My honey and I had a long distance reioitanshlp. I met him while I was visiting family in texas, and although I lived in missouri I thought i would give him my number he called when I got back home and we spent almost everyday talking, writing, and he sent me roses. I wanted to get to know him before I agreed he could come visit. So I we did the long distance thang for like 5 months sending pics ect! we both also had trust issues from our last reioitanshlps. So in month 5 he came to visit and we spent our first date at the airport and we went to retro burger and shake place for dinner. He tried to impress me by leaving the waiter a huge tip! (knowin he dont leave those kinds of tips now lol). Now Im happy to report that the date happened when we were 19 and we have been married for 15 years now and together for almost 17 years!!!
My brother and I ordered from your Southpark Center, Strongville, Ohio location and they told us the food would be ready in 20 mins. We got there and NObody and I mean NOBODY acknowledged us. The hostess was not at the post there was a worker who walked up there and he didn't even ask have we been helped. Even the cooks didn't say anything and they were right there in front of us they watched us walk out. We stood there for a good 10 mins and wasn't helped. There was a bag a food on the counter I'm sure it was ours. They even had my cell phone number to call to tell me the food was and they never called asking what happened or did we still want the food. That was horrid CS
Our reservation for 20 was for 6:30. We were seated at different tables. At 7:10 the drink order for my table of 8 was taken and we gave our entree order at the same time. By 8:00 we stopped a server who was looking for someone who had ordered a salad and we asked for it and split it among five of our eight. The table of 12 received their checks before we received our food, some of which was cold. The manager never checked with us. One member of our party was 80 and a diabetic....very unpleasant experience for our table of 8.
Managers here at this location need to be retrained on how to do their jobs and stay out of people's realationships, I was involved with a worker at Macoroni grill located in Las Vegas,Nv Lakemead and rainbow location until this year 2012 a manager by Donna mocce got involved ruining my realationship with one of her crew members, Donna has been not letting me speak to my girlfriend now Donna has moved my girlfriend in her place and has taken her on numerous of dates if it wasn't for Donna and her bad realationship I wouldn't be going through hell in my realationship
My rating is a one star it use to be a excellent and well managed restaurant but now the way they have managed the restaurant I give it a one star, I use to go into the rainbow and lake mead blvd chain in Las Vegas Nv. Where the head manager Joey is and then there is a manager named Donna and now they have a manager named shay I was dating a employee named holly s. Hearn until her managers became judgmental of me dating her now she listens to them and recently just moved in with a manager named Donna as a ex manager I know you are never suppose to have manager crew relations for this right here so the food my be good but the things their employees are doing are unjust and not in a employee handbook, Donna might think this is making everything better but infact it's making it a whole lot worse to where my girlfriend is pregnant and we have more issues in our house hold like stuff that can be worked out for instance we lost our place to live I just got holly another apartment on north jones and then holly goes to court the 17th of this month then September 17th is her trial date if she prolongs not taking care of what she needs to that's on her but now it is her and a manager her manager has nothing to do but to be a manager and it was never put in a handbook to be a mom too employees holly has a mom ur a manager just because donna's husband tony hits her and cheats on her does not mean I'm doing so get over yourself
My son was employed by a macaroni grill in Portland, Oregon. After working there for a few months, he was just taken off the schedule without being told why. He had to wait almost one week until the manager got back, and was told in a note found in his last paycheck that because of violation in dress code he would be taken off the schedule for 3 days and then put back on. He received this note AFTER he was fired! He still does not know how he violated the dress code. If this is how you treat your employees then SHAME ON YOU! My friends, family and I won't be eating in your restaurants ever again.
I live in Annapolis, Md. and I'd like to first say that Macaroni Grill used to be my favorite casual restaurant here in Annapolis. So, I came here with the intention of letting you know of a big problem now with your restaurant on Jennifer Rd., Annap., Md. I thought you would appreciate knowing this so that you could correct the problem and not lose too much business. Imagine my surprise when I read all these negative comments from all over the place. So, it's a nationwide problem I see. What I also see is that you obviously don't care about losing business. On the contrary, losing business seems to be exactly what you want. What is it? You want to declare bankruptcy or what? Perhaps you have already done so. I don't see much point in my relaying my prob. to you now. Obviously, you don't care. Matter of fact, most of the comments here indicate the same basic problems that we all seem to have with M.G. Bad service, bad food, lack of caring and bad cooking. I don't eat slop and slop is what your restaurants are serving now. But, like most Americans now, I am angry at being treated so poorly. Someone told me you are owned by Pepsi Corp. I intend to look into that. Some people said your food has becaome too spicy. Well, if they look at who's cooking, they might understand why. All Mexicans that I can see and they like spicy food. It might not be PC to say, but I'm tired of all this PC. We are not going to change our tastes. They should change their cooking. I, along with others, am not looking for a free meal, just a decent one. We were given a $5 coupon, which we will never use because that's the end of M G as far as we're concerned. I will be glad to see your restaurant leave Annapolis, which I think will be soon, as we have lots of people and tourists here and could use the space for a better restaurant. I did notice that the parking lot and most of the restaurant were mostly empty. Now I know why. As I said before, I'm sure you don't care, but I feel better for speaking out. very sincerely, Rosemarie Parker Annapolis, Md.
On Saturday, 6-30-12, we visited RMG for the first time since the re-opening, (Opry Mills, Nashville, TN). I will have to say the visit was not a satisfactory one. First, the atmosphere had changed dramatically, we do not like the open seating like we did the older design. It is no longer a quiet place to enjoy a semi-private dinner. The music was too loud and was not the original enjoyable Italian but, now is loud, distracting POP music. Secondly, the host was rude to the party waiting just in front of me. She was obviously upset and was attempting to ask the host questions in regards to how they were being welcomed into RMG, but the host chose to intentionally ignore her demanding questions. She even made mention of how he was ignoring her. Thirdly, the wait staff, our server, although he was an average server, his "sagging" pants did not seem to be consistent with the atmosphere, I believe, RMG is trying to promote. Then, we had servers who came by our table twice in attempts to find who ordered the food they were carrying. Both times..not our food. When we finally did get our food, the server, who was dressed in a cook's uniform, placed the dish on the end of the table and tried to slide the dish across the table to my date's side. In doing this, the dish pushed the paper tablecloth causing it to wrinkle and gather in a heap as he continued to shove the bowl forward, all the while, he complained about the choice of RMG to use the paper covers. I finally reached across the table and picked up the very hot bowl and placed it in front of my date. Now to the food... I normally order the Penne Rustica. On this occasion the dish was overcooked and very dry. Usually, I would look forward to taking home my left-overs, but, this trip I did not finish the meal, nor was I interested, at all, in taking the remainder of the meal home. All this said, I feel that I wasted my hard-earned $45.00. I do not plan on returning to RMG any time soon. Nor would I recommend RMG to anyone I know.

Today i was at macarroni Grill in Aurora between 1-3 o'clock dinning with my family and kids, we enjoyed the food everything was going great intill this disterbing frustrating event happened. My family and i saw a waiter walking in to the restaurant shirtless. He was naked. I knew he was a waiter because he has server the table across from mine. There should be something done about this. This was very unproffecional... And to top it off the manager didnt say absolutly nothing about this. I never thought i would see this in any restaurant. Not even in a fast food place has this happened... I was very disterbed.
Good menu and your prices are fair for the market even though you reduced the portion. We had a bad experience on Mother’s day because the service was very poor and the management was absent. We thought it was going to be better on Father’s day however it was worst. It took us 45 minutes to be seated and on other 45 minutes to have the food served. The food came cold the server was nice unfortunately we had to leave because the management again was not available. The person who is running this place is making a huge mistake which is going to make you loose a lot of guests. The server was very nice by trying to help us. He is name is Hicham (Kingstown’s location).
Several family members and I have eaten at the Macaroni Grill in Ann Arbor MI at different times and sometimes not all together. We all agree that the service is exceptional and your food is absolutely divine! Our waiter was attentive and informative as well as having a genuine funny sense of humor. We will certainly go back again and again and pass the word to our friends that they need to treat themselves.
Went to Macaroni Grill El Segundo tonight. We came in only one group ahead of us and were told a 10min wait. After about 10 mins. I checked with the girl at the front and she said she had a table but she didn't want to overwhelm the waiter. So we waited a little longer . Then she seated us. The waiter came over after awhile and seemed very new. He took our drink order and I asked for the build your own pasta card. After about 10 mins he came back to say that the drink order would be a little long since he just spilled all of our drinks.(3 glasses) we ordered an mushroom apptr. and then he finally came back with the drinks and said they don't have any more mushrooms. Still no pasta card. ?? Then ordered food came etc. Food was ok. When we tried to leave the parking lot traffic was backed up for 10 mins . ?? Parking is free with Rest. Vaild. I called Macaroni Grill to let them know this is a problem and the girl wanted to give me the number for the parking people. I told her this is your problem to fix not mine. You need to fix it or we wont be back. I'm sure nothing will happen.
Scottsdale AZ Store, Scottsadale road and Gold Rush. I love their Penne Rustica,if you can get an employee to take your order. Walked in 3:30 in the the afternoon and the place was a morgue. The 2 tables had the only employee chatting away for at least 5 minutes. I finally gave up and left. I'm sure they'll follow suit of alot of restaurants along Scottedale Rd............different or closed.

Just got home for the Macaroni Grill in Kingstowne, Virginia. The service was terrible and the food was almost as bad. It took us 1 hour to get our bread, one appetizer never came until an half hour later, another appetizer never came. We were told that is was sold out, so they decided to give another terrible appetizer when are main food was sitting at least minutes on the tray. The bartender was busy cutting onions. We asked the manager, that took another 10 minutes. The Manager was cook and was busy and did not time to talk. Our meals were missing pine nuts and the lemon sauce. I could go on and on, but I can not waste my time. I am not looking for a free meal or coupon. Can you please do something. A corporate manager should look into this. This is a great location, close DC, but service like this, you will not be a 5 star restaurant.
3/30/12 Rude manager me and my husband went to macaroni grill in IRVINE we had spaghetti and meatball.everything was going great until my husband broke a tooth eating a meatball.he took the broken tooth out and said there must have been a bone in this meatball he took the broken tooth out and showed the waiter.immediately the waiter became hostile and said I'll get the manager.THEY IGNORED US FOR QUITE AWHILE.finally my husband said i guess the manager isn't coming.i said don't pay the bill until they come and talk to you.when the manager got there he asked what the problem was,my husband told him he broke a tooth on a bone in the meatball.the manager said i 100% guaranty there are no bones in this meat.i said sometimes bones or gristle is in ground beef.he said i 100% guaranty there is no bone in the meat so i said his tooth is right here on the table, are you saying your meat is so tough that it broke his tooth.then he rudely said you don't have to pay for the meal just the wine as if we just went in for a free meal which they didn't completely comp.he had no sympathy for my husband's tooth ignoring the fact he has to have it fixed, this isn't over.
Our meal at Macaroni Grill last night was the worst I have ever had at a restaurant. I spent $38.66 for a horrible meal. The grilled chicken I ordered with pasta was tasteless. The chicken was hard and obviously processed. I could see the bluish tint inside of it. I believe it was left out in the open before cooking. I did not eat the meal -- just left it on the plate and no one asked why. My son's chicken parmesan was equally tasteless. HOW can chicken parmesan be tasteless!? His pasta side was equally as bad as my pasta side--runny, watery with some grape tomatoes spread on top for color, I guess. It's hard to believe such simple meals could be ruined. Our side of spicy meatballs, which were really just broken chunks of meat, was a disastor too. Very few broken-up meatballs and just a lot of thick "something" covering them. It was not like the side of meatballs we ordered at another store. They were good and covered with marinara sauce. I don't know if the location of a restaurant is important, but I intend to never go back to the Fair Lakes grill. Now, I'm not sure I'd even go back to your Reston grill where we had better food. Oh, and to top it all, there was a hair on the table!
Had a meal at our local restaurant here in El Paso. Worst ever. The taste was great but the dish was served in what apppeared to be a flower vase. I plaid $4.00 extra for shrimp and I got 4 shrimp. Most expensive shrimp ever. The portion was disquised by the vase type plate which made it seem as it was alot which it wasn't. Can't and wont recomment this restaurant to anyone.
