Dont bother with the mcdonalds in Cherryville N.C. it seems everytime i go there something is broken the ac or a grill or the frozen drink maker the credit card machine on and on.The food quality lacks went there this morning and the toaster was broken down so when i get home suprise i get a plain mcmuffin not toasted heated or anything. Thats ok i'll just take my money next door to Bojangles!

July 7, 2011 I visited the McDonald's store in Dallas, TX @ Mockingbird Ln and I-35. I tried the Asian Chicken Salad for the first time and immediately after taking a few bites, I began to feel sick to my stomach. The salad is horrible. I'm not sure if the ingredients the salad contained made me sick or if it was the unfresh fruits and vegetables they put in it. However, I am filing a complaint against McDonalds as a whole for serving such a horrible salad.

On July 1st 2011 my famlily and i stopped for dinner in your Tullahoma Tn 37388 store and it was terrible the food was wrong and not good the store was dirty not just dirty but totally nasty!Food all over floors and tables soda areas soda everywere we did complain to manager and his response was next time you come in the food will be free but at that rate there will not be a next visit.We have lived here for 15 years and spent lots of money in that store but the last few visits we have made has been bad. chances are we will not go back for a long time untile someone can get a handle on this.There has been many other complaints from friends and family that will not return.

57 empire blvd. brooklyn,ny has the poorest management I have ever seen. I see why the workers are rude and nasty it's because the manager was rude and nasty on Sunday the 3rd at six am. I will never go there again. Some people just forget where they come from.

2607 south kings hwy, myrtle beach, sc the worst customer service i have ever scene, rude manager, order was not correct and was told whatever from the manager after asking to complete my order, dinning room waqs nasty dirty, no sweat tea in lobby when the manager said there was and had to show him it was empty, confusion behind counter, looked like nobody new what they were doing.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes tonight I went to the Wal-Mart and bought some groceries and decided to go to mcdonalds In Mckinney,TX. I heard threw the grapevine Chicken Nuggets were 20 for 4.99. You really WOWed me with the price like that. That's what got me in the door. I go to get my food from the manager nice gentlemen, I ask for 6 of the Hot Mustard he told me it's a policy he could only give me three for a twenty piece nugget. I'm sorry i have worked in the restaurant industry for seventeen years. Their is a reason my restarant is in the top forty eight in the nation. I don't count pennys like that. I felt like i was at a mcdonalds in south Dallas. What's next are they gonna charge for salt and pepper??? If anyone has had one of these experiences feel free to contact @ ryanpresley@ymail.com P.S. When i was born a week later i went to McDonald's and had a cheeseburger happy meal. Mcdonald's means alot to me.

I went to McDonalds at Logan WV, ordered breakfest to go, when I took a bite from the gravy bowl there was big piece of plastic in it, the size was approx. 3/4 long & 1/2 wide, any smaller & I would have swallowed this.I returned to the resturant the same day & explained the situation to the shift manager, three days later & no return call, I called McDonald's headquarters & now we'll see what happens.

I went to a mcdonalds in homewood il on 3132 west 183rd street with a buy one get one free anysize smoothie and wasnt told that they wasnt accepting that coupon, which i printed off the computer, until i got to the drive thu window to pay and i was also informed that they stop taking them yesterday. If that was the case then i should have been told when i was ordering and informed them of this coupon. I feel that i was treated unfairly because the manager/owner dont want to give away free things . One customer gone withe a family of 4 that enjoys your foods. Thanks for saving that 3.29 and losing loyal customers

Your McDonalds in Falkville Alabama will put you out of business cold food thats been sitting for hours, someone needs to sue you people. I sincerly hope you lose your customers before they become deathly sick because of your food and the way it is handled.

Two weeks ago, I went to pick up Hot Fudge Sundae's for the office staff and I was told they were out of ice cream. Today, I went to get 4 Hot Fudge Sundae's and as the girl turned around to get them the Manager kept telling her that she wasn't going to get 4 out of there. She did, but my point is how do they run out of ice cream during the summer. Do they not know how to fill the machine up? This was at the location at Hausfeldt Lane in New Albany, IN.

I was on my ice cream route this early a.m. and stopped at McDonalds on Independence in Charlotte, N.C. I purchased 2 egg Mcmuffins and a large coffee and was eating them on down the road. The first bite didn't taste right but I continued with the next one and it tasted spoiled. I pulled my large Deluxe Ice Cream over and called the McDonalds where I purchased it and asked to speak to a manager. She spoke a foreign language and never understood that I was concerned that the Mcmuffin could be spoiled and needed to check the other's before someone got sick. I have been going to the bathroom and concerned about this matter....not to mention I lost money and still am hungry. Strasburg, ohio rest. If you would like to make more money at your 24hr location, tell your midnight staff to be nicer. My coworkers and i who work midnights at a nursing home in the are, stopped going there because they are sooooooooooooooo rude!

I asked for a large or medium cup of water at The mcdonalds in the walt Whitman mall in long island . O was told I would be charged for the cup. How about if I bought an apple juice, I asked. Sorry , I was told by the manager, I would still have to charge you. He told me the mcdonalds near by does the same thing. I asked if they were both owned by the same person. He said yes. I have eaten at Mcdonalds all over the country and this is the first one that has asked me to pay for a Cup of ice water, disgusting!

I have to say that the mcdonalds i go to is horrible. The nigjt shift manager has no care or concern for customer service. I live in el paso tx, I visit the location near societies tx. I stopped going there 4 months ago thinking that they would fix the problem. I was wrong. The service and the food just got worse. I always order a bunch of mcdoubles and large fries. The food is never consistent, just the poor service. The fries are always loaded with salt and the doubles never have onions. Last night had to be the worsy, i ordered two apple pies only.to discover the pies were 8 hour old. Hard as a rock. I personally believe the service will never improve. I have called the store manager several times with no results. Horrible service. Bad management. Disgusting food.

To whom it may concern, I visited your drive thru at store#13402 on June 16th at 12:15 a.m. traveling home from alpharetta, ga. Because it has been multiple years since I have eaten at any McDonald's, due to a previous McDonald's bad experience, I was hoping to have a more pleasant experience than in the past but unfortunately that was bot the case. Upon our arrival we were unpleasantly greeted thru the drive thru intercom by a female. We placed our order after she repeated it incorrectly twice back to us she rudely told us to pull up to the 2nd window and mumbled something under her breath. We waited behind another customer for more than five minutes. Once we pulled up to pay and retrieve our food she asked again for our order....and had yet to even place the order in the computer....in the process of taking our order for the fourth time...she still repeated it back to us incorrectly...and then shut the window cutting us off in mid sentence. When she returned to the window and we told her we still had more on our order..she acted extremely inconvenienced and continued to be short toned and rude. She has now been given the order which consisted of: 1/4 lb burger, small fry, mcflurry, chicken nuggets meal, two cheeseburger meal and 2 Apple pies plus sweet and sour sauce and bbq sauce, approximately 8 times. When we received our bag of food there were NO STRAWS, NO BBQ SAUCE, NO SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE, NO APPLE PIES, and she said no ice cream when the mcflurry was ordered. So, needless to say, we will never go to another McDonald's restaurant again. Although convenient, not worth the headache, the terrible customer service and mediocre food. I have worked in restaurants for well over 10 years and I do realize that mistakes are made, however, this was complete carelessness, laziness, ignorance, and all around piss-poor service. In fact id much rather eat old man toenails dipped in sewage than ever have to encounter a McDonald's employee again. You may want to look into hiring staff that are better suited for serving the public. Best, Sara Walker

The MacDonals in the super Walmart in Griffin Ga. Is one of the Worst and Smells so bad. The Smell alone will make you not want to eat there. This Needs to be cleaned up or CLOSED!!!! A real Health Hazard.
