During a recent trip to the Athens Tenn. Kmart my husband and I were looking thru the discount movies and the young man working in electronics went out of his way to help us. I was looking for movies for my 2 yr old grandson. He was looking thru them too trying to help me find suitable children's movies. He was just so very polite and well mannered. All I know is his first name and that is Brett.

I went to the willow street Kmart the other night in willow street pa and I felt so bad for the one cashier. The one cashier was cleaning her register and the other one was getting all the customers. One of the managers came up and started giving the girl who was actually working attitude and told her to go straighten for the last 10 minutes of her shift and I thought that was rediculous and stupid I felt horrible and the cashier was very nice and she was polite to me even though she got attitude for no reason. I feel bad for the people who work there if that's all they get.

Horrible, I don't know what the hell the morning mangers or employees do but that store is a pig pen and horrible. I feel very bad for the people who work the evening shifts. I have never seen a store so messy and dirty, Stop paying them to bullshit and go to the store and see what a mess it is when they don't know your coming, the late afternoon and evening hours are when its at it's worst. And tell your mangers they should be helping get the departments cleaned and stop walking around doing nothing.

Well Congratulations for hiring whatever ad agency created your new "Ship My Pants" commercial. I saw it for the first time this morning and laughed out loud. Clever, creative, memorable. Keep them coming!

Just heard your "Ship my Pants" commercial on my television. You actually paid money to put that trash on the TV. There is no doubt what draws your attention to the screen when it comes on, a person can't believe someone put that on the television. Oh, and I guess even better than that, you saved it till 4 pm EDT on a Tuesday afternoon so it would come on when the kids are home to see it. My, my, what lengths some corporations will go to advertise. You ought to be ashamed. You just added to the moral depravity that's carried on TV today, all in the name of profits.

I was just at the Kmart in Cookville, TN and the employees went out of their way to answer my questions and spent a lot of time helping me. The outdoor furniture on sale is very well made and a bargin at the sale prices. Check it out!

I was very angry yesterday when a Kmart customer service employee in the Madison, TN store told a lady she would have to remove her dog from the store. NOT all service dogs are large breeds. In my eyes it just showed how ignorant this customer service person is and just maybe, they shouldn't be in customer service.

I Feb. 25 of this year my then fiance and I went into Kmart in Sidney NY looking for a wedding ring set. We found one and asked the jewelry sales rep if we could have it sized later on or if it was possible for it to be sized. She replied with " Yes, you can have this sized anywhere." We were married the following day and later that week tried to find a place locally and out of town that would size. 6 stores later and we still have no luck. We spoke to the manager at the store who said we could only refund the rings, that even online they didn't have the size I needed. I wish the sales rep had told us this before we purchased the rings. I believe Kmart should be responsible for finding a place to size them for us. Needless to say, we will never go to Kmart again if they only lie to their customers!

On April 16, 201, I visited the KMART store in my neighborhood. I live in Nashville, TN with the store location being on Mufreesboro Pike. I am a teacher and unfortunately, am handicapped in that my hip and left leg is arthritic. I went into the store in the afternoon and searched around for a chair/buggy/or whatever the store had so that I could shop without pain and discomfort. I went toward the service desk and saw a small wheelchair with foot flaps, a small basket attached. The customer would have to shift their feet on the floor in order to move this chair throughout the aisles. I asked the representative at the desk if this was the only means of handicapped transportation available and her response was, "I guess so". I felt not only humiliated, but that the service representative did not care one way or the other about my plight. I responded - well, you have lost this customer for good as I need assistance to shop and your store does not accommodate handicapped customers.

Kmart Shamokin Dam Pa. I have been shopping at that particular store for over 7 years and have consistently encountered 99.9% of that stores' workers to be consistently rude, grumpy & unhelpful people. They always complain about being at work while I am trying to pay for my items! Out with the old term and sign 'Customer Service' and in with the new term and sign 'Customer DIS-service'. K-Mart Corporate is willingly paying those people to be rude, grumpy and non-helpful. Why do I shop there? Two reasons only: I occassionally like their boots and it is THE only place to locate GALLON jugs of a wonderful product that I have been using for over 7 years called OUT! That item is a normal item, which I have occassionally found on their shelf; but, on the flip side, once after several visits to the store for OUT! but only finding the sticker on the shelf but no gallon(s) of OUT! they ordered it, re-ordered it, searched other KMarts to get it from there to their store for me-I waited a YEAR, yes, a YEAR!lol but they never got it in for me (hmmm, at least I never saw it on their again for that year AND they never, ever called me to tell me it was in). Hmmm....ridiculous, right?

I had a clearance item. The cashier acted like I had stuck the clearance tag on it there was multiply ones in the clearance department. She walked to the back with out even telling me. She was talking to her friends and did not come back for thirty minutes. I had five items and it took 45 minutes for her to ring me up. She would not even use my rewards after I asked. I have had multiply problems with this cashier I am getting very frustrated!

I will never shop the Kmart in Chesapeake, Va again. The store manager is rude, and totally disrespectful to her employees. I have been treated as if I was lying or stealing by any other corporation. This is the last straw...Kmart no longer is alive in my mind.

My not even 2 yr. Old son and I was visiting the Texarkana, Texas store on April 15, 2013. We were riding the ride-on quarter machines out front and two women employees came out and took their smoke break right on the ground beside the machines . So close to us that I had to step around them to get my son off of the ride so we could leave with him bawling because I refused for him to finish the ashtray ride!! Very inconsiderate and rude and they frankly acted like We were ruining their break!!!!

I just wanted to voice my thoughts on my recent visit to the KMart in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. As I approached the entrance to the store the smell of cigarette smoke was horrible. I have seen the employees smoking right in front of the store next to the doors. It was such an awful smell. I don't think shoppers should have to experience that. It is so uncalled for. Why can't the employees at least go the the corner of the store or out back to smoke. It's a good way to lose business.

Right before Christmas I saw a pair of 2k diamond earings I bought them for my fiancee. We just took the earrings to have them checked the black diamonds are fake the earring was 799 on sale for 200 when I called the corporate office they told me to call the store well that did no good would not give refund or fix nothing

horrible store management in corbin, ky. only company with 19 year old girls alone in parking lots pushing buggies at 10:45 pm. Doesn't even give there employees lunch breaks as required by law.

Kmart has the worse return policy ever. You can't even get a store credit when you try to return something that you lost your receipt for. The box even has a Kmart shipping sticker with the item number on it. Kmart has lost my business and all my family and friends.

After waiting 30 minutes and the manager was behind us listening to us wanying to see some jewelry and buy jewelry.... she took on top of that another 30 minutes to get someone .... that is just not being cistomer friendly

A great store, excellent selection but the staff!!! A manager no where to be found. Cashiers-dumb and dumber and as for customer service-it's a joke. What a pity you spend all this $$$ on a store and merchandise selection but employ minimum wage, untrained staff on your registers. Customers just left their merchandise and walked out, including me.

I received a Kmart coupon from the register when I made my last purchase with Kmart ($5.00 off when you spend $35.00). I decided to come back and use the coupon that was given to me but when I went to check out the lady at the register told me that I could not use the coupon because it was for select members only. It is very frustrating that Kmart would give me a coupon that I could not use. You would think that if the coupons are for select members that the registers would be programed to print the coupon when a select member is checking out. Very disappointed Customer
