KFC Corporate Office & Headquarters

I wish the ratings had a score of ZERO! I not only have a complaint about the kfc on capital blvd in Raleigh, NC, but now also with corporate not even responding to me from two phone calls and an email. That shows me exactly why the restaurants are going downhill quickly. No training has been done for management or other employees. About a month ago I went to kfc and there where only 2 customers in front of me. One cashier and a manager in the back not coming up front to assist to get the customers in and out. I waited 30 minutes only to order a pot pie and told we have none cooked, can you wait another 22 minutes so we can cook one! WTF this fast food trip should not have turned into a field trip. NO I do not want to wait another 22 minutes. As much as I have loved the taste of kfc in the past, I enjoy good customer service a lot more. So farewell origianal recipe. My patience is entirely to low to put myself into this situation again.

What happened to all of the KFC's in New Jersey. What was the problem? I want my KFC back!

Today I went over to KFC at Russel street Hadley MA and this was my 3rd time mad at the manger even in the past went over there so many times that first there was this employe name Rosa who was so nice to us as being a family and she was sweet and nice and she left last June 2012 and she told us she won't be there anymore, even we are going to miss her and we will miss her. While in the begining of mid June, Rosa forgot one of our orders and she told us that we got to call and put our name in it, and that what we did and we call and told them our name and it was a man voice and we told him and he said ok and put our name on it, and we told that we were going to pick it up, because we already pay for it. But they forgot to give it us by surpise and the next day we go over there and we ask the employe and he said to us there no name of Tom and we ask and he wasn't going to belive us. So we told him to STICK IT of aka BLANKIT to him and he was pss off at us and we argue of saying that we are not liars. We are customers who dessvered to be treated equal and he didn't want to be bother. So then in Mid July we weren't sure of what we want for dinner even my mom was thinking about KFC and we all decied and we went with it, and go there and we all have allerigics of aka diease of being perfect and if something is wrong, one of my family member will have to go to the hospital for a visit and it no fun at all, while we SCREAM at them, of what they did to make them sick or died, in real life form, So we went and the manger was working and his name was Jose and he was Rude complete rude to us, even we ask about coupons as well, even he in a hurry to us to go, or that we tried to explain our order even it hard for us to order the food, to get it right. Well today we went over to KFC and while we got their, and we ask for a salad bowl and he said to us, that he doesn't carried anymore salad bowl of the way KFC does it on their menu of style he only carried popcorn chicken, and we said ok, even we wanted a chicken sandwich and he wouldn't do that either, he was being really rude, even I am willing to send this information to the CEO president of KFC because this is my 3rd time, arguining with them even he so rude to the customers, and I couldn't belive my eyes of seeing some worker who doesn't want to be bother or want to change the rule of his style. Your goal is to make customers happy, not treat them like jerks of saying HEY THAT LIFE DUDE. BITE ME!!!!!! I will not go back to KFC, because Taco Bell treat me better and maybe somday Taco Bell will buy KFC company and destory, it time to be nice or else, you are hurt of no life style and I am sick of it. I don't dessvered to be treated bad at all!!!

I just had to drive 6 miles both ways to return an order they got wrong AGAIN. Why can't they get it right the first time??

HA ha I was going to write a review, but as far as I can see NO ONE reads them (no one from K F C )I did read a couple....Our wait this evening was 17 min. than offered 3 x'tra pcs of chicken BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN ADDITIONAL 13 MIN. TO get biscuits because they was out of them!!!!!!! All the little girls working moved as fast as a turtle w/out a care in the world....Our local K F C is nothing like it used to be, it will be our last visit so help me...

I absolutely hate the KFC hide & seek commercial where the father first lies to his child and then steals the childs food. Does anyone really think this would make me want to purchase chicken from KFC? I will avoid KFC until they clean up their act and show a little class.

Dear Few time i am going to KFC to buy some take away but when I reach my home the order is wrong.I complain with the operator in Thailand but nothing happen and they never say sorry.Today happens again at the KFC Tme square, when i reach home i called the KFC operator to get the phone number of time square KFC but she gave me a number whom never answer. That happens in Bangkok KFC sukhumvit soi 1 and Time Square KFC. I never get an apologise. I thing that i will have to forget KFC if they can't handel the case. Another fact is that we can't believe that you sell clean food, for Muslim i am not sure that is in the rule, that they wash there hand after going to the toilet, etc... I went to the KFC in Chicago located at the corner of 67th and Ashland.They first presented me with burnt chicken and when I refused to accept it, I was informed that they were not cooking anymore. I called the head manager and complained.SO he called back and told the manager to cook fresh chicken. The manager then told her employees in my hearing " that MF wants some fresh chicken" The chicken I received was still nowhere close to the product KFC advertises. It was quite brown and when I got home,my wife complained about THE EXTRA CRISPY chicken. The manager has taught her employees to put out an inferior product as well as disrespect the customers.While during my 15 minute wait she was outside talking to her husband.I have a loyal customer for over 20 years,but this is the end. My money can buy someone elses chicken from now on!!!!

I went through the drive thru at KFC today at 2:27 pm. Store #e791019 Ticket #2097 I ordered 20 piece hot wings and potato wedges They told me to pull to the front and it would take 10 minutes. I did that and sat in my car and waited after 20 minutes was gone I walked Inside and told them that 10 minutes was over and I needed to leave. I couldn't believe that yet once again this Kentucky have not Even tried to put my order together and this is not the first time. The store at 1751 Madison Ave council bluffs Iowa shorts their drive through customers. I have been shorted from one to two pieces of chicken on the last three of my orders. Each time I had a different clerk. On The second time I was shorted, I went back to the store and confronted the manager who acted very upset with me. She did not charge me for the shortage but made me feel like I was a crook. I went through the third time (several weeks later) and was again shorted. That broke the camils back. I have not been back since. I have been going to popeyes since and have not once been shorted. So what is the problem with KFC's? Do you train your people to short to make your money?

I went to a kfc/taco bell on military hwy and campostella rd in chesapeake va and I ordered from the taco bell side. I ordered a cheesey beef gordita box two deal fours and a xxl burito. First they didn't give me the chips that came with the deal fours I went back in for those...got home was handing out meals and I was a meal short....didn't go back for that because when we went to eat what we got it was sloppy and nasty...I think they did that because the one guy that was making our food got upset that the cashier rang up something that was no longer on the menu...but had to make it because it had already been rung up which wasn't the cashiers fault....you shouldn't have buttons on the computer that u don't have anymore...how was he supose toknow if he's new???? I won't eat at another kfc or taco bell they just screw u out of money and time.

paid for 8 piece dinner with 10 piece Chicken Bites ; four of the chicken pieces were wings and we got ZERO Chicken Bites ! A groupe of people did not get to eat lunch : this was about 2:15 PM today Ardmore,OKlahoma West Broadway ; I`ve sent for Macroni and cheese twice and gotten Backed beans not the same Folks . Today we stopped at the KFC 121 / TB at 1100 N. 193RD E Ave. Catoosa, OK. 74015. My daughter ordered a Burrito Supreme and a Taco and I got the Fiesta Taco Salad, both to go, since we had a deadline to be home. By the time we started eating we were several miles down the road. The food was stale - all of it. The tortilla on the burrito, the shell on the taco and the bowl on the salad. We threw most of it away because we just could not eat it, it was so bad. We had eaten at this place a few years back and the food was very good so, needing someplace quick with easy access, we stopped by there today, expecting the same great food. Today,I recieved a meal coupon in the mail for a two piece chicken meal.Only to find out that when would like to give feedback about your experience.That there's not really a website to go to.

We lost our KFC franchise in Oshkosh Wisconsin several years ago, with the intention that KFC would try to find a new location in our city in the near future. This has not happended and we are really disappointed. Our city is on a major state highway and we have been putting in major improvements to expand the growing traffic. We are located midway between the Green Bay Packer NFL football team and the Milwaukee Brewer National baseball team. In the last year many new franchises have come in and located along the highway corridor, and we strongly urge KFC to take another look to returning to our city. We have locations in the nearby cities, but that does not guarantee a hot meal by the time we get it home. I had received an e-mail from Lisa Corpus at the time of your closing. Maybe we could chat again.

Store #E320017. Ticket #1947. I do not frequent your chains as a rule and after my visit yesterday I now remember why. The food cannot be described as anything else but awful. I ordered a crispy two piece single meal with fries, mac and cheese and a drink. The fries were limp soggy, the chicken was so dry I could not eat it and the crispy exterior was like the fries, soggy and wet. The bisquit was dry and the mac and cheese was cold. Thank goodness for the pepsi.
