okay this is very irritating. so i got a letter addressing my last visit and in doing so i had figured the problem was addressed and fixed so i went to McDonald's and in doing so i placed my order and waited on receiving my food. i checked the food if i didn't i would have made it home with food missing (my two most expensive items) so i pulled up and went in as i went in there where 4 people standing around including a manager no one seemed to interested to help even the manager they all just stood there. the lobby only had a few people in it. I even paid for my food didn't use the coupons received. Ive worked in the food industry for 8 + years never had anything like this.... this is just getting to be a joke

I'm an employee of McDonalds on Baya. I've worked there for almost a year.The employee's is treated unfairly. Every week I got to call on Tues. to see if I'm working on Wed. because the schedule isn't up. I get sick and tired of doing that week in and week out. The store manager Jim is a joke he works 3 to 4 days a week and tells his bosses that he work 7 days a week. I can count on my 2 hands how many times I've seen him. Most of the managers there are unfair also . You can go there almost anytime and see the managers screaming at the employees in public. Most customers don't care if you are having a bad day they just want their food. Mcdonalds Corp.needs to investigate in this store. The store manager gives one shift manager special gifts. Like vacations that she don't have but got an extra check for the week. Filling out paperwork for govt. assistance .Misleading them on hours. I think you call that FRAUD!!! That I have to pay as a tax payer. McDonald Corp. do your job and follow through with your operations and supps manager because they are not doing their jobs. It is their fault as well as vice president of the company. Visit the stores on weekend and nights not just the day.

I fell from slipping in a huge puddle of water at the Ephrata Pa Mcdonalds, June 21, 2011. I have been trying to get my hospital bills paid, but the claims adjuster, Linda will not get back to me. this is crazy. I fell, I did not try to fall, I did not try to hurt myself, I just want my hospital bills paid.

I work at mc.donalds for about 2yrs, in brooklyn ny 1403 mermaid ave. The store manager does not give care about nobody... I've told her for da past months i can not wrl past 9pm and its like im telling her yes i can wrk past 9... I live 2hrs away and she n the owner are aware of this and do not care about my safety... I went from having 5 days to 3 and asked why she replyrd you complain to about leaving earlu and i responed yes because you have me work padt 9pm and at that time trains run local and you expect me to be here the next day early.... If i was the manager i would care about my workers.... And not respond i dont care...

I was at your location 7412 North Oak Traffic Way in Gladston Missouri & it was so dirty,, we went at 8:21pm and there wasnt anyone in there we ordered our food went to get a table walked around to EVERY table not one table was clean, we had to ask for a table to be cleaned then the floor was VERY dirty as well so my Aunt asked them to sweep the floor from the table we were at cause we didnt want to step on any food, they acted like it killed them , I will never go back to that place again, plus the first place we ordered i wanted a cheese burger & my Mom wanted a double cheese burger they only rung up my cheese burger, they wasnt even paying attention either that place needs to be retrained ,,,, wish there was a spot for 0 stars cause 1 star is to good for them .!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no Macdonald Restaurant in Ethiopia! How to open then? It will be a good business. Ethiopia has many places to visit and it is highly recommended for MAcdonald to open its new restaurant in Ethiopa where there comes many foreign nationals for many purposes but especially for meeting and Tourism. Most of them asked us if we can supply them with MAcdonalds but we told them no wecouldn't! 8700 South Blackstone..Chicago, Illinois ---Mcdonalds.The worst service I have even seen in my 62 years of living. The employees seen to be trained in impoliteness and the managers are even worst. On many ocassions, I have asked and witness customers asking for assitance in correct their orders...the only thing the managers says is HAVE A NICE DAY!!!! I have five granchildren. when they visit me, they want to go to McDonald and this one is walking distance from my home. I will no longer contribute my money and get abused by the store's employees any longer. The employees act like they are doing me a favor by taking my order. and If your order is wrong, so be it!!!! Who trained them? My grandchildren visited me last night I got into my car and drove to another McDonalds to get them their favorite food. Again, I refuse to spend my money and get abused, too. I have heard from many neigbors and they describe the same problems. The worst services they have even seen and the employees are a TRIP.

Your McDonalds in Tarboro, NC TRUELY needs some Improvement In its Customer Service. My kids and myself had to sit and listen to one of your employees Yell out racial suggestions while we ate our food today at this establishment. I have taught my children NOT to be prejudice and I DON NOT appreciate what was said even though it was not said DIRECTLY to us We were THE ONLY people there that were of our race and I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! Hi my dad worked for mcdonalds for 17yrs , he was told by doctors he had mouth cancer , he late for work so thst he can make his treatments, well in july 2011 my farther came into work let again from his treatment and the asstistant manager excepted his paper from the doctor but the head manager sent him home and fired him .. My dad has given this mcdonalds 17 yrs of service and his medical dont even cover his treatment .. My dad so upset and we have a lawyer that will be contacting mcdonalds corporate about this situtation .. This mcdonalds. Is in mckees rocks pa 15136.. Im really tryin to contact mcdonalds cause the people at mcdonalds got smart and told me to do what i have to do.. Im tryin to be very civil about this , but i really dont think mcdonalds would like to see a article in or on the news about a employee who worked for mcdonalds for 17 years fired for goin to his cancer treatment and mcdonalds wont medical coverage dont work .. I feel that the commercial for the mango pineapple be taken off the air. I feel its very racist. Being all african American and no whites. More and more of the commercials are Being more racist leaning towards blacks. I'm sure this will Cause a problem with the "black community" but if they can Call racism why can't white people?

How can u work at a McDonalds for a year and u are told to tell when u take off even when u do ur job u cant get but two days a week and i have ben working here for a year still cant get but two days with a family to rise thats crazy i call today early like they say and still get dis respected every time i do my job and do it good i never get a brake never get 40 hours a week thats ok

I went to McDonalds here in Garfield Heights,Oh.Today for the last time ever.I got a double cheeseburgr and a mango pinaple smoothe.The burger was very old,hard and cold. When I went back in to speak with the manager. She was very rude wouldn't refund my money or give me a fresh burger.The quality of food is very very bad anymore and the service is the worst ever. I hhave complained before to the manager as well as others and nothing is ever done.I wish they would just close it down that would be the best thing they can do.I will never go to a McDonalds ever again not matter where it is.

McDonald's in Martinsburg west virginia,it the worst I ever been to the store manager Jean Light regional manager Becky Honeycutt including a host of employees are on some type of drugs and mcdonalds us suppose to be for the community I recently quit mcdonalds due to these reasons I've never seen an establishment as this one I never want to eat at another mcdonalds nor work at one I loved that job but people like that give the place a bad name.

I went to the McDonald's in sherman, tx the lady who took the order was nice but when we came to the window where u pick up the order the lady didn't even acknowledge that we were there. She just gave us our order and shut the window. Can u say rude!

I was in your Coal Run Mcdonald's 7/11/11 today the crew is friendly and helpful . The one's they have for Managers is the problem. Yelling at employees in front of customers .

I just stopped at the McDonald's at 2961 Williston RD Florence SC 29506 and it was the worst experience ever. I will never go back. I don't know who is responsible for hiring these inadequate people but the woman working the drive through was horrible. I spent 16 dollars on breakfast. They charged me for two drinks even though I ordered 2 meals. She didn't give me my other hashbrown she just looked at me and said that's what I ordered even though there were two meals on my receipt. To top that off my entire order was wrong. I ordered an egg mcmuffin meal and got bagel egg n cheese. The other bagel and cheese i ordered was completely burnt. Then the iced coffee the girl handed me was covered in Mocha on the bottom and messed up my white shorts. I realize people make mistakes but I have never been denied service and the food I have paid for. I have never written a complaint before. I work in the service industry and that was my worst experience ever.
