KFC Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have been going to the KFC store on Morse Road in Columbus Ohio for a long time. The neighborhood has gone to pot. And is full of people with bad attitudes. The has made my favorite chicken place someplace I will never go to again. I am sure the food is still good. But I cannot ever go to this KFC again. Not matter waht time I go there I go to the drive thru to order wings. And they NEVER have them ready. I am always told they will take 12 minutes. This the the fifth time this has happended in the last 5 times I have been there. Every time I say nevermind. I fiail to see how they are always out of wings. But the person in front of me in line can order 20 different strange meals with special requests and they have it all. Regardless of how impolite the servers are. Which is another issue alltogether. Goodbye KFC.

What I like about KFC restaurants in Jamaica W.I. is the way in which they keep their surroundings. I have ye to visit a branch that is not spic and span. As soon as someone vacates a table a worker pops up like a Genie and get that place tidied.Good for you, your workers are well trained. Joyce

today we went to the strongsville kfc on pearl the food was nasty and when we called the manager was very rude and said there was nothing she can do about it. then when we asked for corporte number she refused to give it to us. i will never eat there ever again....

I have been eating at KFC since 1965. I visited the store at 39th and Broadway in Gary Indiana weekly while walking home from Lew Wallace High School in the late 60's. I like the chicken and have always liked the chicken. 8-6-2012 I visited the KFC store # Fo25004 in Portage Indiana. As usual the chicken was good. BUT the store was filthy and needed major cleaning and rehab. I thought about leaving but I had 4 hungry grandkids in my van.

While watching our grandchildren (dinner for 7) went to KFC in Rahway, NJ. Had to wait over 15 minutes for food. When I got home found parts of order were missing, 10 bites, small order of mac and cheese and two extra biscuits. Too far from house to go back for what was missing. Also 3 piece grilled chicken dish was a disgrace. The two legs and 1 thigh were miniscule - looked like they were from a pigeon. Children were hungry. Paid good money. Had to put together extra sides to supplement order. Called & spoke to manager, was sort of polite. Definetly won't go there again.

Ordered a family meal for 4 and asked to split the 2 large sides with 4 smal sides. KFC management said "it can't be done . We don't do that". Seriously? They just lost many customers location: rte 516, old bridge. Nj

My husband and I were in Moorefield WV, we went into the KFC/Taco Bell to pick up dinner,the young lady behind the counter was not very nice acted like she didn't want to be there, well she took our order,we recieved our order about 10 min. later,and when we got home we found part of the order missing, I wanted to call but my husband didn't want to drive all the way back there. My question is there were 8 people behind the counter and no other customers there, how can you miss something from someones order? I could understand if they were busy. I have one last thing the reciept we recieved had a survey on the back for a chance to win a ipad well tried to take and survey put the location in came up not allowed. I am finished will not go back to any KFC

I went to the yorkdale location n ordered I believe it was quesadilla n they used process cheese... Who does that??? Gross

I went location at 680 E Horizon Drive (L1 T2) in Henderson NV on 8/7/2012 I asked for the persons name that was taking orders at drive thru and his name is Julio. I wanted to take the time to say what an upbeat person he is. He has great customer service skills and I wanted to be sure to take a minute and let you know. He is an asset to your company!

Rude service, and I couldn't substitute Mac-n-cheese for the Cole slaw with a coupon!? You lost my business! Why would I be forced to buy something none of us like!

I think your latest commercial about the father and child playing hide and seek is really bad. I know it is supposed to be funny but it is not. It degrades fathers and is a poor image for your company.

I FEEL THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE 8 PC. MEAL WITH 10 BITES AND SIDES IS MISLEADING. WHEN I CALLED THE KFC I VISITED ON 8/2/2012, BECAUSE I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE BITES IN THE MEAL. THE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR THE BITES AND THEY CHARGE YOU AND EXTRA $1.00.

I am a new company that plans to work with all corporate headquaters and hope to go in as undercover boss and help to make these corporate companies better and that the service will be better.I hope that every person in amercia will hear about our company and that we can make each chain better for everyone.

I just had kfc the recipe seems different the gravy is not the same in short kfc has gne down hill and now sucks i know know why locations are closing good riddins kfc

Dear Sir, I ordered for some items like Hot twister,Coleslaw,mixed rice,Hot Zngr,Chicken strips,3 large fries etc at 0501pm today(03 August 2012).But they took long 30 mins to make the parcel and when I was asking for the delay the waiters were less bothered.But most horrible thing is that when I returned home I found that they have given a only one large french fries though I have paid for 3.Surprising is that there is no contact number in the parcel bag and also not in the billing invoice to make any query.I think if this is the standard,then their license should be cancelled due to poor customer service and also for adopting cheating tactics.They are also disgracing KFC as a world renowned food outlet.The outlet is located in Mirpur,Bangladesh.

well I am afraid to inform you after reading all the other comments above of bad service again and I was not the only one in the business that service as not professional. The person at the counter needs to do her job and leave other people to do theres. Bless her heart she is ocd badly. I know the lady needs to work like the rest of us but not dealing with the public.Floors were filthy. Even thou there was and above excellence health dept. score. She smiled and appolgized several times which I am thankful for her manners in that department but her appearance needs to be cleaned up,hair,posture,could not hear and comprehend. I do not like writting such but my husband and I will not go back anytime soon. The food was good once you finally got what you orginally ordered. But I do know that if my business was run this way I would appreciate someone telling me and correcting this problem.Best of luck to you and God bless the lady and your business. every time i went in i would see the manager hitting on all the female employees or touching one of them. I even seen him put office down one females pants. I think that is very unprofessional and disgusting and it really bothered me more thet my children had to see that. I will never eat there again and wouldn't recommend anyone to eat at k.f.c in Victoria tx. On rio grande.
