Poor Service
I had to wait 24 minutes to get a 2 piece fish meal and then when I got home, I was missing the hush puppies

Every time we have come to this location in Brownsburg, IN, we pay and are told to move forward. It always takes a minimum of 10 minute for us to wait. This evening it was a 17 minute wait. It is consistently the longest wait of any drive thru we have ever been too. We have even have asked if we can call ahead rather than sitting for twenty minutes with a car full if kids and have been told that they can not do that. Very frustrating!
bad visits
long john silver use to be one of my favorite places the last three visits have been terrible. i ordered 20.00 worth the food get home and my meals looked like someone was eating out of them half the food missing and fish with bite marks taken out of it was is this all about are the employees eating where you make food GROCE!

Longing for a LJS
We used to have an LJS in Alpharetta,GA but it closed down some time ago & we have been waiting a long time for another to open, but no such luck. We're wondering if another will open in the near future.
slow service
I went to the ljs in E.Rochester Pa. and ordered what I thought would be a quick dinner for myself. I was the only one in the place and it still took 20 minutes to get my order. This was a combo meal on the menu. They killed the meaning of fast food. My last visit to ljs.
SOOOOOO UNHAPPY
Went to the Long John Silver location in Shepherdsville KY 6/11/13. When I took a bite of the fish I could taste WET BATTER!! Not good...this is the 3rd time that this has happened at this location. I am complaining in order to let Corporate know that maybe.....just maybe someone needs to cook the fish longer so that customers will not receive fish that has WET BATTER inside!! Please correct as I do not want to eat at this location because I never know if the fish will be cooked properly or not.

I live in West Sacramento,CA, the closest L.J. Silvers is several miles away. I do eat at your eatery every two weeks, (job takes me close to one) Our small town has been growing rapidly, and as yet we have no fish eateries. not close anyway, and for sure nothing as equitable. I am sure it would be to your advantage to bring a L.J. Silvers here in our town. It would be very busy. Our town continues to grow, and now is time to get something here. I hope you take my advise. Am anxious to see you here. your food would be welcomed. thank you for your time

I first would like to say when I first walked in and approached the counter I greeted the associate, and got no response also was never asked about dine in or carry out but it was obviously carry out because of my order. And when I paid I was pushed a receipt and a pen and the associate barely said a full sentence to me.. the only person I noticed with any decent customer service skills was the cook .. and I have had issues in the past but those issues were mainly because no one was at the counter to assist me with anything..
Terrible drive thru service
I went to the store in Hanford ca on 6/1/13 and received terrible drive tru service. I had to repeat my order several times and then had to wait over 10 minutes to get up to the window to get my food. There was only one car infront of me! When I finally got to the window, I told the cashier that I was very unhappy with their service. The man just gave me a blank look and didn't say anything. I informed him that I no longer wanted my order I would not be returning. He said ok and shut the window. Very rude and unacceptable. I will never go back there again. Please fix this problem.
Where's my food?
My husband went to the store located at 38th and Mitthoeffer in Indianapolis, Indiana. He got me the meal that was supposed to include 2 sides along with 2 fish, 1 chicken, and 3 shrimp. What I received was 2 fish, 1 chicken, 3 shrimp, and 8 hushpuppies. Where's my coleslaw? Where's my fries? And who the hell eats 8 hushpuppies? I love the food, but will not return because of the poor service!
Worse fast food service
I went to long John silvers and waited over twenty minutes to get to the window. I got to the window and no one came so I finally drove off and so did three other cars. I called the manager after I left she said sorry we were busy, but they really weren't busy. Horrible experience. Long John silvers is a horrible company.
lost customer
I went to 12566 SW 120 St., Miami, FL on Memorial day to buy two fish planks and one chicken plank and was told I had to purchase a meal and then I could add a piece. I did not want the meal I just wanted the meat. I was told I could not do that. Well I had done it that way in the past. If that its the case goodbye Long John Silver you have lost a customer

new tea is terrible
As an avid Tea drinker- LJS was the BEST I have ever had. Today they have changed tea brands, and how they brew it- NOT for the better. Please go back to the original tea & brewing

I really wish Long John Silvers could put a restaurant in Around Palm Springs,Ca Desert Hot Springs, Ca...Palm, Desert, Ca, Rancho Mirage, Ca, La Quinta, Ca. Palm Springs, Ca, So we don't have to drive 35-100 miles. Please Consider this !!
Tarter Sauce is dissapointing.

you stupid people changing recipes. first you change the cole slaw. tick people off then change it back. now you change the tartar sauce. you people are morons! when will you realize if it's not broke DO NOT FIX IT!
Went to the location in Cocoa FL and waited more than twenty minutes with no other customers in sight save for one couple inside the store. I went into the place finally and they confessed they had forgotten about me. I said I didnt want anything to be fixed at the location i just wanted my money back. The young man who was acting as a manager "had to call" someone in order to get me a refund and since he couldn't reach the person in quesiton refused me a refund. How do you steal your customer's money like that? I am very, very unhappy with this company and its local or corporate policies whichever is to blame.
