We are very dissapointed in the security that k mart has hired from another company. fortunetly for a good manager by the name of Mir Ahmed and two young ladies that claim to be k mart security were very proffesional we appreciated that very much. If it wasn't for them k mart would not look like they hire good people that are educated and proffesional. we went through a terible experience at one of your k mart location located at 1998 Bruckner blvd bronx, NY 10473 store#(9420)on 3/30/11 because of the security guard at the front of your store we were cursed at and invited to fight by him. Two of your k mart workers were exstreamly rude and of no help to the situation if anything they exsasarbated the situation as aposse to defusing it. we will be giving corparate a phone call on this matter.

K-Mart in Kingsport TN. needs managers and employees who known how to do their jobs and how to treat their customers. I do not like to stand in line to be checked out while the cashier answers her cell phone. The managers has the employes to do their work,then the employees get in trouble for doing what they ask. I will no longer be shopping at K-MART.

I wan in a Kmart store in Northport, Al today requesting a small donation for the Aliceville, AL Public Library. We are having a community wide Easter Egg Hunt for children ages 2 years to 10 years. The Aliceville Public Library is sponsoring this event and need donations in order to accomadate all the children in the town. Aliceville, AL is a very small and poor town in West Alabama. STOP REWARDS CARDS!!!!!!! PEOPLE HATE IT!

Since u guys r not going to approve this either! i just want to ket the person who invented rewards card that they r a Fucking idiot! People dont want them!

I order 2 packages of hangars, totaled $3.78, and 2 S&P shakers, total $19.98, and my order was accepted. A few days later I received an email telling me my order was shipped and another email telling me that one item was cancelled (S&P shakers). When I looked at the totaled I was charge for the hangars was over $10 because they charged me $4.52 shipping on a $3.78 item. I called and asked why my order was accepted and she said because it was in the store not warehouse. The order was picked from the online order section and I should have received a notification at that moment that it wasn't available. I called and at first I tried to explain to her about the item vs. cost of shipping and by the end of the call she practically hung up on me. She became very rude and abrupt and closed off the line. I tried before to order from KMart/Sears without much luck. Very unhappy with both stores.

Corporate office, Your Kmart store in Wilkes Barre Pa will be losing a lot of business for making fraudulent reward cards and lying to corporation.This includes the managers and workers.I suggest you do a follow up in the books and see how many reward cards are actually activated and in use.

I will never go to kmart again because of there return policy i will make sure anyone i talk to wont go there either!!! If a return is in original package unopened with a kmart tag there is no reason the cant scan the item and see it was bought there and when!!They are a joke and by far the worst retailer i have ever done business with!!!!

I hope all of you know that Kmart employees have to try to get their pension out of ING,the investment company that holds the 401K and the pensions of all their employees. Huge corporate giant. We filed 1/07/11 and as of today 3/17/11 we have heard nothing. They offer ONE PHONE NUMBER. We called this morning and took 35 minutes for any one to answer ... (the recording said they were experiencing a high volume of calls) ... We were told they would "expedite" our file and it would be 20 working days for them to respond. We want our money!!! We have waited for 2-1/2 months. We should have received it in 45 days. Now another 20 days. 120 days before we can receive our pension money????? ... well, folks, I think ING is making money on the billions they have in employee investments and don't want to part with it. The longer they can hold on, the more they will make. I called back this afternoon to ask for a supervisor or district manager or a processing department manager. I was told they would put in a "call back request" and someone would call me in 3 to 5 days. 3 TO 5 DAYS TO CALL BACK!!!!! What the heck kind of customer service is THAT? I asked for a DIRECT line to call them back ... they don't have any direct lines. Just the ONE 800 # on which we have to hold until you get a human being. I'm writing the BBB and reporting this ridiculous way we have to wait. I'm also going to report it to our state Senators. The money is there. We followed their rules getting the paperwork filled out & turned in, and ING just doesn't respond. Corporate Giants suck!!! Does Kmart Sears know who they've turned the fund over to? Obviously not.

You guys really need to audit your store located in bradley illinois. There are a lot of racial employees and it is very distictive. I am a former employee who was discriminated against and all they did was sweep it under the rug. Your head manegar Ken is very racist he does not deserve that postion. He does not interact with the employees unless he is offending them which he tries so hard to do . If you were not a friend or family member of him you did not get false advertisement not refund or exchanges. I have witness a caucasian woman doin an exchange and a black woman doing an exchange and guess who they gave the problems to ..Of course the black woman . The customer service employees are rude they talk down on you and they dont want you leaving your register to get change which is there job and you get the blame. Do you ever wonder why they cant keep stable employees..maybe its the supervisors and head people who are actually running them away . I fely uncomfortable since i stepped foot in there> The human resource woma michelle was rolling her eyes b4 i could even sign my tax forms . That place need to be employee refurbished . Its not right and im not taking that shit anymore.

i cant work for sears holdings because i wanted to call off and they had a problem with it .the supervisor Susan Garcia k-mart 7525 acted very unprofessional and talked about me to lead Megan i felt uncomfortable so i could not work there anymore . everybody knew wht happened no one did anything no i cant work for sears holdings ever again because of an unproffesional supervisor i hope she rots in hell . Something needs to be done they are still treating ppl like shit around there 8 employees every 2 weeks is not beccause of the employee you need to keep an eye open on the employer

You need to look into k-mart 7525 because loss prevention has some very young racist men ..Im not goin to say names but i was told by a new loss prevention employ that as he was trained the men realted blacks to being their main targets to watch. they said that they would rather watch a black woman with no coat rather than a white woman with a big empty bag sint that a shame . Thye also have a training video you have to watch which also is focused on black theives . Its 2010 -2011 we should be getting past this but we arent its not fair and i am very offended , If you dont do something trust me i Will take this further . Get rid of those so called head employees over there they are giving k-mart a bad reputation .
