Sirs- My husband and I have been Deming, NM K-Mart Pharmacy customers for several years now and have, at first slowly, and more recently swiftly, become very disenchanted with the service we receive. Either your staff doesn't receive the fax the doctor sent, or misplaces the prescription I handed them, or forgot to fill the prescription because they were "so busy", or it has to be ordered and they haven't found time, or, or, or. Sometimes we wait days only to be told they don't have the prescription and I should have the doctor fax them another one. I always tell the staff, "My last name is Royce-Repond," and they always come back after a fruitless hunt through the bags of prescriptions and say, "I can't find anything for Repond." Why do I bother to tell them if they can't hear. Over time this little scene becomes very wearisome. In addition I requested once, twice, three times and more that my husband and I be taken off your automatic refill program, yet, no one seems to know how to do it so we are constantly getting prescriptions we don't want when we have new prescriptions filled. I could go on and on about the problems with your pharmacy, but I won't bore you. Suffice it to say that we will be having our prescriptions filled elsewhere. The Kmart in Sweetwater TN has been steadily in decline. I visit that store once a week and every time I notice prices go up. I'm glad Sweetwater just approved a new Walmart.. but until it gets up and running.. i will drive to the next town over to shop at another Walmart bc I am sick and tired of ppl from kmart trying squeeze out extra money every time I turn around. You will either have to lower your prices or go out of business when walmart comes to town or are you anticipating that already and this is your way to make the most you can before you close your doors? Nice.. rape the ppl a little more.. get it while you can attitude right? Shame on you...

I'm so very sorry to see that the KMart store in New Smyrna Beach, FL is going to be closing. It was so convenient and close to our town center, near our Post Office and Publix and an outstanding Beall's Outlet. KMart's personnel were helpful, the store neat and prices pretty comparable. I'd be thrilled if KMart's Corporate Office would reconsider the store closing. Most people I speak with locally are genuinely disappointed that the decision to no longer have a presence in our wonderful city has been made. Please reconsider leaving New Smyrna Beach !!! We love you KMART !!! Fortunately the old Walmart and their trashy goods moved out of the vicinity to go and "uglify" an area near our Interstate some three miles away.

Last night (Feb. 3, 2012) I was shopping at the KMART store in Burbank, Calif. As closing time approached, I wheeled my cart to the only line that was operating. I counted and was number 15 in line, behind folks with carts piled high merchandise. In 10 minutes I had only advanced to number 13 in line and at that point, there were about a dozen people behind me! There was a lot of grumbling among us customers that only one register was open. I went to a service person and politely inquired if they'd open another register. My question was ignored. The rep wouldn't even look at me! So, I pushed my cart out of line (with about $150 worth of merchandise in it) and left the store empty-handed--never to return. We have a new Target nearby and that's where I'll go. They always have several registers open and seldom more than 4 people in any line. Years ago, I found KMART to be a good, responsible store. I suspect they'll be out of business within a couple of years.

I am a loyal Kmart customer and a Walmart hater, I refuse to step inside of Walmart, but now I realized why Kmart is closing so many stores. Most of the people who work there are ( with the exception of 3 of them) not trained to make customers feel welcome and appreciated (including the manager). I go every single week to Store# 3074 on 88th St in Miami Florida and they keep getting worse . The store keeps practicing FALSE ADVERTISING, they advertise at a price, and it is scanned a higher one, HOW CONVENIENT! and when you talk to CS Dept or the manager they always say they make a mistake tagging the item, BUT NEVER, NEVER offer the item for the False price advertised. This week the cashier told at my face he did not like his job and gave me attitude! How can you hire people like this? I wish you could see the way this cashier treated me, he couldn't care less!, I think he was a person hired by Walmart to keep destroying Kmart. Every time I find FALSE ADVERTISING I leave a feedback , and they do not respond to my emails. Honestly I am thinking in going to someplace else. Lowes, Publix (NEVER WALMART) for my health and cleaning supplies, anyways KMART is going down the drain,not because of Walmart but their HORRIBLE CUSTOMERR SERVICE!!! so it is better if I get used to buy someplace else. Shame on you Kmart, you are going to loose a very loyal and comsistent customer, who never crossed my mind to change you for Walmart. Sincerely You have no idea who you lost!

As an assistant manager at kmart, all I can say is the corporation puts managment and associates in position to fail. Having worked at target for 4 years, if you take the same ppl from kmart and put them in that store where there is more corporate direction and help then those people will succeed. So basically it is really hard/ frustrating working at kmart.There is situations where you feel all alone and feel terrible that u cannot help the customer. Where at target they were super organized and you had the infrastructure and support to help. And another thing, wtf is up with there layouts

i use to work at kmart.treat there employees bad the make them go 3 or more hours with out breaks sometimes they have there employees clock out for lunch and then have them keep on working,or if a employee is on lunch or break a manager will go and get that person and have them go help a cutomer.kmart needs a reality check.they favor some of the employess.there LP agents watch the employees more the the people who are stealing.manager sometimes dont even know what they are doing most of the time,they let customers talk shit to cashiers and they will stand there and watch while they do that.kmart suck big time

kmart 4349 sucks there is favortism there,if u stand up for ur self they start cutting ur hours.they let there employees clock out for lunch and contuine to work and its okay with there store manager because he the one who tells them to go ahead and do it.if someone child is sick and they call in they write u up or they say ur kid is always sick give them medicine and they will be alright.they need to get aduit or someone from the distric needs to check there books cause the hr manager knows whats going on and just turns her head the other way

store #3615 k mart in Miami Florida , this store has a nonprofessional loss prevention manager ,whom has a tattoo on his Neck and very sloppy dressed ,as well as a PERVERT that was looking at my underage daughter ..his name is Ivan Cruz,as I found out from a employee within the store, I will be contacting a lawyer.

Kmart Store #3615 ,in Miami Florida, This store has a loss prevention manager that has a tattoo on his NECK and looks very unprofessional,he was checking out my daughter that is how I found out who he was,he is look's sloppy and looks like a criminal.who could of hired this as manager,of any department. I will place this on my Facebook if nothing is done,cause it is embarrassing to the company..

I am a current employee for kmart in southeastern ky. This kmart is one of the better-averaged ones within the two districts we fall in. We do happen to have our flawls like all other kmart stores. I reccently found out that kmart wouldnt be expected to be open in the near future, why be surprised? theyre closing hundreds of them nation-wide, our lp's job has been terminated? the one person we needed in the store isnt there, it doesnt make sense. all associates are tremendously underpaid, and it almost saddens me to know im the only one who knows my own store manager and assistant manager are looking for new job oppurtunities. I have been at kmart for almost 2 years after working fashions dept for a year i was offered Service desk supervisor and took it, i never did recieve a raise and took on a much more responsibility. Coming from the floor to bossing people 3x my age, yes i just turned 18, i matured and had a rough time being talked down to like i was stupid and ignorant. im very happy with the people i work with anf thats the only reason i have not looked for a new job oppurtunity. When telling the ass mng and hr manager my plans to possibly leave my job due to the hardships i had with other employees, expected to do things that i never recieved the accurate training for and just too much stress on myself to still be in school and preparing for college, they finally (randonmly) saif corp had broken the raise freeze and i received a .50 raise. I feel extremely bad knowing what i know will happen to all kmart employees and kmart itself in the future and my other co-workers don't. I know corporate plans to make many cuts, for instance, just within my store you fire Hardlines man, hr man, and say electronis lead and the store could easily hire 20 new young employees with the money theyd be saving. kmart is to the point they just want to come out trying to make ends meet, and we all know they won't, but the bad thing is they just don't care about the people anymore like the elder ones in my store talk about the kmart years ago. If kmart or just the customer base really thinks, kmart has alot of older employees that have been working there since they were 16 yo, retail is all these people know, if kmart goes down or they suddenly lose their job(like our LP) what are they going to do? how are they going to make ends meet? now i know theyll get servance pay...but that isnt going to help. Kmart just needs to stop hiding whats really going on, they need to be honest and let the employees that have been loyal to its company for 20+ years know. i'm just 18 still in high school and have the rest of my life to figure things out...the others don't. I feel so bad for the people of kmart.

K-mart is not a great place to do any shopping. The employees are rude and seem to not care. So to all who work for kmart it's easy to figure out why a lot of k- marts are closing nothing to do with the economy it's poor service. Another one closes down in portage In. Not many left in Indiana. On top of it most of u know what's best u all went to work at Walmart right across the street. The better u treat your employees the better workers they will be. Kmart is the worse . How did it go down hill like this I can remember around 1990 kmart was the place to be. To the owners being the way u are isn't working try changing and yes after all these years. Kmart will soon be a memory to us all the next generation will have no recollection of a kmart. On top of it all prices in kmart were crazy... I could buy the same thing in walmart for $8 dollars cheaper that's a problem. We have a family bond to never step foot in another kmart that's about 50 or so in my family imagine if family after family says the same where will that leave kmart? Closing down for good !!!! It use to be such a great place.....

This store is racist. I have never been around more rcist people in my life. This has got to be the WORST KMART EVER. There is no diversity, no customer service skills and no organization. The store managers need more customer service training than anyone else in the entire store. This store defiently needs new management or to be closed down.

THE K MART STORE IN KEY WEST FLORIDA IS THE WORSE. I HAVE LIVED IN MANY STATES AND ITS TERRIBLE. NEVER ENOUGH CHECKERS. I STAND IN LINE KNOW LESS THEN 15 MINS. HAVE WALKED OUT LEAVING MY BASKET FULL OF THINGS.DOES ANYONE ONE WORKING THERE SPEAKE ENGLISH? after 50 years of k-mart shopping I am finally finished with there stores forever, after 3 tries at our local Port Charlotte Florida store to purchase the 35 bottle water they again said they were out now this is the first day of there 7 day sale, after talking to the manager she agreed to give us a rain check which I promptly said you have already done that twice and you never call us, she replied we don't call you you have to call us, now pardon my stupidity but why did you take my phone number if you are not going to call me when it comes in, the way you people do business is just get you in the store at all cost, and that is not the way I prefer to do business with k-mart

I had my wallet stolen last september and it also contained my kmart rewards card. my store does not replace with a new card so everytime I shop at my kmart I have to give my phone number (which I DO NOT like giving specially when other customers are within hearing distance). Kmart employees have given me the email address plus the phone number to retrieve my pin number but after trying both avenues I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY RESPONSE! My account number is 7081227212675314 . I am VERY tempted to STOP shopping at kmart altogether.

I am a current employee n I have to say this place is a joke they don't care about there employees. Or customors. They are disrespectful and talk badly about there employees managers will run n hide out in there cars so they don't have to deal with us expeciallly in the reastraunt. They cannot give us the correst supplies to keep this place safe and sanitary. Our bathrooms are discusting this whole place smells like sewege because they yet to have fixed the plumbing under the store from the last time wen the seweage was coming up through the drains and all over our floors there is also black mold in the cracks of our walls. And wen someone pooped all over the floor we call a manager and they ignore and don return our call.. And they still kept the reastruant open during that. Also there is many left and they do nothing about it but they can yell at u for asking for the proper uniform this place is very poorly ran and managed. Please do not come to the one in thornton co on east 104th.

I would.like to say im glad to see kmart closing more stores. What a joke you all are in corporate office. Your the reason why yourstores are falling. Has nothing to with bad economy or hards times. Just you fat cats like almost all other corporate monsters just watching the money. You need to reshape company, everythings been and looks the same way for decades. Only difference is your stores have gotten bigger. Customer service just plan out sucks, its like the customer is either in the wrong or lying in your eye's. The stores managers and assistants are all very poor being trained and then just let them run your store for you like that and wait to see how it does on the next quarter. For an example the kmart by my house is ran by teenagers and a store manager that shows up only when corporate is in town for a visit. This one should be cleaned out as well. The store here is older then myself, has never been remodled and store is always out of stock of what you want to buy. The sales are not even a sale I can save 30 cents on it or go else where and by it way cheaper. Hope You Fall Hard Kmart! Corporate you are the reason why.

so i am currently working at my local kmart and take it from me, they are very insincere and inconsiderate of their employees or customers. the store i work in has dope fiend employees, cashiers sleeping with managers, people coming to work high or not even showing up at all, the management treats everyone like they never graduated highschool, they refuse to give full time, thier bathrooms and soda machines are very unsanitary, and worst of all, nobody cares about any of this. i tried to talk to my hr but she just said ok then turned around and talked bad about me to all the other employees, one piece of advice, stay away from the store in lansing ks, they suck and they dont deserve your money
