Labor Ready Corporate Office & Headquarters

On my first assignment with labor ready they screwed up and put the wrong middle initial on my name and claims that a check was already paid to someone else for a job with same ticket number. That is impossible being that ticket numbers are like social security numbers. No two are the same. It is six days later and I still haven't received my check and I was told that I couldn't come back to work because my social security number is "tied up" in this precarious situation. If isn't my fault that they're incompetent but I'm the one suffering behind it and haven't been paid. I'm considering calling a lawyer.

Norristown PA office is unprofessional and rude. Favoratism rules in this office. The workers sent out on jobs are either drunk or high and all these people do is order and eat food all day. You have to wait almost a hour them to do any things cause they are eating or horse playing around. Really unprofessional. What happen to the guy??

we where at Labor Ready early, and has to wait until 12:00 pm we get in the office at 11:59 pm and was in line when we get up to the desk to reciver our app. The nasty talking lady say we where late it is 12:03pm. and we has to come back tomorrow They are unprofessional and need to learn how to talk to people.this is in Detroit, MI. (we where in the office on time)

let me tell yous about my experience today,i called labor ready in loveland colo,i was told if i came into there office between 8am 4pm,they would start a application , how ever when i arrived the doors were locked, a note on the door read,gone to lunch.at 11.00am?i waited 2 hours ,waiting like all the perspective laborers,who were waiting.many very upset for waiting on a unlocked office,left unsatisfied .finally they came back,while waiting for service,they were talking to each other,about a baby shower,not paying attention to me what so ever, i respectively asked for there help,i was asked for two forms of id,of course i gave my valid license and my valid veterans id , much to my surprise,they refused my military id ,shocked by this,i asked, why?again the topic about a baby shower continued ,again no professional help,so i asked do you serve veterans,well i guess i was interrupting there girl talked,by then i could not wait for there assistants ,next thing i heard was were going on a smoke break,well now im shocked to here we can not help you.so i ask you vets to respond and share your thoughts,mean while im hiring a attorney to give me the respect i and my fellow vets deserve,so girls please enjoy your party,for after all your fellow vets gave you that opportunity,thank them then apologize,for you are the rudest employment agency in the united states,so keep up the great work ,NOT.POST IF YOUR SHOCKED AND AHH.SO PLEASE LABOR READY FEEL FREE TO FIRE THEM,BEFORE I REACH THE COURT HOUSE.

the bakersfield labor ready office is a joke they are rude and unproffesional. im telling you if corporate doesnt do something they will lose that office

so I called back to the bakersfield, ca office on 34th street to make an appointment and was told they were not accepting them at this time. I told the lady this was the third time I was told to call and set up a appointment date to come in and fill out an application. The lady told me that was not her problem and I told her that I never heard such a rude person before talk to people that way. Im telling you corporate needs to get the people out of there and get some real professionals in there

I worked for the labor ready one day after going everyday all day for a week all day they pick the same people and the cust serv rep is so rude and has the worst attitude. Any way my un employment was canceled for three hours of work how does this happen im a veteran trying to get in the work force if you really want a job dont go here go online and submit job apps youll land a job faster without all the trouble killeen tx labor ready needs to be shut down

was employed at labor ready in eugene or for about a year, also worked for them for awhile in 2005. i was injured on a job while wporking for them sept. 27,2011. i was consitered one of there better workers, as i was told. i was made to wait at the job sight for the labor ready manager, even though i had a ride and was only asking where i needed to go for medical treatment, eurgent care E R, where? the manager showed up, gave me a ride, straight to a free clinic, telling not to tell them i was working when i got hurt, i refused, he started telling me how he had jobs and would take care of me, nobody gets sent out with a big bandage on there hand, so i knew he was lying to me so he took me to the E R. i sent over 6 months on light duty, being treated like i was garbage, the did all they could to get me to quit, not once did somebody from corp, talk to me. i called springfield office for a corp number to complain, the number i was provided simply was a recording saying to show up to work with long pants and closed toed shoes and have a nice day, lol i out lasted them and smiled with every lousey act they pulled on me, smiled all the way. cannt say much more, have a complaint lodged with boli, MAY JUSTICE BE DONE.

Its not suprising that a lot of people who work at any labor ready branch are having all kind of problems. Eventually justice will be served. The days are numbered for the corporate staff an all the local branches. Reguardless of the fact that getting paid dailey has its advantage. Its really not worth all the hassles and headaches that I know some people have to deal with on a regular basis. I will keep adding to this list of complaints I have against Labor Ready, until I get a respons about these issues. Until then. LABOR READY MANIPULATES ITS LABORERS BY CHARGING CUSTOMER 24.99 AND HOUR AND PAYING THEM 7.25 CENTS. THEY DEMAND THAT MANAGERS GO OUT AND SELL ALL DAY AND PUT A CAP ON THEIR MILEAGE AT 400 MILES PER MONTH. IF YOU SELL EVERYDAY YOU WILL GO WAY OVER 400 MILES A MONTH. THEY WANT MANAGERS TO WORK FROM 6M-6PM WITHOUT PAYING FOR OVERTIME. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR INTERNAL STAFF OR THEIR LABORERS. I WAS A MANAGER MAKING 40K A WEEK IN THE BRANCH. NO INCENTIVE, NO SUPPORT, SHORT STAFF, NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE, NO GREAT JOB TODAY. VERY FORCEFUL, HOSTILE ENVIORNMENT. IF YOU ARE A CLIENT READING THIS, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A HIGH PRICE TO SEND YOU SOMEONE WHO IS UNDERQUALIFIED FOR THE POSITION. LABOR READY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! all the labor ready offices will let you come in and fill out an application on the spot. not the one in bakersfield, ca. on 34th street. i have walked in and been told told that i must call to make an appointment to fill out an application and that they werebooked til october 1st. so i called back and was told they could not get me in til november to fill out an application. then a friend of mine walks in and fills out an application the same day just to see if he could and then called from the parking lot and was told they werent accepting applications at this time. corporate needs to overhaul the bakersfield,ca office

Entually we will discover all of the complaints of drugs an/or alcohol use, Both sales an while under the influance. We are trying to rid of all the use of drugs in the areas. We want our communitys an work environments to be a safe place for everyone. This site is being reviewed an kept watched so we can gather all information reguarding our investigation. We welcome anymore information that the Labor Ready employees are willing to give us.

I have a problem with some of the staff there not giving proper PPE Equipment also bad Management. They are using there position to their advantage giving the advantage to less qualified; it makes me mad that i have to sit up there most of the day and i see so many go ahead of me most are ex-cons and dont have skills they do things such as [call other people by phone ] when im sure there are workers that are in there presents that are qualified really it[ Pisses me off.] I think you should investigate this office meaning you Corporate. It is not right you know im thinking about writting to congress. THIS SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED UNFAIR PRACTICES BY LABOR READY.

Hi. Im colleen. I work at the altoona, PA. Branch. It is a well known fact that all of my employees(laborers)choose to do drugs or consume alcohol before or while on the job. I for one have no problems that these things happen. As long as people go to work an I get no complaints about the work. Thats done. But, if anyone tells on me an I. Find out about it. Then I will (blackball) them and deny anything that was said. In my opinion, no harm, no fowl. Every branch should go by my policies an do what I do. IT WORKS! Im glad I have my job.

I have worked for labor re ady for 3 months now. When Iher first got here I had a job a month and a half.I got this cause I knew someone. Now that that job has ended I have bhours at a timeen in office everyday for hours at a time and watch the same people go out daily while they say in the pensacola office they go by favortism not by their policy of best match dispatch. I t is not all the secretaries here but something needs to change. I will be filing a complaint with corprate office.

There is a branch manager name mellisa at LB #1342 named mellisa. She first of all has one of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced in my life. She thinks she is high and mighty and can treat people anywayshe wants. Now I have just xperienced another thing. This woman said she called my name I was outside that is fine and dandy. Then she calls asks someone where another worker is and they say outside.SO w WHAT DOES SHE DO hands this person their ticket and the one outsides ticket. This is unfair mellisa needs to be fired if not I will contact a attorney on this matter.

If you dont do drugs.dont go to labor ready in montgomery alabama i have watched to staff get high with the workers.only the workers that get high go to any jobs there.they should give everyone a drug test staff included.

I worked for labor ready on call. last week i got a three day job when i got there i was asked by the office manager how many people could my truck hold i said 3, he asked if i could give 3 guys a ride to the same job site i said yes when i got back that evevning i told the manager darryl minor that i would not be giving any more rides to the employes he then told me it was labor ready policy that give rides to anyone that thought needed a ride to a jobs. darryl did not show me the policy which i did not belive its a policy. then one of the office girls told me not to go to the job the next day because they had another job for me. i showed up the next day at 6:00am until 9:00am when the office girl said there was no job for that day what a shock! they said the job i had before didnt want me back they didnt say why i will report this to the labor board.

I have been working for labor ready in sacramento off and on for several years and have been a star employee and was always treated well by the staff....untill now. The new office manager, Shannon, at the rosevile/citrus heights branch is rude and completely unprofessional. She is short with people on the phone and in person and she always has a bad attitude, like she doesnt respect anyone and doesnt want to be there. Get a new manager who at least can pretend to be a people person instead of hanging up the phone before your done talking and treating you poorly just because SHE doesnt happen to know you.

Macon Ga. The employees at this store show fav to the people they know and are rude and mean to the ones they don't know. They tell you they take applacations tue through wed from 9 to 11 but if you arrive at nine you are still two late. They neglect to tell you that they can only accept a certain amount of people and that most of the time those people are there as early as 8:30 Your employee blatenly look over people and give jobs to those that they are in favor with. My concerns are that some one would go to that place and harm your employees and other people in your establishment all because your employees arn't being fair. Also i'm not singling out one employee, at this labor ready they only have two employees and they are bothe equally rude and mean to new people
