the service deptmartment coult not help me because i did not have the reiept for a kmart item that was defected and runioned my daughters dresser. they told me to call another number which was for black and decker items. then when I called back they gave me another number for which was for verizon. it wasnt until i spoke to the 5th person that i was told that i needed a reciept to put in a claim and that i had to write a letter to bruse johnson. this mater needs to be addressed asap. thank you bonnie dipaola bonniesue24@verizon.net

I made an order to K mart last night. My order was supposed to be shipped to my home. Today i got an e-mail telling me I could pick up my order 200 miles away @ Kmart. When i called I was told yeah sometimes things can't be shipped to the home and has to be picked up. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER!!!!! Then send me an e-mail to pick up my order 200 miles away after charging my credit card. I canceled my order and was going to reorder but the item was no longer on sale so they wanted me to pay the new price from $19.99 to $25.99 and charge that to my card plus shipping. I DO NOT KNOW HOW K MART STAYS IN BUSINESS!!!! I had issues with Kmart during xmas and should have known better than to use them again!!!! I am in Wilmington, NC & I will NEVER use our K mart here again!!! I will never use Kmart again. It is sad that I have to contact corporate office in order to complain about such a small issue when this was Kmarts fault. Thanks, One Dissatisfied Customer

My fiance' bought my engagement ring/ wedding band set at the Greenville MI kmart. a $1000 ring, for $295... we put it on layaway on 10/02... paid it off on 10/26... went in 4 weeks later to see if it was done being sized... they said it hadnt been sent out yet.. the next day they called and said there was a mistake and that it WAS sent out and it would be done before Christmas... Christmas came, no ring no phone call.. So Kurt called yesterday, they put a rush on it, it came today. He went to get it while I was at work, The lady gave it to him, he went from the desk, to the truck, pulled the ring out of the box, and it was bent all the way across the bottom, like a straight line. so he took it BACK in, asked the lady why it was like that, she then proceeded to accuse him of doing it himself and blaming her. So then she went back to put it on a ring sizer stick to fix it, and bent the setting, she showed him that the band was fixed by holding the setting so he couldn't see it, put it in the box, and he went to the truck AGAIN. My mom then pulled it out, looked at it, and they both went in to ask her about the before perfect setting... she then made my fiance feel like shit and again accused him of lying.... needless to say, I am NOT a happy camper right now. She said "whatever you did to that ring, is not my fault." ..... we were told 3 different things by three different people who worked there, noone had their shit together. No more business from us. thanks for nothin.

NEVER EVER BUY A VISA GIFT CARD FROM KMART. My Mom got asked how much she makes on Social Security when setting it up, and other crap that is none of their business...my son-in-law couldn't activate it, instead he has to wait to get something BY MAIL...this is rediculous. It is a requirement that you use cash when buying them, also I paid a $4.99 fee to get the money on the card...wtf is the reasoning for that money to NOT be available the minute they want to use it??

It's almost 2011 and the internet is a widely used tool all over the world. Can you tell me why the store in St. Thomas does not do online shopping every other store in the United States does? In order to but my neices bike I have to buy them from you , take them to UPS pay for shipping to get them to the girls. My neices in Florida I bought them online my sister pick them up in Florida my neices road them out of the store? I know you won't miss my $200.00 if I went else where but I should be able to send to any place in the world that you have a store in. I am very disappointed.

I Recently purchased a toy box from your website. To be precise 10 days ago. I was promised the package by todays date. I have checked my order status and to my surprise there isnt even a tracking number available. I contacted customer service and talked to a women who told me that she was going to put a "NOTE" in my account saying that my order was LOST!!! WTF This is the first time i have done buisness online with kmart and the last. You were quick to charge my credit card over 100 dollars, but still have yet to send out my merchandise. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced in any company ever. No one seems to know what they are doing. I asked to speak with some one who could help me get my order sent out and all the women said was i already put a note in your account if you dont hear anything in 3 days call back ???????? This is just awfull customer service; I WONT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also i sent an email to customer service and all i got back was a copy of what i sent to them. Surprise NO RESPONCE on their behalf!!!!

went to the kmart in el paso day after Christmas to get wreaths because someone stole them off our family graves. i found two with absolutely no tags or labels. they looked used and had no decorations at all. no bow now berries, nothing. went to get in line to figure out a price and got a very nice young lady. she went to try for a price check. i told her i found them on a shelf with no tags etc and to get the manager so we could discuss a price. long story short, MARGIE the manager kept me waiting and about 10 people in line waiting OVER 30 MINUTES while she claimed to look for a price. then she sent up a bar code number for a GARLAND that was 14.00. basically instead of being a real manager and saying hey no one else will buy these, let's agree on a price, she decided how much she wanted them to cost, left me and about 20 other people in line for over 30 MINUTES and then sent up a bar code for the price she wanted. who knows what the actually price would have been. i told her that she was keeping me from getting to the cemetary on time and she couldn't have cared a less. she also didn't care about the people who had to wait in line for over 30 minutes while she made a big deal over a cheap item and made up the price she wanted to sell them at. typical kmart. won't ever go back.

Your store on Missouri Av in Largo Fl. has some lady named Sheree, or Cheree, with the accent on the E, or last syllable, who told my wife "I am from Philly, I will personally throw you out MYSELF!Cindy, the night manager, as I was walking out said "get out of the store or I will call the police,while following closely behind me.Point is i was walking out aready and she decided to grand stand,dangerouly following me too closely. When I confronted "Sheree about the statement she made to my wife, she replied; "yeah I said it, and I stand behind it, I am not backing down." bottom line get rid of these uncouth, untrained, unproffesional people,NOW, or there is going to be a problem.You do not threaten to physically throw customers out, yourself.Maybe they don't want to work at that location and want to be transferred. That is the only explaination I have for their actions.

K-Mart is one of the worst companies in retail to work for. My wife has several decades working for the Big K and lost thousands of dollars,like many others do to Conway and upper management. Not to mention hired in with paid holidays,which she has never received. They give you a day off with pay when it benefits them,just like throwing a dog a bone. Christmas hours are open to midnight and way to late on Christams Eve. We had no Thanksgiving this year with family,just the 25th off and she closes at 11pm on New years eve and has to be back at work at 4am. What a rotten company and bunch of idiots,that are greedy,money hungry and do not care about their employees,familes,holidays,safety and getting close to even a sleepful night. Soon she will retire and we will never go into another K-Mart again or spend a dime there. There is surely Federal and State laws that allow for rest and paid holidays on the day of the holiday. Most stores in our area close at 6pm on Christmas eve and customers have 364 days to due their shopping. What a rotten place to work for and can't wait for her retirement. started to work for kmart in california. my first retail job. very nice and hard working co-workers, including the store manager. moved to NAMPA, IDAHO store 3189. WOW! what a big diffrence, my store manager Rick Simmons was a complete space cadet while my supervisor Randy Nesttle was a PERV, some of my co-worker were lazy and very rude. they lied to me and everyone else all the time. i worked like a dog while my super the PERV chatted w/ the girls. first time I complained to store manager about people not working, nothing was done, second time i complained, my hours were cut, third time I complained, i was let go. I hope Karma gives it right back to these guys and Kmart.

i went on line two days before xmas to purchase ecards the order went threw paypal but paypal put a hold on the money for 1 hour during that time kmart cancled the order and now it has been two days and kmart will not refund my money. i have had to three way paypal in twice to prove kmart has the money and they still have not refunded my money.I will never shop Kmart again and I actually have a call in to the Kmart Corporation. I have never dealt with such crap.

i put 2 Mack trucks w a small lightning mcqueen on lay a way for xmas for my twin boys...the only thing i got them!!!! and they mistakenly sold it!!! my contract was still active it was onlie lay a way...now y kids dont have the only thing they asked or im a single mother of twins no job, full time student...i had to count pennies for my payments!! PENNIES!!! and u sell it!!!! they gave me a rainb check..in 2 weeks i can oickj up the mack trucks for 18 dollars each!!!and i was able to get a littl;e mcqueen track for 50 % off cause that allthey had!!!! im so upset i have been crying for 2 days already...its teir 1st yr that they understand xmas and santa...and i failed them

I live in Riverside ca and I am a current shopper at the KMART ON IOWA AND BLAINE. These people are NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY! I work retail and I know how customers are supposed to be treated! Every time I come in there is always a confusion with signs and pricing. I had problems 3 times with false advertisement, and its ridiculous. Today was my final straw. I am a frequent shopper with KMART and I doubt I will ever shop there again! Of course, again, there was a pricing confusion and they told me they wouldn't give it to me? I got all excited, and thought I was getting a great deal, but as I go to check out, I was disappointed. I talked to the store manager herself and she looked at me like I was the one that signed it wrong. Is it my fault you had false advertisement? She was very rude and disrespectful to me, seeing as I was just trying to get the deal as the sign says with the product underneath. I was there for over 45 minutes, and the store manager was the worst. There is no reason why I shouldn't have got my product for the price that was on the sign, mark as exactly what the product was, that was underneath it. She had no budge at all! I walked up to her showed her the sign and she was just starring at me as if I was stupid or something. Am I wrong or is this the way KMART treats their frequent shoppers! I asked for corporate number and they gave me a 1866kmart4u number. WHAT IS THAT?? I had to look up the corporate office number myself! Who do they think I am???? 1866kmart4u? This is no corporate office number! AM I A DUMB ASS!? Seeing as the corporate office was closed because it was 1130 pm. I decided to be on my way home and figure out my complications with the corporate office. WHO ARE PEOPLE WHO VALUE A LOYAL CUSTOMERS! I took pictures and will report my case.

Having posted a customers complaint, does anyone do anything about it? Five weeks later I have still not had the $107.00 dollars charges refunded to me. What is the point of this website?

We live in the Washington DC area and went on-line to purchase toys for our children. The order was confirmed and then two days later we received and e-mail that the items was not available. We called customer service and it was explained to us the the items was available just not in our area??? How can this be when you are ordering via th internet?

While shopping on Dec 20th....in Duluth, MN....with a snowstorm in the forecast... I was suprprised to see only 2 check out lanes open.....both backed up. As in past holiday shopping missions at KMART.....the service desk was available for checking out items. Well.....after waiting in the service desk line and seeing the transactions that were taking place....I was a bit taken back when the cashier told me..."they prefer not to do check outs at the service desk"....OK....so I just burned 15 minutes so she could tell me face to face to go to one of the checkout lanes that is now backed up to kingdom come......as I'm standing in line sharing holiday cheer with my lane mates.....I have a clear view of the service desk.....checking out customers.....finally.....it is my turn....YES!!! So...I'm thinking it's time to ask if there is a manager in the store....lucky me...so I have a conversation with this woman....and politely explained my dismay...to have her tell me...."she is new and I will talk to her"...HELLO....is there no training before the employees are tossed to the masses???? OBVIOUSLY NOT....my comment...CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS WORST....is KMART on the hill!

I am very dissapointed in the way Kmart runs their layaway department. I put a layaway for only 2weeks of more than $600. I returned to pick it up, and no one can find my merchandise. It happened to the lady in front of me who had several boxes missing from her order. I really think your employeess are actually taking them. Who missplaces several boxes?I now have to tell my kids and family member that I have to go shopping again and things I want for them are no longer in stock at Kmart. Everything is was sold out from what I had in my order. This was in the Lansing, IL Kmart near river oaks! Never had a problem with any other store when placing layaway orders. You need new honest worker or a better system!

I am very disappointed in my Kmart experience. I live in a town that has no Kmart, I drove over 100 miles round trip to go to Clarksville Tn to the Wilma Rudolph Blvd store. My husband and myself put a layaway in for the little girl we are adopting. I was told that I could pay the payment online, which I did through paypal. I went to pick the layaway up less than a month from the date it was put in and somehow my payment didn't get credited to my account. Needless to say the merchandise had been put back out in the store. This is a let down for a 9 year old girl and angers me greatly.
