WORST JOB EVER!!!

I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE ONE STAR!!! Management is ridiculous in the store I work at! HR is even worse! It's like pulling teeth just to get anything done with them! They ask me to stay late or come in early or come in on my day off, which is great, more money for me, but when I request a day off, it gets denied! My friend went to file her taxes and the lady told her that K-Mart is not taking anything out for her to even file!!!! K-MART IS RIDICULOUS! People think that the customers have it bad, but heck no, the employees do!!!

DISAPPOINTED IN STYLES

I have been a customer of Kmart ever since I was a teenager. I bought my school clothes with my babysitting money back then. I could always count on the clothes to be of nice style, pretty, good quality and decent prices. Over the many years I have seen the store change (mentor Ohio)The clothing now is cheap. Cheap material, gaudy patterns, terrible colors, nothing pretty or feminine for the middle aged woman. Who ever is your clothes buyer must not have to have an eye for fashion. I sincerely hope this changes someday. PS...fat women do not want to go sleeveless..and middle age women do not want to dress like teeny boppers..nor do we want to wear big bold prints.

Kaymart: two faced liars

They frites my friend for stealing food even though they have records that prove she paid for everything she ate. She worked in the little Caesars in the yakima Kay-mart. I won't be going there until they make it right.

Finally got my refund

It took over couple of months but they finally wrote a check for my refund and I think it was only because I actually contacted via email to the ceo Admin and told them that Kmart was willing withholding my money cause after that I got a nice lady who was an excutive manager of customer care and she worked with me got a refund check made up 2 days later and put in the mail gave me her direct phone line and email to keep in touch until I got my refund... So I would advise ppl to contact the Corporate office keep harrassing them until they cave in the last thing they want is a boycot

Refund

Kmart is the worse, I have been waiting for a price adjustment for over a month, everytime I have called and spoken to several customer service and each time I was assured that I would receive my refund in 3 to 5 days. I have not received my refund as of yet, getting ready to report them to BBB and the newspaper. I want my refund now.

Kmart and sears are very deceptive in business practices towit professional misconduct. Cease and desist from doing business with sears and kmart. Take legal action, Now! File formal complaintsing. File an inquiry with AGO and the CID DOJ. My rating is Negative -

Kmart sucks!!!! The employees and there managers are very rude..the stores are dirty and need to go out of business

Still Waitng on Refund

I placed several items on layaway on Nov.25th, I made the final payment Jan. 21st. Shortly after making the payment, I received an email stating my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. After numerous calls to customer service, they assured me my refund would be credited back to my account within 3-5 business days, then I was told 7-10 business days. It is now Feb. 11th and no refund. I received an email stating a check will be mailed to my address for the refund amount within 10-14 business days. I will never place a layaway online through kmart again.

Never a good experience

I have to say, my husband and I have lived in the Kent, WA area all of our lives, the Kent K-mart has been here forever and this past few months are a nightmare to shop at the Kent location...The front end Supervisor moves like snail and prefers to visit and put things away rather than help a customer standing in line...today we go in to purchase a $400 Treadmill, we plug it in and are told we cannot turn it on! I state that I do not want to purchase something without seeing it operate and I get a shrug...I will NEVER shop this store again and will tell everyone I know and they can all do the same, maybe someday you can actually go to the store an witness for yourself!!!

customer service

kmart has got to have the rudest most errogant employees. i understand it gets busy and i am patient and can wait my turn, but when you get to me don't be rude and disrespectful. i don't care how hard your day is or was, have some respect for your customers.

no job

I had a interview an was never seen because that had some problems with the computers so the manager said sorry and she would call me back and never did so I call her back told her who I was and insted of telling me to come back to get an interview she said she will call me back because she is reviewing applications I feel like that's not fair or right to give someone the run around I never got a chance. I waited three hours in her office just to be sent home get no call back she wasted my time that I could of spent with my two year old.

What they are doing is illegal!

I am also having the same problem as Denise. I received a $50 gift card as a housewarming present. I placed on order on Kmart.com in late November for an item that was out of stock. Kmart canceled the order but took the $50 off my gift card. It is now February and I am still fighting to get my money back.

Ripped off

i place an online order 11/28/12. On 12/21/12. I paid the total. Not 5 min. later I recieved an email saying my order was canceled & I wouuld recieve my refund right away. they did refund the $20.00 I paid on the original amount. It is now 02/05/13. after numerous calls & emails. I still don't have my refund. I don't understand why its taking them so long to figure out these refunds. I will never shop at Kmart or Sears again.

I just would like to tell you. Them taking your money is the only thing keeping them open. because they don't give refunds

nitemare experience

never had i dealt with some rude an people who had no clue what to do to fix a easy problem an i doubt if i continue my shopping with kmart or sears an just so disappointed with it all an i have filed a formal complaint to the bbb on the experience i an my wife had to deal with an still dealing with an feel violated an yet the customer an they played it out to be them the victim well with proof of all i have they are in the wrong an want our refund today

i ordered my children's christmas present off line thru kmart and was told i would receive my stuff on dec 24th..christmas came and went and my kids still had no presents..so on the 26th of dec i called and of course was told i was get a refund...well it's the 1st of feb and still no money...i have talked to 12 DIFFERENT people and all the can say is we are running behind because of the holiday's...bull crap

refund still waiting

I place a layaway order online Nov 25th and paid it off item was shipped out and was suppose to be delivered on Dec 6th 2012 I have not got my merchandise UPS said it was delivered which it wasn't I contact Kmart and spoke with 20 different agents who said they will contact ups I called back spoke with agent daren who said I was going to get my refund by the end of Jan 22nd 2013 today is Jan 30th and I still have nothing I called back Jan 29th spoke with a so called case manager who said she was going to issue a ups tracer (which they did 3 diff ones so far ups keep closing it out so Kmart says) I am out of 146.75 and they dont care KMART IS A RIP OFF I saved every chat I did via internet

Time

Blythe, California K Mart says it opens at 7 A.M. Well they need to take a clock off the shelf of their store and use it, and teach their workers how to tell time. They never open on time-they do what they want for it is the only store in town of this type. Stockers are the messiest ever aisles blocked with pallets, merchandise.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I made an online purchase and was sent only half of the items that I ordered. I called to inquire and was told that they were coming from another warehouse. After call after call, I still have not received my merchandise or my refund. I have been given the run around and I am very upset with the customer service that I received. This is the worse customer service that I have ever experienced and I will never patronize this store again. And the bad part about it is there is nobody to help you and take care of your problem or complaint. There are 767 complaints as of now, with a 1.8 rating and yet they still remain open and running successfully. I have a major problem with that.

No Word

This has been one of the most worst experiences that I have ever had and I'm thinking about going to Wavy TV 10 about my experience with Kmart. I have an on line lay a way and the system had locked me out now they see my lay a way order by my contract number but they won't let me pay it out and get my lay a way. Kmart is trying to take almost a 1000 dollars of my hard earned money and I'm not going to let them do this to my family. This company really is not good at all when it comes to their customers from the lower level all the way to the executive level of office. Shame On You Kmart. Shame on You.
