home and send a post? Talk to the MANAGER like any adult would do.... FYI keep an eye out any person can see if a floor is wet.... Stop looking for hand outs!!!!
I live in Princeton,MN and McDonalds is the town joke! I would want to know if the entire town talked about how bad the service is in this location. We eat here alot because there are not many choices. We counted how many times in a two week time frame how many orders were wrong. Or should I say that we changed it to how many times it was right, that was easier! 4 out of 6 times the order was wrong. Seriously how hard is it to read a screen. YOU NEED TO TRAIN THESE 16 year old kids! It's not their problem its the managers that must not teach them how to do the job. They all can't be that stupid!
I am a manager for the mcdonalds in mville, washington state and oh my goodness ive been with this company for 5 years and have noticed that the "brand promise" does not matter and the value, contributions that this company has claimed to have, has been most def. Corrupted its so sad im accused of so much... threatened ! And fact is mcdonalds does not care about anything but themselves not even their statement "assume innocense", they are only for stock purpose, numbers and bonus'. Its so unbelievable how Ray Kroc made mcdonalds to win not to fall under greed, pride, selfishness, and demonic features but sad to say everyone is so completely blinded by it, cant even comprehend the truth. Wow frustrates me to see so many complaints and nothing is happening unfortunate and most of all unbelievable that this has become the true VISION of it all.
BAD SERVICE, I BOUGHT 20 PCS. OF CHICKEN AND ASKED FOR BARBEQUE SAUCE , SHE GAVE ME TWO. THEN I ASKED FOR ANOTHER 2 HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE , SHE SAID I HAVE TO GIVE HER THE 2 BARBEQUE SAUCE SHE GAVE ME FIRST, I TOLD HER I HAVE 20 PCS OF CHICKEN MCNG. CANT I HAVE 4 SAUCES, SHE WAS ROLLING HER EYES AND MAKING SOUND LIKE FFFFF SHE DIDNOT LIKE THAT I ASKED FOR ANOTHER 2 SAUCES . BY THE WAY MOST OF PEOPLE I KNOW THEY COMPLAIN A LOT BUT NOW I FACE IT MYSELF. REST. IS IN TOLEDO -OHIO POOOOOOOOOOOR SERVICE .
the drive thru in atascadero, ca is AWFUL!!! it is terrible to have two people on those headphones. One askes you if you would like to try --- and then you say: "no thank you" and begin your order. No one says "one moment please" you just continue on with your order and then when you are done, a new employee with second headset comes on and says " can I take your order". This is so irritatinng. also, not each employee at the drive thru window is kind. no eye contact, no smile, no thank you. just puts there hand out the window and never looks at you. something has to be done with the drive through situtation to obtain better customer service.
