Labor Ready Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have an issue with a new office hire ...dispatcher,,,,i was told that i was going to a job last night.Was not put on the list when i got there this morning.Dolton Office,she sent out a young lady that signed in after i did .Now she said she was goin down the line .She sent out someone that signed in after me .I think that,that was very unprofessional....something should be done about this....

I Scott Mergner hate to say it but i have worked for labor ready in california pennsylvania and rhode island, just landed in seattle washington well on 12/2010 so am low on cash and like labor readys Motto work today get paid today and if you have no cash on hand and do not drive a car well things can be worked out like lending money but it gets repaid that day from the branch manager. Well all in all i go down A S my my paper work flying colors the whole nine yards but anyways some work comes up and the branch manager goes to send me out and am like so can i get a loan for bus money since it a solo job well the Branch manager tells me not to waste his F ing time and to Get the hell out of is office and if i hade no money to take the bus why the F did i show the F up at his office and told me never to return there again....the whole pointof labor ready is to help people who have no money am i right or wrong i mean i wish i could land something better but at the momment i can't i dunno give some scream back on who ever thinks about it so i wanna get this dude fired what you think if one could never brake so many corporate rules or maybe it me and i forgot about the it differs from state to state email me felcor27@excite.com

I have been dealing with labor ready out of montgomery, al for the last 2 years, and been on the same ticket for over a year. However the office is full of ignorance and incompotence. The 2 people in the office are very bad at their jobs and suck at communication. Where do you all find these people???? Someone needs to put new people in their place before someone really goes off on them.

I was working at the Dover NJ Labor Ready. This office is terrible. Three times I was called for different jobs by Labor Ready. Three times I sat and waited. There was no work. It seemed after the third time that Labor Ready just wants to get as many people in there office so that they can send a worker out right away IF a job comes in! This last time (11/25/2010) I was called multiple times by Labor Ready in Dover to confirm that I would be working that night at midnight though I had to be at the Labor Ready office in Dover by 10:30pm. When I got there last night I was told that I would not be working at midnight and that if I wanted to work I had to wait until 2:30AM there in the office. I could not leave and come back! I told the dispatcher that I had to make a phone call to see if I could work. While on my cell phone with a family member the dispatcher came within inches of my face demanding that I make up my mind if I wanted to work. I told him i was in the middle of finding out and please give me 5 minutes. That wasn't good enough for the dispatcher who told me "F%&K YOU you piece of white trash" and then slammed the office door in my face. I have never been treated like this by any employer. The only reason I worked there is because no one else would hire me. Now I will probably be homeless by next month because I refuse to go back there.

labor ready has a whistle blower hotline but you when you call it....it is false! you get sent to dayco parts supplier so you can't even file a complaint when they screw you

Very poor office affiliation and poor management. Mean and demeaning, to much power to run an office. This woman wields it like a sword. I hope it is not you're intention to have someone like this in that position of grander!

I would like to speak to someone to see what the real procedure for giving out the jobs and filling positions is. Because they tell me to come to work at 9 to be at a job at 10am but when I called just to check in before I went in they had filled my position. So I waisted my time and babysitters time and lost money on both which I couldn't make back working and I was supposed to have this job for 3 days. Now they day before they gave my job away I got into a car accident outa work but still told them I had a diffrent car thers was no problem and would be at work 100%. Well with out a phone call or anything they gave my job away, and said they tried to call me but I have proof and phone records that the never tried to call or do anything to contact or talk to me. So really without them talking to me or anything just what they thought they filled my jobs for the next 3days. Not only this that I feel is wrong and that there branch manager is not following procedures that I no are right I have seen them play favorites w certain pepole and do things that are like discrimanating and sterotyping other pepole. So really upset and need the work but because there not doing there job correct I'm without work for next 4days please someone contact me to help to solve or atleast get the real procedures of dispatching jobs correctly guidlines cause I really feel some kinda way hurt upset used and like my time and my work means nothing to them when I always go above and beyond for this company and everyone at my branch. Every day I work for labor ready I give 110 % and I now feel like its for nothing and I'm nothing to them(or just to the branch manager or his employess. Thank you for your time and inconvience. To whom it may concern: This is for the person who owns or is in charge of Labor Ready. I need to speak to the owner or president of company due to a work related injury at 2050 State Street Harrisburg PA 17104. It happened at a construction site Hershey/Swatara Mauvery and Sons. Name Marlin Lee Jackson 204 48 2600. The problem I have is left arm cannot be fixed. Also cut me off workmans comp to early. Not corporate all your new employees not Yolanda or Vaughn. It was when your office changed at 2050 State Street Harrisburg PA 17104, thats when Mark, Heather, DAshae, Shane, and other employess started making descions for me and your company. Anyway the doctors and chiropracter are for the company not me and yall put me on light dutty/in house workermans comp too fast. Then Mark made a descion that I was acting. And the insurance company also did do by cutting my checks off. Anyway I was in a bad state of mind, crazy, controlled, and they were walking all over me and lying. Now I know what they did they used technology and used my honesty against me. And I read they law book if your seriously injured or you cannot fix the left arm your intitled to workmans comp for 9 years. Why does the law and society allow people to hacc and steal peoples information and they do it right in front of people. All these humans are strange. Please assist me with information on how to reopen my claim. Me and Essis and Sons were doing things properly until Mark and his associates cut in. Thats when everything gets out of hand and people start stealing and I get the bad end of the stick for working. Now I am called crazy and need mental health by community and they falsely had me in prison 501 Mall Road Harrisburg PA 17111 while trying to consult with someone who can assist me. I am getting treatment for mental health without drugs, but I need to speak to someone immediately. Gossible Rescue Mission thats the name of the place I will havea contact number tomorrow.
