If I could give a ratting of 0 to negative stars, I would. I HATE Kmart. I will never shop there again. This is the second time I have placed an online order with them only to have it cancelled. When I call "customer service", they cannot provide me with a reason why the order was cancelled. Reps don't even speak CLEAR ENGLISH! If I cannot understand you, how can you solve my problem?! My credit card is good and I placed the order for items that were in stock. If you cannot operate an estore properly, then my suggestion is to TAKE IT DOWN! Customers, run from this site. I'm telling all my friends and co-workers to steer clear of Kmart. They have lost a customer for life!

I have been getting the run around from several different K-Marts. Tring to order twin beds for my daughter for Christmas. Called the store who said they had it in stock placed it on layway online after only to recieve a email later saying they dont have it. I got to different stories as to why they canceled my lay away. One the have it but didnt notice that it was on layway already and the other was that they had it but it was in the wrong color. Kmart.com gets two thumbs down right now and if my daughters Christmas is ruined because of this i will be contacting my lawyer and will start a class acting suit. I am pretty sure people will sign up to join.

if i could give less then 1 star i would i will never go back to k mart again i had my baby Christmas in layaway and they put it back on me cause i was late on the payment they didn't tell me anything that that would happen i went to get it out and they said it was put back i had till Dec 28 to get it out and they put it back on Nov 27 i ask for my money back and wouldn't give it back all k mart is out for is to take poor peoples money it hard enough on us to get money and allot of us have to let bills and stuff go around Christmas time just so we can give our children a Christmas it isn't us that have to suffer it the children and k mart don't have to worry about anything they don't see the hurt in the children's eyes so for now on im going to go to wal mart i use to like k mart and whent there cause wal mart treated there employees like crap and i thought k mart was better but at leas wal mart no how to treat there customers it supost to be the customers always right satisfaction gantied huh what a joke so i hope k marts happy im going to tell everyone i can about them and what they did and advise them to not go to k mart I HATE K MART

I believe my debit card information was scanned at the Kmart in Merrillville, Indiana. I also believe the older woman in front of me had her info stolen also. I have talked to the store manager about this but still have yet to receive a phone call about it!!!! The kmart employee seemed to have everyone swipe their card more than once and a week later I checked my bank account to find 827.00 in debit card transactions done in Michigan and North Carolina. Be very careful when shopping there!!!! I for one will never shop at Kmart again!!!!!

-Dec 2, 2011 Place is horrible!!!!! No body speaks English and lay away only had 1 person for 2 lines. Waited atleast 45 mins. I went to pick up an online item i reserved. I even called and complained 3 times while still in line. They never sent anybody to help move the line.I walked out and didnt buy crap.I hate this place and the people who work here are worse. Never again will I go there. I think a total of 2 people worked in the whole place. This was. At Hialeah 33013 location

I am not a Kmart shopper this is not only my 1st, but my last time shopping with them. On 11/19 they had a sale bogo 50% off toys I ordered some toys , one being a batgirl doll for my niece for $7.99 .Well my order came in and they sent my a batman submarine (so not the same) so I call their customer service and the person told me they will have ups come pick up the wrong item and send me the correct one. She tells me she needs to charge me for the item and then I'll get a credit when they get the other item back, I wasn't happy with it but she really wants this doll. So the agent proceeds to tell me the total is $22, I told here no that is not what I paid for the item and that it was unexceptable . She then tells me she'll just do an adjustment for the price difference and the shipping, so I asked her what was being charged to my card she say $7.99, I agree to that and give my cc nbr. I then get the email of my order and low and behold I was charged $22. I then get an email stating that in 3-5 business days I'll get a credit for the overcharge. So they are now holding $30 of my money for an $8 item. And they are treating me like this is my fault, they will never get another penny of my money. I'll go anywhere else and spend 150% more just to avoid this company

I ordered a tree on Black Friday through mygofer.com. I received a confirmation e-mail stating my order was being processed and I would be notified when my order was ready for pick up. Five days later I received an e-mail telling me you have cancelled my order because the tree is no longer in stock! SERIOUSLY! I ordered it while it was in stock!! Your only offer was for me to drive 1.5 hours away to pick this up. You couldn't ship it to my store, or to me. I have to drive to it -- for your screw up!Another K-Mart store just informed me you policy is to has these items ready for pick up in two hours if they are in stock. plain and simple this company is so screwed up they couldnt tell you right or left.they sell there out sorces to other countrys.and they wonder why we dont have jobs here in america this is a prime sorce.of what we are as americans are not greedy stock holders that do what they want.

I can't find the words for my disgust for this company, they never have anything in stock that is advertised. My wife and I went into the hazlet NJ to buy an outdoor christmas decoration. We got there when the store opened on the day the sale started only to find out the item is not in stock. I asked the manager Jason how could that be the sale just started, he couldn't answer me. I then asked if more were coming, he got nasty with us asking a question he said no more were coming in. So I asked can you sell us the floor display since you don't have anymore coming in he said no. I told him I don't understand you have an item in your sales paper thats not in stock and no more coming in don't you want the sale. No wonder the company is in bad shape.

It seems Kmart has lots of complaints. It is no wonder why they have to close some of their doors. Customer Service seems to be a big problem. Customer Service is everything. Without customer service, no customers. Without customers, no business. No business, NO JOBs. I have been trying to buy to computers for 3 days. I placed the order online and had it shipped to store (only option available). Someone in Kmart canceled my order; no phone call, email or text to tell me. The closest Kmart stores to me is well over an hour away. Now I am without computers (Christmas gifts for my kids), and the money is tied up on the credit card until the credit card company receives the ok to release the funds. Kmart & Sears need to learn how customers work. Treat customers right, they will return; treat customers wrong, they will tell everyone and anyone who will listen about the very POOR service they received. Word of mouth is the best advertisement a business has. Word of mouth gets around quickly, plus it is FREE. Now it is up to Kmart to decide if the advertisement is going to be good or bad. I now have no Christmas gifts for my kids and I am going to have to spend my money somewhere else. Not all of my kids were getting computers; I have a four year old that is to young for one. So instead of shopping at Kmart for her gifts (which I was going to do when I was going to pick up the computers), I now will have to do somewhere else as well. How sad that Kmart cannot put their customers first.

Today is the Black Friday Sale and I was one of those who waited in the cold to purchase a electric mahogany fireplace with media console for $149.99. They didn't have them in stock but it is in the ad, neither will they give a rain check for when they do get them in stock. To me this is false advertisement. I stood in the cold weather for 1 hour for someone to tell me they don't have it. Frustrating!!!!

I am currently an employee at the K Mart Pharmacy in Tallahassee, Florida! Before getting working with a certain individual, I was told not only by other Pharmacy Staff, but also store staff and even customers complaints about this Pharmacist! I wanted to base my own opinion about this person myself so that's what I did! Well, it turns out that everything that everyone was saying is so true! This Pharmacist is lazy, he doesn't want to answer the phones, he doesn't want to help fill prescriptions, he doesn't want to ring out customer's if need be! He feels as though he can't run the store himself! Which the pharmacy is not a busy store at all! He has already had another Pharmacist, and also pharm tech retire the same day, (what a coindence). Not only that we have had so many transfers till it's rediculous. Not only that, I got another job on the weekends, he get's mad when his worker's decide to get another job, like he's paying the bills. What a joke! If you are in Tallahassee, Florida make sure to try not to come to this Pharmacy because Todd Siegler is the laziest Pharmacist that I have ever seen!

**I'm being extremely nice giving 1 star** I get that people need to work and I get that K-mart needs employees to run their stores... Here in the only K-mart in my town they have a limited amount of good employees who unfortunately can only do so much, I have witnessed them being belittled by their supervisors, managers, assistant managers.. Those who run the customer desk upfront and who have some sort of say of other employees are awful employees... There is a b.... umm a female who works at customer service who is older maybe mid 30's, heavy set, messy/curly blonde hair, glasses who is extremely rude and extremely racist... People of different races, cultures, color, languages, beliefs go there.... This is something that she has to learn to deal with if she doesn't like it she should just go crawl under a rock... If I am a customer, I am paying with money I deserve to be treated with respect... My money is worth as much as someone the same color as her!!! Thanks to the customers she has a job!!!

i started working for the rice lake Wisconsin Kmart, and have only received one check as of 11-22. i started two months ago. they say my check is coming and yet i dont see it. i cant get a hold of anyone, and the managers at my store are saying it will be another three weeks before i get my check.

I wanted to pay for my goods at the cashier line but only one teller. The supervior wouldn't call for another checker I waited 10 mins. The situtation got to me I put the I items back on the self & left. I witness employees & manager making small take in the back of the store. Come on folk small talk is later take care of your customers. I never going back to K- mart in Plateville ,Wi.

To the Kmart in Greenburgh,ny and Manager Brian. It is the worst. I placed a layaway in that store. I was told when payment is due I would be notified by phone or text message. I call to check on my layaway and it has been cancelled. Then they tell me I its a cancellation fee and that the money I put down is gone.So I spoke to an employer who stated everything was put back but if I come and talk to the manager its possible to get my stuff back. Yeah right!!! I spoke with the manager Brian and he said well thats too bad and hung up the phone. I hope he doesn't do that to all your customers but you guys have definitely lost my WHOLE family as customers. Never again will I do layaway!!!!!

They do not deserve even one star!!!!!! Went to Kmart and bought a pair of blue jeans for my husband. I paid 12.99 and with tax is was 14.03. Within an hour I returned them. The clerk asked my drivers license number ( why? I had the receipt) She gave me $12.99 back. I stated to her I had paid sales tax. She said this is the sale price. ( Duh, I know) I said I had paid 1.04 in sales tax and wanted that back as well. She said, You will have to take that up with the manager!!! What? They are slow as is. Why can't I get my tax back?? I know its only $1.03 however, its the principal of it. I was not spending any more time there. I had stood in line at the customer service desk and when I purchased the pants I stood in line 18 minutes. Of course, one register open. I googled the corporate number as soon as I returned home. Called them and a very rude women answered. I told her my problem and she signed and placed me on hold. A lady came on and I told her the problem. She told me, go back to the store and talk to the manager----I can't help you! She was rude and very unpleasant to say the least. And I was too!!!!! I will post on every site the Kmart in lancaster SC sucks!

I was at a Kmart in Ohio and was shopping for my pregnant sister. I found a baby swing that I wanted to get and beside the picture of the swing it said "was 59.99, now 44.99"(directly in front of the item). I was estatic!I went to the check out and it rang up the original price. I told the cashier that it said 44.99 on the tag back where I picked up the product it had a lower price. The manager came over and I took her back to see it and she said it was a mistake. They made me pay the full amount on the swing and the sign had been removed before i got back to the tag again to take a picture of the proof. Completely dissatisfied with this visit and the rudeness of their "customer service"
