KFC should ha a watermelon side

We went to the KFC in Tawas, Michigan tonight and we were so disappointed. Had to wait for our food for a long time and there was only 1 person in front of us. The food was good but not the service. When we left they had 12 people standing in line waiting and they were all ticked off! People just started leaving. Others came back in saying they had forgot to put some of the stuff they ordered in their to go bag. Food laying around on the floors and the bathrooms smelled terrible. Just thought you'd want to know what your place of business runs like.

my boy friend and i when to the buffet on michigan ave in battle creek there where only 5 other people there when we got there there was only 2 pieces of chicken on the buffet we were there for 40 mins waitting they came out with 4 peices of chicken people got mad and left the employes acted like we were bothering them when we got there i had to wipe a table off to sit down no table was cleaned why we was there for 40 mins i only seen 1 drive threw so what was the problem other that poor bussiness, very poor do they relize if no one buys they would not even have a job.i counted 5 people working or i should say standing around.

Yesterday i visit KFC on 7/26/12, they were really unprofessional the manger was arguing with a store employee and i witness the employee slapping the manger,and this is not the first time i witness something like this, the whole staff need to be removed, and i witness the rudeness toward customers and they was rude to me, This got to stop. The manager is a shit starter i witness her picking at customers while i ate in the lobby, and one man almost cuss her out, i come up to kfc to eat in the diner about twice a week and i witness this, its a whole bunch of horse playing fighting and i also witness the cook got beat up by a women i no longer eats there and i tell all my friends not to go there and eat it is very very very unprofessional. I visited the KFC restaurant here in traverse city michigan on 7-17-12,to purchase two take out chicken dinners,after waiting for more than a half hour,with five employees standing around with thier thumbs up thier butts,i cancelled my order and left..This is no way to run a "fast food" restaurant and i think who ever is in charge of this particular store should be fired or at the very least,brought onto the carpet for an a-- chewing..I will never visit this store again..

This place has no reason to be in bussiness, they dont have the proper amount of food ready and most of the staff just came out of the getto.They should consider a complete change of staff and operations. People should thing twice about eating at this establishment. DO NOT EAT AT KFC

Yesterday my husband and I visited the KFC/Long John Silver's store on State St in Boise, Idaho. We used to go there often as it was clean and the food good. Yesterday, however, was a complete disaster. The store was dirty, trash cans were overflowing onto the floor and the paper condiment cups were scattered in a box faceing up. So anyone could touch the inside of the cups. There was no ketchup available and the cocktail and tartar sauces were almost empty. Our food was overdone. Hush puppies were dark brown and doughy inside. Customers had to wait 15-20 minutes for their orders and the store was not busy. One customer asked the female cashier what a hush puppy was and she replied "they are deep fried cornmeal dough. I don't really like them". Overall, the food was a high priced waste of money, too over cooked. The store was dirty and completely unsanitary. We will NOT be returning. Too bad. It used to be a nice place to eat. Is there any adult to supervise or is it just left to untrained kids to run.?

Ref. your KFC Bites. After viewing your commercial, I stopped by KFC and purchased a 10 Piece Bite. I felt the taste was great. However .. Cost for what you get is poor. The pieces were diffrent sizes, several very small. The coating was the majority of the item recieved for most pieces. Example, nuggetts are same size, u get 10 same size nuggetts. Pieces in this 10 piece bit, were diffrent sizes. Put together, i do not think it would have made a wing or leg. I am a chicken guy. Allways have been. In the navy, when in port, I always went ashore, got chicken from KFC and took back to ship for all the guys. I am very disapointed at the value for cost recieved on this purchase. I do not know the answer, howeve, in these times of suffering with less money, no jobs, I would think you could have done better on this item. Thank you for your time. Went to KFC 16800 New Hyway 441, Mount Dora, Florida 4411 at lunch time on Sunday July 15th 2012, The premises were gleaming, the staff were delightful and the chicken, potato's, bean's, coleslaw and the biscuits were absolutely top quality, the best KFC I have ever had. Well done to all the staff at that store. Thank you for making a fast food outlet so very pleasent, and the food so good.

you all have to do sometjing about the south door at kfc its handle is loose and i couldnt hear what the casher said to me it was so loud in there. also two little black girls where there and hitting each other and dancing around the cash regester i thought that was bad for the busness i thought bagshaw enterprises had a rule no one but the employees where allowed behind the counter . where was the manager you ask beats the he double l out of me. sincerly lisa

What has happened to my families favorite chicken dinner? OK,,, the econ. Is down but the extra low grade meat is terrible. Tyson chicken does not taste right. It is not the same. We just took a minute from learning on the internet how many bad reviews Tyson has due to the pumped and injected antibodies and we also saw a video who talked about Tyson chickens being raised in warehouses without EVER seeing sun light or fresh air prior to being prepared for human consumtion & who knows what else??? I think the Colonel Sanders has turned over in his grave enough.

The first time in a year out to eat KFC. My Husband and I wanted to eat at home our order was a chicken pot pie and a 10 piece of the new original chicken bites. When in the drive thru I was asked what sauce I would like I counter asked what do you have she named off three. I asked for Honey mustard. Why do I mention this because when I looked quickly into the bag I thought the packets were the honey mustard. Funny thing is I got two packs of butter and one pack of honey....What the HECK am I going to put that on the crust of my pot pie??? This in not the way to get my family back eating KFC on a regular basis! Visited KfC 5210 Detroit Rd. Elyria,Ohio on Sunday July 7,20012 at 12:58 This place is a train wreck! They messed up two of the orders of the People in front of me and they left off the biscuits on my order. when I came back to get my biscuits they left off of my order I asked for the manager and the team leader told me the manager was too busy to see me. I complained to her and told her that the person that trained her should be fired because she and her crew were clueless on how to bag an order. There was a piece of chicken in the floor and trash under the area were food was being served.

today i went to kfc in elmira, Ny asked for the special 10pc chicken 2sides plus 2 free side they charged me 25.91 and only got 8 pcs. I think they should keep closer eye on this people that work in fast food places.

I visited KFC in Viva shopping mall Shuangjing, Beijing China today the 5th July 2012. I asked for 2 chicken legs and a drink. The two legs were put on the counter. One of these had no meat on it and they still wanted full payment. I had major difficulty with what looked like all the staff to have it replaced. Why did they think they could cheat an expat?

If your ever in Galesburg, Illinois (why would you be) bypass KFC There about as po-dunk as you'll ever see or stop in for a coke & a laugh and see for yourself the manager even has his front tooth missing. Geeez can't KFC & pepsi corporation do any better than this ??? Popcorn chicken is just cut up chicken strips, I watched them do it. Don't bother KFC I won't be returning unless I'm taking others there for a laugh before a movie - WHAT A JOKE !!!!!

This afternoon around 6pm I went through the KFC drive-thru and ordered the meal with two extra sides. I requested mac & cheese and when I got home I did not have the mac and cheese. This is not the first time that I did not get what I ordered thru drive thru. My meal was 22.88. I get home which is about 11 miles one way from KFC and don't have what I ordered. I have tried calling them on 804-443-3912 which is the number in the phone book and after about 5 rings the phone goes dead. I have called about 10 times and get the same response. I live in Dunnsville Va. If was not worth going all the way back for mac & cheese.
