Nette and Mary...i totally agree with both of you.Kmart advertises school stuff in the beginnning of July.My kids seen the paper and asked me why are they showing school stuff so soon.I can also relate to my online layaway orders being messed up.I really dislike Kmart and I will not shop there no more.I am glad to see someone post the same feelings about the advertising.

K-Mart is a joke in my area!! One worker who attends the return section, and also checks you out. An elderly lady came in, and needed help, and the worker said , "Hold on, I'm busy right now." Wow! This actually happened today. The shelves look like a tornado ran through. Products are not priced. Should I go on? I do not have enough time. This is why K-Mart parking lot is empty most of the time. Close the store down!! It is destroying our community.

My daughter went into the KMart on Market St Philadelphia yesterday and bought an item and while at the counter left her phone behind. This is by the person behind the counter. When she realized the store had closed when she contacted them they said that it had not been handed in. This phone was right in front of the staff person at the counter..... so we know what happened a staff member took it. Its creepy behavior. This wasn't a fancy phone. And apparently KMart does not really care that their staff behave this way - they have plausible deniability

I am not a Paula Deen person and I am not doing this for her. I am doing this for MYSELF. What you have done is WRONG. I will be CUTTING MY KMART CARD INHALF today. No more debits for Kmart.

Businesses should not be bending to PC and political terrorism. Businesses need to stop putting their tail between their legs and just not buy into the pressure, regardless which side it is on. Those who are loudest are not necessarily the majority, and the free market is generally much better at making these decisions. Otherwise, when you shut down people like Paula Deen for comments she made 50 years ago, while at the same time you continue to sell so called entertainment that uses the same language and worse, you are going to find yourselves caught in a catch 22 for which you have no escape. This is a no win situation for you, so just don't get involved in it. Restore Paula Deen and from now on, don't fall for it. In case you haven't figured it out yet, you are being used.

Until recently I would have given K Mart 5 stars. When wal mart stopped layaway I did all my shopping at k mart now that you are following wal marts lead on dropping Paula Deen over a comment 26 years ago I can't support you especially after you kept Martha Stewart after she did a lot worse and hurt a bunch of people. Really thought after near bankruptcy you would choose more wisley.

I will no longer shop Kmart for anything! Dumping Paula Deen was so unfair so I will discontinue my long standing relationship with you until you sell her line again.

I would think you guys would think before you do. You hung Paula Deen without a trial over something that happened 30 years ago. Why don't you give your employees lie detector tests and see how many have said the same thing in their life time. Your new ads that used the words that sound alike are discusting. I used to shop K mart. Guess I need to rethink that!!!!!!!!!!!Anyone who supports Paula should stop shopping at K Mart.

Our A/C unit broke in are home so I called my local Jokemart to have them hold a specific unit for me. I was 10 minutes away, but it was close to there closing time. I asked if I got there at 10 would they still let me in. The lady on the phone replied yes as long as there were still customers in the store it would be fine. I showed up at 10:02 and with customers still in the store they told me they had closed all the registers and that they were not doing anymore business. Well I could see them still ringing customers up. So I asked to talk to the store manager on duty and after talking back and forth with the man at the door and her through there hands free system she finally showed up at the door. Once this happened she told me, without letting me speak, to get off the premises or she would call the cops. Is this what Kmart calls Customer Service? I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE STORES AGAIN!

Even IF there was a Kmart near me (I believe the nearest one is over 200 miles) I would not shop there because of your treatment of Paula Deen. Quess the small "Mom & Pop" business will now get my business.

I applied for a job with kmart shortly after received an interview and was hired on the spot while waiting for my background check it came back that I had a criminal record and knowing that that wasn't true I contacted them to prove that and I found it it was one of those things where I filed something against someone and they filed the same against me in 2006 it was phone harassment and we both received a pbj unsupervised for a year and kmart refused to hire me because of that shortly after that I met a lady that said I think kmart hires felons and I said no way and she looked in her file cabinet and on the list of companies that hire felons was kmart wow

I am severing my ties with Kmart and Sears. You can guess why. No Paula no shopping

Thank you Kmart for not pulling the Paula Deen collection from your stores. I love Kmart and Sears very much. I have so much appreciation and respect for your corporation. Her Products are outstanding and it's wonderful that I have a place to go to purchase them now as well as in the future.

Kmart's customer service for their rewards card is a joke. Somehow they had to seperate accounts for me and emailed bonus points for this other account. When I contacted them in regards to me losing out on the use of these points when I would shop they blamed me and stated there is nothing they can do even though it totaled at least $27 worth of points. Their answer was to go back to their store to spend more money to try to use them again. Like I can trust that when it hasn't worked yet. My next step will be contacting their headquarters. Hoping to not shop their unless out of desperation.

The temperature in my local K Mart is so warm I cannot shop as long as I would like. It has become so uncomfortable I am considering driving a little farther to shop at Walmart. My local K Mart is on Woodman Dr. in Dayton Ohio. I try my best to support K Mart as it is so convenient for me, but it is always very hot inside.

The new ads for K-Mart are definitely juvenile. I am disappointed in the level of maturity shown in these ads. If this type of attitude continues, I will no longer shop at K-Mart for anything. I wish I could submit this without giving even a 1-star rating!

i use to wrk at kmart they always mess up pay roll u never got paid on time i use to wrk in the bronx location they are the worst even after i left the company they still didnt pay me for time that i wrk bunch of dummys hate them they owe me money

Now I know why K-Mart is going under. The cashiers that they hire are the worst. It is like they are doing you a big favor when they ring you up and take your money. You don't even get a THANK YOU!!!! Very rude.
