the kmart in lexington treats there cashiers bad they talk to them like they are stupid. the two ladys at the service desk I cant believe they are superviser the names are monica and Debbie they have poor customer service I went threw the check out the two cashiers that was working was jessica and I think the other girl name is Renee monica comes out from the service desk and raises her voice to ask the cashiers if they need change the two cashiers should have slap her on top of the head and the guy at the service desk dont know his name is rude you need to clean up the service desk those 3 have poor costumer service these cashiers ask them a question they want even give them an answer every time I come in there the monica girl barks orders and her and the other lady debbie stands there talking and laughing I feel sorry for any cashier that has them for a boss.
The Kmart located in Huntsville, AL has no air and if by next week its not fixed im calling the news station to report this. This is terrible we are in a heat advisory and the store is extremely hot I came out sweat dripping everywhere and clothes drenched
Iam writing in regards to the kmart in Burlington NC,,I dont work there but my daughter does, she has worked at this store for 10 years and gets no respect from her manager..she knows that store better than anyone working there... today she went in to talk to her manager (V) she was so upset, he had gave her the job of key carrier and she was to get a raise, now mind you they owe her at least 3 raises that they haave not given her (raise freeze) she has done every job in that store, she has even done the job that men are syppose to do..when they see her doing their job the dont even have the courtesy to help her,she goes on vacation to pa.. they blow up her phone asking to how to do something,her manager calls her his go to girl if he needs to knbow something he ask her,they have no compassion for their employers, Iam ashamed for them, she gives the 110% of herself and look what they do for her..I think someone should investigate half these stores...I pray this does not go against my daughter as she is a good and faithful employ of kmart..thanks
went to kmart and was told that it you policy not to take coupons that come off the internet even if they are manufactuer's coupons. they were rude, yelling. that just showes you what type of people you hire and the fact that you charg to file an offiscal complaint. no wond you stores in tulsa oklahoma dont want to use your stores. cherylduckworth@cox.net i bet money you never even respond to this
The greenville , tn kmart is so racist, rude management, and under staff. I will inform that everyone that I would go to walmart or a low standard store . I have a lot of money to spend and this kmart would never get my busy nor my respect . lower class white trash
I HATE checking out at kmart! I get asked if I want a rewards card, I get asked if I want a credit card then your key pad asks a survey question before I can pay. Please do not ask me a bunch of questions, just let me check out and be on my way.
kmart is a great plac to shop but if you use the mobile scoters in the store there is not enough room to get around without knocking things down. hopefully that will change because i love when my caretaker take me to kmart. stetson ave kmart in hemet ca god bless zelda

Your store in Jonsbro GA. there is a woman in the electronics department that writes on Facebook about the people she works with and she that Kmart is the worst place to work and there are some managers that also comment on her page, the latest she said that she was going to beat up one of the girls at work and other people asked if they needed to come up there to help her this type of thing is how some people get killed and company's will be legible. Megan Ward and her manager defames Kmart and makes it look Kmart is a bad place to shop and work. Megan Hayman Ward makes a hostile environment to work in and i don't like shopping there,something to be done to provident things from happening worng and the safety of others.
I am an employee at K-Mart and we are not an employee friendly emviroment. I have personally been very upset about how the managers have been treating the workers. I think that the rewards cards are good for the people that want them, but if people dont want them then they dont want them. And we shouldnt have to force people to get them. At my K-Mart store the managers do not care if you make them up, as long as you get 4 an hour because they benefit from them. This is selfish! Is it legal not to provide employees with a check stub?

i used to work for the kmart in elizabethtown,ky and the store manager reall doesnt know what he's doing. he has no idea what is going on with his employees and he disrespects everyone. the other managers there also need to work on treating the employees with respect its ridiculous. its a whole bunch of favoritism.
I was told by a chasher to go to the service desk to be check out when I got there was two women in front one in front of me work for Kmat I said hi she started cusing me out making all kind of claims he went to the manage an told him I was yelling an cusing at her I tols him to check with the service desk he never did I went in ask the lady at the service desk what did I do she told me that I did nothing wrong.SO WHY SHOULSD ANYBODY SHOP AT THE K MART IN HUSON FLA THEY arnt a good store
I usually get my prescriptions filled at Walmart, but I was doing some shopping at the Kmart store in Indiana PA on 5/15/11, and decided to get my prescription filled at the Kmart pharmacy. I initially paid under $10.00 for my prescription which was 30 tabs. of Tylenol 3. Today when I went to pick up my refill, I was told that the price was $16.99. I questioned the increase in price and was told that all of the previous discount programs were tossed & a new discount program instituted. I was automatically enrolled & charged $10.00. When I voiced that I did not want to be enrolled, I was told I would have to pay $24.99 for my refill. This upset me quite a bit. I was not given any warning this was going to happen prior to my having dropped off my initial prescription. I am not on any medications & the only reason I was given Tylenol 3 is because I am having major dental work done which entails several months’ worth of painful treatments. I do not need a prescription discount plan for medications that I am not taking on a daily or monthly basis. If you were going to institute a new program, it should have gone into effect for new prescriptions not for refills on initial prescriptions under a different discount plan. The initial plan should have been honored for refills only. I feel this is an injustice against your customers who are not on monthly medications. I am on Social Security Disability and I could not afford to pay this $10.00 increase, especially for a program that I will not have any use for in the future. I feel cheated out of $10.00, which I could not afford. This would have never happened had I went to Walmart like I started to or had I been warned when I initially filled my prescription, that the program may change & I may be forced to join a prescription discount plan that I really did not need or I would be charged full price for my prescription. I would have declined to have it filled at Kmart. You really need to rethink the fairness of this new discount program & who is it really benefitting? People like me who are not taking medications on a regular basis are paying for a program that is of no value to us, which is an injustice
twice in the last 2 months i got poor service from the same stores. with the same store manger....i wanted to exchange something that stopped working...didnt even have the item a month...i lost the reciept...this manger was really rude about it and would not exchange it...he could have told me the store policy with kinder words then he used...the 2nd thing was a rain check i had...i checked if item was in a couple of times...and asked him when they would be in...his reply was that they will be in when there in and they will call me when there in...rudely....now the product came in...got no phone call...rain check expired...and they would not give it to me at the sale price....shopped for years at kmart....but now i am going to go to walmart
Store location 1930 E. Kearney, Springfield Missouri, time 12:10 Carolyn was working the return customer service. I had to return a blouse for my wife that she did not like after she bought it. She had misplaced the receipt so i just took the item back into Kmart to get a store credit or refund, i didn't care which. It shouldn't have taken 20 minutes for the process to happen and that was after at least 10 minutes in line. I had the tag for the blouse that matched up with the blouse and it even had Kmart on the tag. She struggled and kept trying to locate the transaction through the rewards card. I don't know even if my wife used the card. She couldn't find it on there, so she was totally lost on what to do. i told her "i just want store credit" to get items i need anyway. she didn't comment. it went on longer, i asked to see a store manager, she didn't say anything and didn't make a attempt to get the store manager for me. she just kept saying " i hate computers" it was a simple return. She said several times" i don't know what to do" finally after 20 minutes and the line forming behind me that i had had enough. I went off and told her "this is exactley why no one shops at this store, no one is ever here. this is why Wal-mart is better and easier to deal with. I want to talk to the manager". How hard is it to just give store credit, evidently it was like pulling teath. It wasn't until i went off that she finally gave me store credit. I will never shop there again niether will any member of my family if i have anything to say about it. Close the store up as far as i am concerned, Wal-Mart is just across the street!
I have worked at kmart for a year now, and I recommend that everyone shop elsewhere. My coworkers and I deal with so much mental and emotional abuse it isn't even funny. Our store manager screams at and belittles us in front of customers, we have no a/c in the summer and no heat in the winter, we are lucky if we get our lunches and breaks (and we are usually written up for asking for them), and I personally was almost fired over rewards cards. Our managers were telling us to make fake ones to get totals, then threatened to fire everyone when corporate found out, pretending we came up with the idea on our own. We are understaffed and over worked. With no promise of a raise its pathetic how much we are forced to do. I was told out right I wasn't allowed to take a vacation that I had earned. Another employee had been told they got time off, but found out via schedule that management changed their mind once he had already booked a vacation. My coworker was written up over this. Kmart is TERRIBLE to their customers and their employees. Customers are starting to take out their aggression on the workers now, and its making it even harder for us. We do try to be helpful and friendly (I've read that may not be true for all stores though), and management/corporate is where their anger should be directed. I wish the company would just go bankrupt and shut down already, because they are such a rip off. Its unfortunate that our only other option is unemployment...
