Why advertise extra cripy stripes when they are all the same?

I have always enjoyed eating KFC. Yesterday I decided to try the Chicken Little sandwich while travelling. I went through the drive-thru at store D965-006 in Madison, Georgia. We had to wait at the food window a long time for the potatoes to cook, but I can accept that. The Chicken Little sandwiches were terrible. We actually did not eat all of them. The chicken was mostly batter and had so much pepper on it that we could not eat them. If this is an example of your new sandwich, it is TERRIBLE.

I worked at the kfc off bethel rd columbus oh store #w656214 I had to quit due to how the store was ran and the way product was kept it got so bad I wouldn't eat there nor have my family and friends eat at a kfc ever. The mac and cheese and green beans that are cooked in the am are sitting all day and reheated for night time if not sold with in 2 hr hold times and then at night when we close the get put back into a container for the next day. As well as other sides and the chicken has hold times as well and they can sit for as long as 5 hours if we r slow. I always wasted product and made fresh and would get yelled at by gm corey ladrouski about food costs being to high. Expecially on fri and sat when we don't close till 12 am and the last batch of chicken was cooked at 8 pm that is nasty and I couldn't do it no more expecially after I got sick my self. The way food resturants r ran these days is wrong and never again will I work in fast food. Kfc used to be my favorite place as a kid now I would rather go else where.

HORRIBLE service, ordered at a KFC/LJS combo in florence ky and all i can say is this place is a JOKE!!! The kids and i had a hankering for good ole chicken but instead got chicken fried in fish batter. YUCK!! When i took it back she charged me an ADDITIONAL 21.99 !!! what the heck ? I really want my money back. Very discourteous and i was friendly too. So 45.00 is not unreasonable for a fried chicken meal for me and two little ones? GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!! It came to 11.00 then she charged me 21.99 more, THEN charged me for side dishes to boot. NOT a happy campter!

My friend and me go to the KFC store usually every Sunday to get the 7 piece meal with potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. Its great love your chicken and will continue to stop there,My deceised husband was an employee there at KFC and at that time we had barbaque chicken,chrispy chicken and original chicken I also was an employee at KFC in Sioux Falls,SD and enjoyed working at the stores very much.I don't know how the chicken is at the other KFC stores but the ones in Sioux Falls have great chicken.

Used to buy KFC in Stow, Ohio it was always good. Moved to Indiana tried the KFC at 116th Street near I-69. My grand daughter and myself could not finish our meals. Nothing tasted good. I was amazed at the poor quality. Not like the KFC I knew.

KFC Swansea, MA NEVER has chicken ready. always have a 11 minute or more wait. Please corporate get on these people. I go once a week and without fail they always are out of chicken. I'm sorry but two grilled breasts is not unreasonable.

everytime I order thru the drive thru I NEVER get the correct order it says what it is suppose to say but it is not what I get home with. Sick of it!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and myself stopped in at the KFC, 12641 Ocean Gateway, Ocean City, MD 21842. We were greeted by a friendly young lady named Jennifer H. Order 202236 on 9/12/2012 at 6:51 PM. We asked many questions and took a little more time as usual to make up our mind. Jennifer was patient, courteous, and helpful to us. That's something you don't see now-a-days with older people[seniors). The restaurant was clean, the food was hot and delicious, and the dining experience was delightful. Thank you and we will be back again!

The only reason I say poor is you are advertising the Chicken Little sandwich as NEW!!! It is not!! Nor is it any comparison to the ORIGINAL CHICKEN LITTLE!! I remember the original sandwich and it was great compared to the one you have now, I can't believe you say NEW in your advertisements!!

Service has been poor at the KFC near our home in the Houston area. However, I am now boycotting KFC Chicken because they are now preparing their chicken in accordance with Sharia Law to pander to Muslims. No more KFC for our family.

I went to KFC on 23rd and MLk and recieved the worst service every and the place was dirty and trashed out. I puchase the new chicken bites and on the board it said 299.00 for six but i paid 5.46 just for the bites by itself. I was also told a six pices was 8.46 on the board said 5.49 The people working there was not friendly and the manager clueless and unconcern. If you don't want to end up sick after getting poor and deceptive service find another place. I also think that they were stealing money. I never saw my money put in the cash register

I went last night on the date of 9-8-12 around 10:45p.m. and ordered 18 hotwings using the drive thru. This is the KFC located at 2531 Jacksonville Hwy in Prothro Jct. outside Little Rock, Ar. It took 10 minutes to get to the window. Once I got to the window the worker told me to wait out front on the chicken. She said it would be ten minutes. After waiting 20 minutes the person I was with went and knocked on the door. They had forgotten about us!!!! We asked for our money back which we did get. So a total of 30 minutes for nothing!! I was told the managers name is Alloha.

My wife and I have gone to the kfc store in cullman al for the last 2 years and we have found one person that we felt needed to be recognized..It seems to us that she is so very sweet with her customers no matter how she feels..For she is a cansar surviver and works with her team mates to make this store #K006001 a family outing to enjoy. We have noticed no matter how backed up she gets with the front she is a wizz on getting them threw the line and to a table with a big smile..That's what makes us go back to kfc and have dinner..We also read all the bad stuff..thought maybe you would like to hear about some good stuff.........thanks the Hartness family

Over the past month I have gone to Store #E960030 (Vidalia GA) once a week. The first time it took 20 minutes to get my order. The second time I ordered the 8pc deal that was supposed to come with a free,10 pc bite. It was not in my order when I returned to my hotel. I ordered the same thing the 3rd visit. I even asked the cashier if the free 10pc was in the bag, he said yes. Needless to say when I got to my room ,it was not there. Today , the last time I will ever go back, I ordered a 6 pc all dark meat. When I got to my room, I had 2 thighs, 2 legs , and 2 wings. Need to teach your associates which pieces are white and dark meat . I know it must be hard figuring out which 2 are which. By the way, why are all of your wings broken all to pieces, do they stomp on the chickens at the processing plant. And what is it, with the black piece of joint bone at the end of each drum stick. I would think that most kids like drum sticks, and you are just giving them something choke to death on. Maybe that is your business plan, piss off the adults and kill the kids.

Today, I went to KFC at 4601 North Tryon Street in Charlotte NC for a snack. After I ordered through drive through, I pulled around to the window. The lady at the window didn't say hello or anything. She gave me the total, I handed her the money, and she closed the window in my face. It was obvious that she had an attitude. When my food was ready, she basically flung the bag of food into my hands. She didn't say thank you or anything. She shut the window in my face. To make this experience worse, when I got home I decided to eat. The food looked like slop. It had been thrown together. I ordered the Chicken Little Combo. The chicken was rock hard like it had been sitting for hours. I felt unappreciated as a paying customer. It is a shame how we pay for food keeping businesses open, but they do not show any appreciation. I had wasted my money.
